        The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
        Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout my stay: The floor was sometimes left uncleaned. Toilet paper was not always replenished. The floor mat was taken but not replaced. Bedsheets had a visible bloodstain and were only changed after 3 days.
        Only setback was the plumbing system in our room which wasn’t fixed until the 3rd and last day of our stay.
        Very noisy in the night. The people in the corridor were loud and also the neighbor was talking loudly at phone in the night. I couldn’t properly rest and sleep.

        They immediately located it, kept it safe, and seamlessly arranged for us to get it back without any hassle.
        The staff really made it the best and special stay for my mom by decorating the room with balloons, wish card and free birthday cake.
        They said they will check and get back to me but they never did.

        Breakfast buffet disgusting, same every day and everyday everything stone cold sausage, eggs, hash, beans, even the curry.
        Only one person was assigned to cook eggs and omelettes, which led to long queues and wait times.
        They let people in without any vacant tables to sit on. Complete chaos.

        We arrived at the hotel at noon and requested to store our luggage and check in. By 3:00 pm we came to the hotel to pick up our keys and had to wait 30+ mins with no explanations.
        We reached the hotel at about 4pm and were informed that one of the rooms was not ready. We came back at 5.15pm and were once again told the room was still not ready; no call came back as promised.
        Checking in and out was a breeze and front desk staff was very helpful.
        Our checkout time was 12 noon. At 11.40 am we were locked out of our room, and the hotel said they had locked it because checkout was at noon.

        The hotel is just 1+ year old, very clean, well kept and comfortable with well trained staff and lavish breakfast buffet spread.
        The facilities especially at level where pool and gymnasium located were so spacious and comfortable for us to rest for a while and enjoy the scenery at the same time.
        The bathroom, water from shower head also rainshower can not turn to high pressure, water will splashing out from bathub, make the bathroom floor all wet.
        No in-room dining service and no convenience store within walking distance (extremely hot weather nowadays are not helpful).

        If I’m using Alphard, I have to see each and every move very very closely until I go up.
        The parking is located at Level 5 and I have to park my car again and go to Ground floor to validate. Is really wasting my time.

        The food is a tad too salty. The nasi lemak chilli even without ikan bills was extremely salty.
        We had dinner twice at the restaurant, the chicken bolognese and nasi kampong were very salty even when we asked for it to be less salty.
        Restaurant is nicely laid out but quiet, and food was unexpectedly delicious, especially the mee goreng!
        The in-room dining menu had limited options, and the food quality was somewhat disappointing, not quite what you’d expect from a five-star hotel.
