The rooms are seriously spacious, and the shower has amazing water pressure, which is a massive plus for me.
The room was incredibly spacious with a thoughtful layout, especially the huge bathroom and shower area, plus the large mirror that made getting ready so convenient.
First, the AC is very weak when the sun is beating directly into the room; it just couldn't keep up with the heat.
The interior was stylish, but the shower water flowed all the way to the toilet, making the first day a wet mess, and the toilet seat was always damp, which was unpleasant.

Excellent location for these reasons : (i) Direct link to the airport via the Airport Express (W is located at Kowloon Station and once at this station, exit is connected to the hotel); (ii) connected to the Bullet Trains to China via the mall; (iii) easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui (walking distance and also, for those who can't walk much, you can easily reach TST or the Star Ferry via Austin MTR station); (iv) that W Hotel is located within a mall which has restaurants, food outlets and a supermarket - super convenient!!
You can literally get here from the HK airport without stepping foot outside at all.
The pedestrian access is not very good as it is an area with many highways, although the location inside a shopping mall and the Kowloon station make it much easier to get around.
We looked over the rubbish tip of the City and harbour where they off load everything, not a nice view at all.

Chef Bill at the KITCHEN restaurant remembered we were vegetarian from our first breakfast and prepared special soup base for us each morning.
Took 30 minutes to get my coffee for breakfast. The 2:nd day they forgot.
Spoons, forks at breakfast were dirty 3 times out of 3 days.

We arrived very early morning from Los Angeles when we got to the hotel it was only 8:30 AM!
She was able to find a room for us and we were able to check in six hours before our original time.
My only complaint would be that the check in/out queue was long.
The actual checkout process was much slower than usual, which unfortunately put me in a massive rush and made me late for my flight.
