Conrad Tokyo Reviews: Everything Guests Say

We reviewed 416 guest reviews of Conrad Tokyo and found specific, relevant feedback in 201 of them. We’ve organised these insights by topic so you can quickly see what guests say about different aspects of the accommodation.
Of the reviews analysed, 215 were excluded because they contained little or no specific feedback relevant to the detailed analysis.

Bottom line - this is an OK hotel, but we never managed to get the real Conrad experience, due to most of the services not fitting the amount of guests and some serious understaffing at breakfast and at the Club lounge.
Second time for our family (myself, wife, and infant) in Japan and we have included a stay at the Conrad Tokyo both times because of how much we enjoyed it the first time around.
Afternoon tea and evening spread in exec lounge on floor 37 very basic and large disappointment, I fondly remember times when this exec lounge was one of the very best in whole Hilton portfolio.

We ended our two-week trip to Japan here, and we were not prepared for the exceptional level of service and stunning rooms we were given.
Thanks to the attentive service, elegant details, and beautiful setting, we were able to spend a memorable and meaningful New Year at Conrad Tokyo.
Having stayed at Conrad properties in the USA we can confidently say that Conrad Tokyo stands in a class of its own.

This was our second hotel in Tokyo as we spent a few days at the Palace hotel which we really enjoyed.
If you’re looking for a refined, reliable luxury hotel in Tokyo, the Conrad is an easy one to recommend.
One minor complaint I had was the requirement to make a reservation for cocktail hour in the evening.

We had a fabulous stay at the Conrad, starting with a Diamond upgrade to a beautiful suite.
The entire executive lounge team, check in team, housekeeping and ground floor team were all amazing.
As with any stay, if something is amiss, ask the hotel to address the situation.

I guess the secret of how great a hotel they are has gotten out.
Exquisite only stayed one night as we were commencing a cruise the next day
As someone who has traveled a lot and been to hundreds of hotels.

Stayed here multiple times and expect to stay many times in the future.
The Conrad Tokyo delivered an exceptional luxury experience from start to finish.
Weird security system where you have to be on a list.

I have been to more than enough Ritz-Carlton’s, The Breakers, etc….
The Conrad hotel lives up to its high reputation and more.
If you have the chance to become a Diamond Member.

I will stay here next time I go to Japan.
Each meal we had at the hotel was delicious.
Always an amazing time staying here at Conrad Tokyo!

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there and recommend it.
Our stay at the Conrad Tokyo was very pleasant.
Beautiful 5 Star Hotel with service to match.

Unfortunately we were not happy with our choice.
We just wish we had more time.
One of my favorite hotels in Tokyo.

A particular mention of appreciation must be made to Yohei, the Director of Rooms, who greeted us on arrival, took time to to talk with us about the property, and subsequently managed to trace a lost item that I left behind on the train after we had left the hotel.
The best is the service and the people, from the people in the first floor that go above and beyond to get you a taxi, to concierge team, I would like to recognize Koji very helpful and to everybody in the restaurants.
We would like to express our gratitude to all hotel team members and their hard work which is much appreciated but an extra special thank you to the wonderful concierge team, Executive Lounge representatives and housekeeping to make our stays memorable!

Every time we left the room, someone was one step ahead trying to help - whether it was Maria who was awesome in storing our bags and making us laugh or Taiki for helping us with transporation.
Although I regret not recalling each individual's name, every team member, from the concierge to the guest relations and duty managers, embodied a level of professionalism and grace that speaks volumes about the hotel's leadership.
The team truly makes this property shine, a special thank you to Neil, Linda, Sofie, Simone and the whole team for going above and beyond to make my stay so memorable.

Only the Conrad acknowledged the reason for our trip, both upgrading us to a suite before we arrived and sending my son a congratulatory cake and card upon check-in!
Upon our arrival on the 28th floor (it's where the front desk is located), we were greeted by Peter, who was extremely helpful and friendly.
Every single staff member has been so kind and attentive but I must say a super special thank you to Fumie, guest relations manager.

I wish I had kept notes of the names of everyone from the greeters who assisted me from the taxi to the lobby.
A special commendation for Souta at the front desk who was very accommodating to me and my family during our stay.
Rudra handled a chaotic moment with remarkable calmness and efficiency when I accidentally left my mobile phone behind after checkout.

Staff were especially helpful throughout the stay (Thank you Ms. Hanako [Concierge] for all the recommendations and help with bookings).
The hotel is getting busy as expected but they will make sure to give you hospitality like no other.
Yukari, the supervisor, was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived.

Peter, went out of his way to welcome and accommodate us while we stayed at the Conrad.
Special shout out to Sarah (guest relations) and Meiko (concierge) from going above and beyond for us.
That would have been helpful information that the front desk could give but they didn’t.

Service was consistently polished, and the staff struck the right balance of attentiveness and discretion.
They always welcomed me with a warm smile and provided assistance in many ways.
I've never been to a place that offers more, high level customer service.

A special shout-out to Peter Mizutani , who took exceptional care of us!
Everyone wants to make totally sure, that you are taken care of.
The staff is well trained and goes beyond to satisfy clients’ needs

Hilton really does a very good job of hiring and training.
The desk staff and the executive floor staff are wonderful.
The staff was polite enough but none were overly friendly.

Rudra at the executive lounge was a wonderful host.
Everyone was super friendly to our 3 year old.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The light switches are all buttons with explanations in small font, which means you can't find the right switch in the dark (I also once was trying to move the clock out of the way and ended up hitting my knuckle lightly against them and accidentally turned lights on in the middle of the night).
None of these are deal breakers, but we did find the bathroom sinks to be ridiculously low (even for a short Japanese person), and the bathroom door is frosted glass, which means that you can't turn the light on without disturbing anyone else in the room.
The view from the lounge and particularly from the room of the bay and the Japanese garden at night is incredible, and is arguably worth the price of the room alone.

A wall of floor to ceiling windows, with a room-length couch to enjoy the view, plus automatic blinds for the bathroom, to soak in the view from a luxurious soaking tub.
We stayed in a King Room with a Bay View, which was spacious and offered an incredible view of Tokyo Bay that was amazing to wake up to every morning!
All 290 super clean guest rooms and suites boast minimalistic sleek and sophisticated Japanese design, the latest technology and tremendous panoramic views over Tokyo's bay or city area views.

The rooms are beautiful although my one criticism is that there are a little worn and need to be refurbished for the amount that is charged for the room.
It featured 2 soft beds, a TV, a large safe, a minibar, a long couch stretched along the window, a desk and chair and a small coffee table.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a corner room, which was incredibly spacious, far from the typical compact layout you’d find in many Japanese hotels.

Our upgraded room offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Tokyo Bay, accompanied by thoughtful touches like a handwritten welcome note, fresh fruit, and an anniversary cake.
I was upgraded to the top executive level (floor 37) mid-stay because they did not have a room available as an upgrade upon arrival.
Rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable, our bayside room was extremely quiet and we had the best night’s sleep on both our recent stays.

Our room, overlooking the bay and the beautiful Hamarikyu Gardens, was a visual treat each time we peered out the window.
The large bathroom featured a big tub, 2 sinks, a shower with a powerful water pressure and a simple Toto toilet.
Everything was perfection, from our room, to the AMAZING breakfast, to the spa and incredible pool with views of Tokyo's skyline.

The room was dark and dated, lacking the elegance and atmosphere you would expect from a true five star property.
Our room was on the 35th floor and had an amazing view overlooking the Tokyo bay and the city.
The bathroom featured 2 sinks, a shower and bath tub, a simple Toto toilet and a small TV.

As in all Hiltons these days, must request (cheerfully acknowledged in Japan, unlike US) daily sheets changing.
Lovely rooms, although we were not on the imperial garden /bay side so not a brilliant view.
There was also a nice note and cake from the hotel's management for our special occasion.

Beds were a bit firmer than we’re used to, but that seems common in Japan.
The bathroom was spacious though the shower was small considering the amount of space.
Obviously, in a 5 stars hotel the toilet would be covered in temper glass.

We were super happy and this was not one of the premium rooms.
There was a mini fridge with a coffee maker and electric kettle.
Beautifully comfortable and stylishly decorated they provide a wonderful panoramic vista.

The room itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.
The little bear we received was such a sweet touch.
The rooms were lovely and accommodated the hotel's loaned wheelchair.

The hotel is located next to Shiodome, which is a 10-minute stroll in a lovely underpass from Shimbashi station, which means you can take a 1-hour train from Narita airport to Shimbashi and walk to the hotel quite easily.
The hotel is only 15 mins walk from Ginza Six, but the immediate area outside is moderately intimidating - the hotel is essentially surrounded by highways...the final few minutes walking at the hotel aren't the most pleasant.
Location is outside of busy areas of Tokyo, but view of Tokyo Bay, if can get it, are excellent, and location (close to trains, incl Metro Oedo line) makes it easy to get around Tokyo.

It’s not an issue because of world class chikatetsu (subway) and the taxi systems, but it is worth noting if you are used to more walkable areas like Shibuya or Ginza.
The location of the hotel (if it’s your first time in Tokyo) may seem out of the way, but it’s extremely close to a metro station that you can easily access.
The views from all of the hotel's common areas, at the top of a building in Shiodome, were absolutely gorgeous, with soaring double-height ceilings and stunning views of Tokyo Bay.

Don't sweat the small stuff and enjoy how great it is to be in Japan, at the Conrad, with people who care that guests have a memorable, fantastic stay.
Our family actually loves the location because it’s close enough to get to metro stops but it’s not in the extremely crowded areas that it’s hard to walk around.
It was a little chilly and rainy when we were there but next time we would love to take a stroll in the park across from the hotel.

It's about a 25-minute car ride to Haneda International Airport (HND) if flying with ANA and an hour ride to Narita International Airport (NRT) if flying with JAL.
The location is also very convenient, the iconic clock is just a few minutes' walk away, and it was great to catch one of the clock shows.
The surrounding area is very quiet at night and on the weekends, and is conveniently connected by underground and overpass to Shimbashi JR and Shiodome (Uedo line).

The location is perfect for getting around the city and the proximity to the Hamarikyu Gardens and bay gives the hotel a very calm and relaxing atmosphere.
The location is good — we are right above the Odedo Line which is convenient for exploring and connecting to different parts of Tokyo.
Shiodome Station is a covered/underground, and relatively short walk, and contains many shops and restaurants, including good ramen shops(concierge has a "Hilton list").

Also there's not much of a 'high street' vibe outside around Shiodome, and you need to walk to access anything fun.
Good location, right by the Shiodome train station and part of a commercial building that has several retail stores.
Conrad Hotel's close proximity to multiple train stations and the Caretta Shiodome mall was very convenient as well.

If you are with anyone who is not super mobile, you should probably plan on taking cabs.
This beautiful and clean hotel next to the Bay is perfect for relaxation and exceptional service.
There is always a taxi available and there is plenty to do in walking distance.

The location isn’t too close to Ginza but convenient with all the train lines nearby.
It was a 20 minute taxi ride from Haneda that cost maybe 7K Yen.
This place is quiet, clean and a sweet relief after a busy day.

After a long 14 hour flight across North Pole I arrived at Haneda.
Right next to the subways and walking distance to the old fish market.
Great location connected to the Shiodome station so easy to get around.

The view from the lobby and restaurants and room were incredible.
Really good location in Tokyo and the view is awesome.
The only downside is it's a little far from everything

We also enjoyed the daily hotel breakfast (complimentary as part of membership), service was excellent and the coffee and the selection of a la carte and buffet items were good.
Breakfast selection was very limited for a 5 star hotel and all egg dishes were locked behind a menu where you you could only order one dish per breakfast.
It’s the kind of morning spread that makes you want to get up and get to it, and it was a highlight of our stay every single day.

Evening bites also available with Lounge access, with heavy hors d'oeuvres good for light dinner if don't want to go out, or tired after touring Tokyo all day.
At breakfast, when we were simply looking over the menu, the staff abruptly jumped out and assumed we were trying to enter the restaurant without a host.
I especially liked the breakfast, which offers both Western and Japanese options like natto (which is exactly what I want as a returning Japanese expat).

For our complimentary breakfast, we headed down to the restaurant and were seated in the elite member section, a comfortable booth with a gorgeous view.
At breakfast on the 28th floor, young 'Joe' consistently went above and beyond by remembering my wife and arranging a beautiful window table each morning.
Breakfast service was a delight. Very attentive and great variety of tradition western items and Japanese fare to start every morning of our stay.

Breakfast was excellent, with a western section, a japanese section, and a made to order item, along with a selection of multiple beverages.
Rich, perfectly executed, and utterly indulgent — it’s the kind of dish you find yourself thinking about long after you’ve checked out.
Since my wife is a Hilton Diamond member, we got to enjoy the breakfast on the 28th floor and it was fantastic.

Same goes for breakfast in Cerise, which is fine, but far cry from the lush and memorable one from few years ago.
The two days we dined downstairs at the main restaurant, it took them more than 15 mins to bring out coffee.
Breakfast was okay, they are very strict on how much yoh can order which is weird as its a breakfast buffet.

Everything was perfection, from our room, to the AMAZING breakfast, to the spa and incredible pool with views of Tokyo's skyline.
You go through the buffet line for most food items but order your “main” like eggs etc off a menu.
The variety and quality were outstanding, easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I can recall across many international stays.

The special item can order strait from counter and here to waiter or waitress and slow down the time service
The breakfast still is top notch with many things on offer from both the buffet and the menu.
We only had a snack and the included breakfasts but we found these to be very average.

The spa facilities, daily breakfast, and executive lounge were among the highlights of our stay.
And I can’t believe I didn’t mention this in our last review—the breakfast is phenomenal.
Great hotel but needs to put more variety in breakfast and executive lounge offerings

The breakfast is top notch and a phenomenal way to start the day.
Love the quiet chaos of the daily lounge breakfast and general service.
We found the food very good but the service very poor.

A special word on the breakfast, which was incredible.
The food was average yet priced like fine dining.
Whoever is behind that creation deserves serious recognition.

I have to say that the A5 Wagyu filets, the salmon and the 'Oh, my stars, I can't believe fresh fruit like this actually exists!' in-room dining made me almost (ALMOST) happy to be room-bound.
In celebration of the New Year, traditional Japanese osechi dishes were also available, which made the experience even more special and allowed us to enjoy a lovely New Year’s morning.
Executive Lounge has both Japanese breakfast and Western options, plus a deluxe egg course on order, whether you want uni scrambled eggs or lobster benedict, etc.

The dining experience at the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant was a highlight: exquisite flavours, masterful preparation in front of you, and attentive service in a serene setting.
He generously shared his knowledge of Japanese cuisine and even showed me some of the traditional cooking tools used to prepare the kaiseki meal I ordered.
Service at dinner was a little slow, not sure if that was due to a staffing issue or standard for the restaurant.

We called reception to order room service at 5:30 because my mom was hungry, and they told us a restaurant was available.
For evenings, the 28F Bar & Lounge is worth a stop, though the main highlight for me was the live music.
We could not make a dinner reservation at 5 PM, and they told us the earliest opening seat was 7 PM.

We asked for a table away from the crowds and they immediately filled the seats around us defeating the purpose.
Had dinner in the " Collage " ( Modern French ) restaurant ( 28th floor ), ceiling is 7m high!
But I have to highlight our meal at Kazahana, and specifically our chef Waka, he made our dinner unforgettable.

We had a wonderful dinner at Kazahana and truly enjoyed the food, wine, atmosphere and service throughout the evening.
For breakfast, we were given a window-side table at China Blue, where we enjoyed delicious pancakes and egg dishes.
We ate at the Japanese restaurant in site doing to the tepanyaki grill and our chef was impressive, Maki.

Why did they tell me there was not an open seat? There are many empty seats at 5:30 PM.
Yukari, the supervisor, was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived.
I had lunch at Kazahana twice and the sushi chefs and staff were excellent and food was delicious.

The crowd at the bar and restaurants were a bit to upmarket and uptight for my taste.
The food at the restaurants was exceptional—every meal was beautifully prepared and of the highest quality.
Interesting menu and excellent Champagne ( white & rose ) and 2018 French dry red wine.

Pleasant seating, quite and very friendly/polite staff served us for our min 2hrs stay.
Kazahana, Japanese restaurant at Conrad Tokyo: Hiryu, the shift leader, went above and beyond.
I added salt and asked for chilli oil to make it just ok.

We also really enjoyed the dining, as the food was consistently good.
His passion and attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience.
The food far exceeded our expectations in restaurants and the bar.

This was the most holistic dining experience I’ve ever had.
The executive lounge is clap - food is like garbage.
The sushi restaurant was overpriced for quality and quantity.

Asked for late check out, as this is one of HH Diamond perks, but was only offered until 1pm with 30min stay in the lounge (?!), but after some debate (during which they tries to sell me 3pm check out for 26.000 yen) they offered 2pm complimentary check out.
Upon arrival at 2pm we were informed that we can take one-level upgrade to the basic king size room with bay view or wait until 4pm for upgrade into executive floor room (hotel was at this point selling many suites, none was offered).
Underwhelming check-in experience – Surprisingly, this was the only five-star hotel in Japan that did not offer a welcome drink, which would have been especially appreciated after a 20-hour journey to Tokyo.

It was a little inconvenient that every time you wanted to go from your room to outside tue hotel, you had to go through the entire 28th lobby floor.
Everything from check-in to amenities, and the most amazing staff who would bend over backwards to help with any reservations, directions or suggestions on what to do around town.
I only had one inconvenience regarding my reservation, where I was notified that it showed I had not checked in at the hotel. But it was resolved.

We arrived around noon, but since our rooms were not ready, we had to wait almost 4 hours in the Club Lounge on the 37th floor.
Starting from check in. I stood here for good 5 minutes before I had to go up to someone and ask where the line was.
Checkout possible by TV, but we like in-person, and Lounge checkout is as good as it gets (no line, comfortable chairs, drinks and snacks).

The lovely young woman (but aren't they all?) who completed the check-in process so that I didn't need to stand at the counter.
When checking in they were able to arrange a continental breakfast box at 5am as I had to leave early for Haneda.
From check in by Vincent Hsu, the friendly and proactive vibes set the tone I felt in this too short stay.

When you enter on the first floor, you have to take an elevator to the 28th floor where reception is.
He said there was no line that the greeter would come to take my name. Well she never did.
We were offered to hang out in the lounge after checkout, if we wanted (not common in many hotels).

Then the rooms are down a long hall and another elevator ride and another hall to your specific room.
Upgrading us to a suite before we arrived and sending my son a congratulatory cake and card upon check-in!
Despite how busy the hotel was, the check-in process on December 31 was very smooth and well organized.

If getting in and out of your room quickly is important, this is something to keep in mind.
Our arrival and departure flight times were inconvenient relative to hotel check in and check out times.
They could add more people for check-in, check-out and concierge to fasten the process during busy period.

At last, I clarified and the staff did nothing - very unpleasant and see the unprofessional manner.
I had to go up to her and tell her I’m waiting to check in.
Right from check in to check out, there were absolutely no issues with the stay.

No staff care for my checkin even if I am waiting for an hour.
We had to wait 2 hours to get into our room upon checkin
Check in staff were very helpful in getting us a room early.

Although we were offered a late check-out, we had other plans.
Felt like a schlep to get to room.
Finally, around 4PM, our rooms were ready.

Scheduled between 6PM and 8PM, it was a constant battle to get near the small buffet to grab something to eat, as the place was literally swarming with other guests, trying to do the same.
On the 28th floor is the lobby with access to business center, bars and all 3 restaurants (Collage, modern European/French cuisine, China Blue, Chinese cuisine and Kazahana, Japanese cuisine - Sushi / Teppan).
When entering the hotel's building, you are met with a lovely red sculpture and staff direct you to the elevators, which take you to the hotel's lobby on the 28th floor.

The lounge is not exactly the best one I have seen with cold appetizers and a strange requirement for a reservation to have a cocktail on Friday and Saturday evenings.
It was difficult to get into the executive lounge, even though my room was on the executive level, because of "the list" they had to reference each time.
Every detail of the stay reflected a deep commitment to excellence: the pristine cleanliness, the seamless maintenance, the elegant ambience of the bar enhanced by carefully curated music.

The size of the lounge is not what matters - it is the service, the quality of the food and the people all of which is outstanding.
In fact, one of nights we were given an entire plate of mini cakes to the room which we knew we would never be able to eat!
The executive lounge provided a pretty good selection of evening appetisers, you could pretty much have a mini dinner, especially if planning on having a late dinner.

It got all the amenities of a 5 star hotel like nice lobby, spa, gym, lounge, 24x7 room service, good Concierge and is usually priced reasonably.
It would be a great improvement if the hotel upgraded to smart TVs that allow guests to stream from services like Netflix, Prime, or Apple TV.
Upon researching, found out the exclusive scent can be purchased at the shop in the lobby - room spray, essential oil or reed diffuser.

The executive lounge offered delicious food, though the need to reserve in advance for cocktail hour was a bit inconvenient with a busy itinerary.
By the way, there was warm food and as someone with a sweet tooth, I asked for dessert and they brought us some!
During the weekend, you actually need to reserve a time slot for the evening cocktails, but it was very busy during weekdays, too.

The lounge is spread across 2 sides of the building, one facing the gardens and bay and the other facing the nearby buildings.
On the the 37th floor are the executive rooms and the famous Executive Lounge which sets standards not only for the Hilton/Conrad brand.
Upgraded(no charge presumably due to status and AMEX booking) from basic room to Executive Floor, which was very convenient for Lounge access.

Also the 'signature scent' that is diffused in the lobby area & the hallway to the lounge is absolutely marvelous!!
The turndown service, complete with tea, showed a level of attention to detail that felt both personal and charming.
The tranquil Mizuki Spa, modern fitness facilities, and a 25-meter pool to relax are located on the 29th floor.

Some reviews mentioned the lounge is smaller than other properties, only has cold food and no sweets.
Several friendly people greet you at the door then usher you through two rooms to a lift.
Great time at the bar, with its huge windows with sweeping views of Tokyo Bay.

The hotel has everything you need: indoor pool, gym, spa, bar lounge and 3 restaurants.
We were offered drinks and snacks while waiting (<15 min) in the Lounge.
The Club Lounge was disappointing, as it was always cramped and full.

Several beautiful places to sit and have coffee w a view.
But the biggest disappointment came during the evening cocktails.
It is not cheap, but was well worth it!

Since we visited in July, when Tokyo is quite hot, my toddler was a little disappointed we couldn’t take advantage of it.
One of the few hotels we've seen in Japan which allows kids access to the indoor pool throughout the year without charge.
Everything was perfection, from our room, to the AMAZING breakfast, to the spa and incredible pool with views of Tokyo's skyline.

Due to the humid climate, it can take a while to fully dry your swim suit after using the pool.
Especially good for families and individuals that want to use a high quality gym/pool/steam/sauna while staying at the property
The pool and spa are wonderful and the perfect escape after a day sightseeing or overcoming jet lag!

The only downside was that the pool is restricted to children aged 4 and older.
There is fabulous swimming pool on the 26/27th floor - bring your swimming cap.
The pool gym and and spa are outstanding to have after a long flight.

The gym, sauna and pool were just an added benefit open to guests only.
The pool, which is a lap pool, is gorgeous, especially at night.
The pool is very nice on the 29th floor in the spa.

The pool was just beautiful and 25m! perfect for a proper swim.
The gym and pool are fantastic and have everything you need.
The hotel featured a lovely pool and also a nice Onsen.

The 25m pool was great for laps, with lovely clean water.
My kids love to swim in the swimming pool.
The lap pool is a nice addition.

My daughter LOVED the pool.
Also enjoyed the pool.
Pool with a view

Great swimming pool

I would have happily splurged on their spa services if they used local techniques and beauty care brands - because they didn't, I passed on a facial or massage.
The Mizuki Spa ladies who took great pains to see that I could still enjoy my spa appointments without adding to the pain I was already in.
Everything was perfection, from our room, to the AMAZING breakfast, to the spa and incredible pool with views of Tokyo's skyline.

She is truly attentive; she made sure every detail of the treatment was perfect and tailored to what I needed.
The high standard of service from Maria and the rest of the team made my stay feel truly special.
The hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to use the spa as weary travellers to freshen up.

The pool and spa are wonderful and the perfect escape after a day sightseeing or overcoming jet lag!
The spa facilities, daily breakfast, and executive lounge were among the highlights of our stay.
I do wish that the spa stayed open late and offered nail repair services.

The pool gym and and spa are outstanding to have after a long flight.
It was one of the most relaxing and professional spa experiences I’ve had.
Nice Spa and Bar and Lounge area has live music in the evening.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi, which by the way is only available clothes-free.
The absolute highlight was my time at the spa with Maria.
One point of feedback is their lack of Japanese spa products.

The spa offered a haven of tranquillity.
Fantastic pool and day spa
Mama preferred the spa.

Sauna and steam room
The spa was heavenly.
Excellent spa.

The gym is a decent size and can accommodate a few people at a time.
Especially good for families and individuals that want to use a high quality gym
The pool gym and and spa are outstanding to have after a long flight.

The gym, sauna and pool were just an added benefit open to guests only.
It's a shame they have a tiny gym; not much strength training equipment.
The gym was small as usual for such a hotel, but still good.

If you like to workout everyday, there’s not much space to do weights.
The gym and pool are fantastic and have everything you need.
The gym is very small for the property size.

The gym (24/7) was very good as well!
Great gym
Excellent gym

Easy access from Haneda Airport which serves both international and domestic as well as metro stop is right under the premises.
The hotel is connected to the Shiodome station as well as Shimbashi station through walkways, making transportation a breeze.
Loved that the station was right below the hotel yet you could hardly hear them.

The Yurikamome line next to the hotel is very convenient to access Odaiba area attractions.
Train station is within feet of the hotel.
It was very close to public transport

Great hotel with easy transit.
