Great location, good breakfast, loved the pool. Perfect 24 hour break in a long journey. They were extremely helpful at concierge and also allowed us to use the pool and shower and change after checkout while waiting for our Kate flight. This was really helpful and pleasant.

Pool area could have done with a few more chairs and umbrellas, there were more people than chairs.

The only complaint I could mention was our room on the 5th floor had a clanging noise in the night and early morning which I think was to do with the lift. We didn’t bother to try and change rooms we were only there three nights.

The Hotel was also 5 min walk to the Metro which was very easy to navigate, and easy to tap on/off with a normal credit/debit card. 15 mins to the Singapore Botanic gardens and other key attractions. Rooms were very high tech, and surprisingly large. Able to leave baggage after checkout. Hotel is only 5 years old, so had everything you need - gym, swimming pool, etc...

We sent several messages before arriving at the hotel, but we never received a response. We would like to have feedback on that.

We arrived with our daughter being sick and although we could not access our room at 8am ;), our room was ready by 12 and we could get access to the pool and facilities. We are very grateful for the staff being so accommodating to us.
