A 16-storey hotel developed as an urban resort on Hung Hom Bay, with open-air terraces, an elevated park and direct views towards Victoria Harbour.

Architecture by Rocco Design Architects, interiors by André Fu and a ground-floor food hall associated with AvroKO’s Bangkok studio.

The interiors use Botticino Classico marble, Turkish onyx, eucalyptus timber and glossy lacquered panels to create layered intimacy within the large property.

The approximately 546-room inventory includes harbour-facing and city-facing accommodation, with particularly strong Victoria Harbour outlooks from upper floors and the penthouse suite.

An outdoor 25-metre heated infinity pool is positioned for harbour views and is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The onsite wellness offering includes hot stone massage, body wraps, body scrubs, a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi or whirlpool and gymnasium.

The property has five restaurants and a bar or lounge programme, including Big Bay Café, Hung Tong, an AvroKO-associated ground-floor food hall and a poolside bar.

The events facilities include 17 meeting rooms, approximately 33,519 square feet of meeting space and 57,931 square feet of outdoor event space.

The Grand Ballroom measures 18,901 square feet and has a 21-foot ceiling; the second-largest event room measures 9,827 square feet.

The hotel stands beside the Hung Hom ferry pier on Kowloon’s waterfront, facing Hong Kong Island across Victoria Harbour and near Whampoa and Hung Hom.
