      Staff are repeatedly praised as exceptionally warm, attentive, professional, and personalized, with guests feeling treated like VIPs. Concierge Ashraf Khattab receives especially strong acclaim for expert, patient itinerary support. Specific praise also highlights Lifestyle Managers, valet, reception, dining, and laundry teams. However, isolated front-desk, valet, access-card, and complaint-handling failures were serious.

      Our concierge, Ashraf Khattab was amazing! He attended to all of our needs and with his help made the absolute most of the time we were there.
      From the second you pull in I have never met such welcoming and efficient valet and door staff, they made my son feel like royalty, warm, funny, fast and kind and completely set the standard for the rest of the stay
      Tigist from the in-room dining team was absolutely wonderful — very polite, attentive, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect and delivered the service with a lovely smile.
      However, our interaction with Cameila at the front desk completely soured the stay. She spoke arrogantly and condescendingly, trying to gaslight us into believing the mistake was ours.

      the hotel’s inability to control or properly respond to issues stemming from the adjacent residential units is a major flaw, and it was handled poorly.
      After repeated complaints, the hotel offered to comp us a buffet dinner, which felt inadequate given the severity of the disruption.
      The huge issue and disappointment causing 1 star rating (I would rate it 0), is that I booked it for 5/12- 5/13. They charged me for two nights. I was there for less than 24 hours.

      There were very few in room amenities, and no complimentary fruits or small snacks available for guests to enjoy throughout the day, which is something typically offered at hotels of this level.

      they are literally part of the Burj and they have underground access to the mall so you don't have to fight the heat outside.

      The reservation clerk initially processed my check in and set me up for the room on the 38th floor, but got confused because of the check in date on the reservation.
