I loved everything about the property, the location and the staff! This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! My only gripe was room lightening and the pillows! A choice of down and or cotton pillows is always a good thing! As I love more of a hard pillow!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

The location is amazing, the view from the room is nice , its unique green style that differs from other hotels.

The room wasn’t that much clean, they clean one time in the morning and they don’t re- arrange in the afternoon. The small of the toilet wasn’t nice, it needs cleaning.

Incredible stay. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The facilities were beautiful and the hotel was so peaceful. Good value for what we paid. Definitely a hotel I would visit again in Singapore.

Its location was perfect and close to the metro and major malls. The building itself was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was lovely and the rooms were clean and nice.

We were forced to book two rooms as we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We could have easily been accommodated into one room but were forced to book 2. One room had a strange smell which was addressed. The AC when switched to high was very noisy. The pillows could have been softer.

Beautiful design, wonderful gardens, helpful staff

Sometimes garbage smell in the lobby and second exit, breakfast is expensive given the content

The pool was too cold to enjoy and I only complained during checkout and they told me I should have told them earlier… sadly we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as I thought we would due to the temperature

The facility , the location , the pool, the food , restaurant staff, concierge , valet staff, pool staff , and the housekeeping staff .

Upon check the lady that helped us settle our bill wasn't very warm , didn't communicate very well, so we kid-understood . She didn't ask us how was our stay , say thank you , or hope you come back again .

The room is very small, even with the balcony extension. And the roller blind must be down blocking out the view in order to sit in aircon comfort! The balcony should be glassed in to enjoy the view in aircon comfort😉 The tropical weather is the problem. We need aircon always even indoors!

This place is absolutely stunning. Immaculately clean but it is the warmth and hospitality from staff that makes it feel all the more special. It's just gorgeous! Staff could not do enough for you.

Loved that I can walk out to the pool from my room. Great in the evening with lights and the unique designs. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Jason Leung, the GM is the best. Was proactive in ensuring the stay was going to be a great experience. Room was setup with a bottle of Champaign and a welcoming desert. Incredible service.

2 things unfortunately, the bathroom is extremely small. The online ordering using QR code from the tv was not working. But staff was kind enough to handle this.
