It is so appreciated that you have made it possible for children to use the 77th floor pool until 1pm.

Everything from the efficiency of staff, to the ambience, fantastic breakfast buffet, top notch facilities and the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

Since the Infinity Pool is reserved for yoga until 10 am, in practice, children and teenagers can only spend one hour a day at the pool!

It's a bit annoying that to get to it, you have to go through 3 elevators, and it took us some time to learn the way.

One thing that definitely needs improvement are the pool chairs — all of them were dirty and full of stains, which really takes away from the experience.

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, which we truly appreciated.

I booked a guaranteed upgraded room to see view but the room was not spacious and actually it is a partially see view and mostly a water channel view.

They gave us a room with a terrible smell. I upgraded to a junior suite, but the same smell remained in the shower. It's not worth the money.

One of the housekeeping staff left my brother’s room door wide open in the evening. This is an absolute breach of safety and privacy.

the hotel does not have private beach access, which may be a drawback for guests looking for a beachfront experience.

The beach is very bad, it has a disgusting smell, is small, far away, and there is no life or anything that belongs to the word beach. Unfortunately, the address is just a name.

The elevators ruined the experience. It takes four elevators to get there from your room.

Age restrictions for many facilities: one restaurant and two swimming pools are not allowed for under 21.

Lobby: absolutely splendid, greeted with the most alluring and unique scents, airy and tranquil ambiance, the settings are spectacular, unique features.

The half-board buffet was very disappointing and did not meet expectations in terms of quality and variety although we got good options in the other restaurants.

Those who use breakfast and half-board in the main restaurant feel like they are in an overwhelmed canteen.

It took over an hour to serve a simple order of one pasta and one pizza for two people. The service was painfully slow and disorganized.

The Beach Grill restaurant makes fantastic food of high quality, so try it if you are staying at the hotel.

Check in took more than 2 hours. They promised it would take 1 hour max. We waited in the lobby with no issues, but they failed to update us about the room.

They charged me twice. The first time a day before check-in and the second time they made me pay at the reception, saying the first payment would be refunded. It still hasn't been refunded.

The half-board formula is not clear at all, several staff members contradict each other, particularly regarding the different restaurants where we can eat in the evening.

The first day of our stay was amazing, they checked us in early in the morning at no extra charge, we moved our breakfast to the day of our arrival, and it was delicious.

Be careful, the staff waiting at the exit door calls a VIP contracted taxi even though you ask for a normal taxi, and you can pay 3 times prices!

The one hiccup was finding the property; we did go around a bit before finally arriving. Better signage or clearer directions from the hotel would really help first-time guests.

The traffic on the road to the hotel was terrible almost everyday especially the traffic light right before the hotel’s exit.

However, everything you need is at walking distance at JBR.

Gym was small with only 4 treadmills, but they do have all essential equipments and weights.

The gym is perfectly located, and the view from there is simply breathtaking, making workouts even more enjoyable.

i went 5 days to the gym and it was busy each time.

To get from my room to the gym required 3 seperate elevators and three to get back.

The massage was excellent, relaxing, and characterized by great professionalism.

Spa treatments were fabulous.

spa (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna etc) is very minimalistic compared to other hotels comparable to it.

The hotel occupies the first 16 floors and then has access to spa on the 75th floor.
