A restored 1920s colonial mansion forms the architectural and visual centre of the 54-key hotel.

The property combines preserved colonial character with Peranakan references, antique materials, teakwood fittings and intricate artwork.

Spa Village Malacca is built around therapies derived from Peranakan healing heritage shaped by Chinese and Malay influences.

The spa occupies two floors and contains six treatment rooms and four pre-treatment rooms.

The Mansion serves Kristang cuisine, a Portuguese-Eurasian culinary tradition associated with Melaka, and seats up to 106 guests.

The Mansion overlooks the Malacca River and draws on Portuguese, Dutch, English and Peranakan culinary influences.

The hotel has 54 guest rooms: 43 Deluxe King Rooms, 9 Deluxe Twin Rooms and 2 Suites.

The two suites measure 70 square metres each, compared with 35 square metres for the Deluxe room categories.

The outdoor swimming pool is described as a relatively small plunge pool, with the fitness centre overlooking it through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The combined Majestic 1, 2 and 3 function rooms accommodate up to 90 in theatre layout and 100 for dinner.
