Public life stacked above Kowloon

Conceived within the upper portion of the 490-metre International Commerce Centre, the hotel concentrates guestrooms, dining, wellness and meetings across floors 102 to 118 rather than a horizontal resort footprint. Height, compressed vertical circulation and panoramic harbour and city views define the concept.

Contemporary interiors with East-West references

LTW Designworks created interiors combining silk-panelled walls, leather headboards with metallic accents, floral-motif carpeting and a bright tangerine silk-lined Chinese jewel box closet. Bathrooms use travertine marble floors and walls with onyx countertops.

Design-led club and event spaces

The 116th-floor Club Lounge uses soft lighting and modern-classic furniture for a residential atmosphere. The Diamond Ballroom adds crystal chandeliers, mirrored wall effects, champagne-and-amber tones, lacewood doors and cut-crystal handles. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Wong & Ouyang designed the tower, while Spin Design Studio and Wonderwall designed the dining venues.

A distinctive decorative palette

Accommodation interiors are characterised by floral-pattern carpets, silk wall treatments, leather headboards with metallic details and the signature tangerine silk-lined Chinese jewel box closet. En-suite bathrooms use marble and onyx finishes.

Club accommodation with a dedicated lounge

Club-category accommodation includes access to the Club Lounge on the 116th floor. The lounge contains a library and meeting room and provides complimentary culinary presentations together with personalised business services.

A Dining Collection Suspended Above Victoria Harbour

Venues distributed through the upper tower

The dining collection begins on the 102nd floor and extends upwards through the property, making restaurant and bar placement part of the hotel’s vertical, skyline-oriented identity. Dining interiors were designed by Spin Design Studio and Wonderwall.

Distinct service patterns across the collection

One venue closes on Mondays and serves lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Friday, with longer weekend lunch and dinner periods. Another serves lunch and dinner on weekdays with a different split-service pattern at weekends.

Late-running bar and all-day venue

A bar operates from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM on Saturday and noon to midnight on Sunday. An all-day venue operates daily from 6:30 AM to midnight.
