    Since the moment we booked our stay to the minute we left the hotel, everything and everyone was just outstanding.
    Fantastic hotel, great gym, great swimming pool, amazing breakfast.
    One minor complaint I had was the requirement to make a reservation for cocktail hour in the evening. While I understand that the hotel provides various food options during this time, I found the selection to be somewhat limited compared to other lounges. There were no desserts or sweet treats to end the evening on a sweet note.
    A five-star hotel says they do not have Wi-Fi!!! They said you have to pay! It's absurd that only Conrad members get it for free.

    Special thanks to the concierge Shuhei Nishikawa for being so patient in helping us choose a lovely, reasonably priced omakase spot in Ginza and for taking care of the reservation.
    the service was really slow, second day I had to ask for my coffee multiple times and I could hear people at near by tables saying the same thing and then made to order eggs being delivered to wrong tables.
    Literally every time I tried to go into the executive lounge they had an issue, it would have been nice if they fixed the issue the first time it happened.

    The rooms are incredibly spacious, beds and couch are luxurious and comfortable and the shower is excellent.
    Our upgraded room offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Tokyo Bay, accompanied by thoughtful touches like a handwritten welcome note, fresh fruit, and an anniversary cake.
    There was some noise from trains running below our 34th floor room so earplugs were necessary until about 1 am.
    Additionally, the rooms have seen better days, banged up wood furniture and outdated bathrooms in my humble opinion.

    The hotel is well connected, with Shiodome Station beneath or beside it and Shimbashi Station within walking distance, making city trips easy. However, walks to central areas can be lengthy, and the immediate surroundings may feel deserted at night and less pleasant on foot.

    The hotel is easily accessible through both the Shimbashi and Shiodome stations.
    Great location within easy walking distance of Ginza and the beautiful Hama-Ryku park just across the road.
    The hotel is only 15 mins walk from Ginza Six, but the immediate area outside is moderately intimidating - the hotel is essentially surrounded by highways...the final few minutes walking at the hotel aren't the most pleasant.
    Although conveniently located near the station, the immediate area feels quite deserted after dark.

    The variety and quality were outstanding, easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I can recall across many international stays. The lobster omelette was a standout—absolutely delicious—among a great selection of Japanese and Western dishes.
    The breakfast buffet area had a combination of a la carte items which were included and buffet style dishes.
    The breakfast buffet - things that were supposed to be hot were not. Eggs that were cooked to order arrived almost cold. The service was extremely slow.
    We had 4 out of 5 of our breakfasts at Cerise, on the 28th floor, and they were truly disappointing.

    The dining experience at the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant was a highlight: exquisite flavours, masterful preparation in front of you, and attentive service in a serene setting.
    The food at the restaurants was exceptional—every meal was beautifully prepared and of the highest quality.
    It was a bit small and crowded with an under-par selection. We asked for a table away from the crowds and they immediately filled the seats around us, defeating the purpose.
    My vegetarian ramen was bland and ordinary. I added salt and asked for chilli oil to make it just ok. The real disappointment was the wine prices. There were no options for a casual wine. Even the least expensive was exorbitantly priced.

    The Club Lounge was disappointing, as it was always cramped and full. During the weekend, you actually need to reserve a time slot for the evening cocktails, but it was very busy during weekdays, too.
    The Executive Lounge is fantastic, with beautiful views overlooking the park.
    The executive lounge provided a pretty good selection of evening appetisers, you could pretty much have a mini dinner, especially if planning on having a late dinner.
    Do not miss the sauna area; very well done!

    Despite how busy the hotel was, the check-in process on December 31 was very smooth and well organized.
    Checkout possible by TV, but we like in-person, and Lounge checkout is as good as it gets (no line, comfortable chairs, drinks and snacks).
    We arrived around noon, but since our rooms were not ready, we had to wait almost 4 hours in the Club Lounge on the 37th floor.
    I stood here for good 5 minutes before I had to go up to someone and ask where the line was.
