Great location, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

The service, installations and location are excellent.

The policy of the hotel requiring a 100 SGD deposit per night in case of any damage doesn't make any sense. First of all, this is the first 4-5 star hotel I’ve stayed at that demands this. What kind of people or behavior do you expect at this level of hotel that justifies such a request? You already have the guest’s credit card information in case of an exceptional situation. No bidet in the room. Unfortunately this is a deal breaker in an otherwise nice hotel.

Not enough storage in bathroom. Chic but impractical bathroom design. Not much closet and drawer space in room.

The breakfast, location, cleanliness of the facility, and the overall friendliness of the staff made our stay enjoyable.

I believe housekeeping services could be improved. I recognize that the hospitality industry faces challenges in ensuring guest rooms are serviced daily and on time. It’s also understandable that staff may be managing more tasks than they can reasonably handle, so increasing housekeeping support might be a practical solution. For example, housekeeping sometimes arrived later than expected, such as after 5 p.m., or returned several hours past an agreed-upon time.</...

It was new, modern and hip! The beds were comfortable and breakfast spread was great.

The rooms were tiny and lighting could be better inside the rooms. Also its really noisy at night on weekends but this is personal opinion - for people that want to party this is a great place!

The lights in the room were confusing for this old person.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything worked well - air conditioning, WIFI, water heater, TV. We only called housekeeping once, for extra clothes hangers and they responded very quickly! We were at the end of the hall and it was nice and quiet.

No bidet in the toilet, but it isn't a deal breaker.

Great location , I always stay here for business trips.

Only small downside is the gym is very small.

The hotel is clean, modern and very stylish. The check-in concierge, doorman and the staff at the resto are hospitable, helpful, accommodating and very attentive to the needs of the guest. It has a great location.

We just wish it has bidet.

Room 2521 was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view. The Rooftop Bar - Cooling Tower on Level 29 was fabulous! Zin Min - Duty Manager and staff so friendly, couldn't do enough, hence making our visit a very pleasant one!

The staff are all so efficient and cheerful; helpful. Location is great - everything is nearby - restaurants, MRT, shopping; historical places. Can’t ask for more..
