        We had such a fantastic time at the Crowne Plaza Dubai marina. It caters well for families and we would give it top marks for customer satisfaction.
        Business or Holiday - a good choice for both
        Its a nice hotel but missing the normal grandeur you would expect from a 5* hotel in Dubai. At best it should be a 4* hotel.

        Staff are repeatedly praised for being friendly, helpful, attentive, and quick to respond, with guests highlighting welcoming reception service, useful local advice and transport help, and assistance with special requests and celebrations. A few reports note preferences were not honored at arrival and one receptionist was initially unhelpful, though another staff member apologized and helped.

        The most memorable part of our stay was the customer service. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels. Staff here were some of the best we've interacted with.
        Hom hailed cabs, gave advice on the best way to get to our sight seeing locations and generally welcomed us every day with a huge smile and offer of help.
        Everyone we required it was done there and then without any hesitation.
        When we reached none of the preferences given in advance were taken care of (all rooms on the same floor etc.) plus the lady at the reception "Monalisa" was not helpful (borderline rude) until she realised that I am also an IHG member.

        The hotel sits directly on Dubai Marina, beside Marina Mall and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the Marina Promenade. Guests also cite access to Jumeirah Beach (about a 7–15-minute walk), the metro and tram, and a position away from the worst traffic that makes arrivals easier.

        The hotel is in a great location, right by the marina and its mall. But on the side away from the worst of the traffic, so much easier to get in and out of.
        The location on the marina is fantastic, with a short walk to the marina mall, mini kids playgrounds and a nicer say 15 minute walk to JBR.
        It was close to the Metro, and the tram with easy access to the center of Dubai as well as the beach and Palm Jumeirah.
        The view of the marina and Pier 7 was just wow- especially at night! Overall i would give this 10/10 for location to be near Dubai Marina

        Breakfast is good, lots of options and great timings (available till 11am) but based on my experience of multiple other hotels in Dubai, I would probably only give 3/4* to the breakfast.
        I loved the breakfast area downstairs overlooking the Marina.
