A Vertical Hotel Inside Hong Kong’s 490-Metre Landmark

Public life stacked above Kowloon

Conceived within the upper portion of the 490-metre International Commerce Centre, the hotel concentrates guestrooms, dining, wellness and meetings across floors 102 to 118 rather than a horizontal resort footprint. Height, compressed vertical circulation and panoramic harbour and city views define the concept.

Contemporary interiors with East-West references

LTW Designworks created interiors combining silk-panelled walls, leather headboards with metallic accents, floral-motif carpeting and a bright tangerine silk-lined Chinese jewel box closet. Bathrooms use travertine marble floors and walls with onyx countertops.

Design-led club and event spaces

The 116th-floor Club Lounge uses soft lighting and modern-classic furniture for a residential atmosphere. The Diamond Ballroom adds crystal chandeliers, mirrored wall effects, champagne-and-amber tones, lacewood doors and cut-crystal handles. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Wong & Ouyang designed the tower, while Spin Design Studio and Wonderwall designed the dining venues.

Harbour and Skyline Views from Floors 106 to 117

312 elevated guestrooms and suites

The 312 guestrooms and suites occupy floors 106 to 117, with their positions in the upper tower oriented towards Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong Island or the wider city skyline.

A distinctive decorative palette

Accommodation interiors are characterised by floral-pattern carpets, silk wall treatments, leather headboards with metallic details and the signature tangerine silk-lined Chinese jewel box closet. En-suite bathrooms use marble and onyx finishes.

Club accommodation with a dedicated lounge

Club-category accommodation includes access to the Club Lounge on the 116th floor. The lounge contains a library and meeting room and provides complimentary culinary presentations together with personalised business services.

A Dining Collection Suspended Above Victoria Harbour

Venues distributed through the upper tower

The dining collection begins on the 102nd floor and extends upwards through the property, making restaurant and bar placement part of the hotel’s vertical, skyline-oriented identity. Dining interiors were designed by Spin Design Studio and Wonderwall.

Distinct service patterns across the collection

One venue closes on Mondays and serves lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Friday, with longer weekend lunch and dinner periods. Another serves lunch and dinner on weekdays with a different split-service pattern at weekends.

Late-running bar and all-day venue

A bar operates from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM on Saturday and noon to midnight on Sunday. An all-day venue operates daily from 6:30 AM to midnight.

An Indoor Infinity Pool at the Top of the Tower

118th-floor pool with an illuminated ceiling

The indoor infinity-style pool occupies the 118th floor and is framed by floor-to-ceiling glass and panoramic city views. A 28-metre by 7-metre high-resolution LED wall and ceiling installation animates the pool environment.

Outdoor Jacuzzi above the city

An outdoor Jacuzzi sits on the 118th-floor leisure deck, alongside the fitness centre and indoor pool. It is part of the hotel’s high-altitude recreation level rather than a ground-level garden or resort pool setting.

Daily pool access

The indoor pool operates daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing access to the uppermost leisure level across the full day.

A Two-Level Wellness Stack Above the Harbour

The Ritz-Carlton Spa on the 116th floor

The destination spa contains nine deluxe treatment rooms and two couple’s suites, all set behind floor-to-ceiling windows with wide-open views over Hong Kong’s harbour and cityscape. It operates from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.

Fitness and aquatic facilities at level 118

The fully equipped fitness centre occupies the 118th floor with the indoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, creating a concentrated high-altitude recreation level within the upper tower.

Formal meeting and event infrastructure

The property includes an 870-square-metre ballroom, four additional meeting rooms and the 10,000-square-foot Diamond Ballroom, whose crystal chandeliers, mirrored walls and champagne-and-amber palette give the event facilities a defined visual identity.

West Kowloon’s Landmark Business and Transport Corridor

Inside the International Commerce Centre

The hotel occupies the upper levels of the International Commerce Centre in West Kowloon, a landmark commercial tower that defines the immediate setting and links the property to Hong Kong’s modern office, retail and rail development.

Waterfront-edge urban context

The surrounding area is a dense waterfront-edge urban zone oriented towards Victoria Harbour and the skyline of Hong Kong Island. The hotel’s elevation and tower setting make the cityscape a central part of its geographic character.

Access to Kowloon’s retail and visitor districts

West Kowloon and Tsim Sha Tsui provide the principal nearby retail, dining and visitor draws, while the wider location sits within a premium transit-and-retail corridor close to the Western Kowloon business area and Kowloon waterfront.
