evian SPA TOKYO occupies 1,200 square metres on the fifth floor and is identified by official materials as Japan’s only evian spa.

The hotel has 284 guestrooms and suites, positioned as unusually spacious for central Tokyo, with selected categories offering Palace Garden or skyline views.

The 2012 building is a curving glass, concrete and stone structure designed by Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei.

The site’s hotel history began with Hotel Teito in 1947, followed by Palace Hotel’s opening in 1961; the current building is a full redevelopment rather than a renovation.

A 127-square-metre fitness room operates 24 hours on the same fifth-floor wellness level as the pool and spa.
