We did not leave the resort these two days because we were so in love with all the amenities and the vibes.

This was the most beautiful five star resort and resort that I’ve ever been to and stayed at.

This hotel is top notch, beautiful grounds, pools are amazing staff cannot be more friendly and helpful.

This was my second stay here for 8 nights and have to say to wa thoroughly amazing

Above and beyond our expectations from start to finish they really have it in place here.

I've been to Dubai on several occasions and I never stay in the same hotel.

I can honestly note that I would revisit the Address (Beach Resort), in a heartbeat.

I had a pleasure to stay at this hotel, i dont have any complaints,

The room and the whole place were super clean and fragrant the whole time.

Nice, modern luxury hotel in a great location with great amenities and private beach.

I will come again next year or the year after for the third time!

We are very discerning travellers but would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Recently opened, and brand new!

I went to him later that evening with the letter I received documenting I should have received the upgrade but it was too late to change rooms and he offered no other compensation, and no VIP amenities either.

I firmly believe that a hotel achieves 5-star status not solely based on its appearance but through the dedication and hard work of its staff, who tirelessly manage and maintain the hotel across various departments.

I even asked for the VIP room upgrade and was told by the hotel staff that I would have to pay for any room upgrades.

The service and the hygiene stand out the most, the staff were the most helpful and responsive I have experienced in a long time.

House keeping placed a sunglasses cloth with the hotel logo neatly placed next to my wife’s sunglasses left on the table, very nice touch

I would like to mention Kirk, Stefan and Mrs Alpha who went above and beyond to make us feel at home

Greeters and bellman’s came and grabbed our belongings and didn’t have to worry about them all the way to our room!

Very nice people from the front disk to waters in breakfast to the pool people to house service all of them.

All staff members were polite, greeting us with either a good morning or good evening and a smile.

We were amazed with the Hotel Services the moment we arrived and stepped at the hotel lobby.

I think her name is Tran at the front desk was so sweet and professional!!

The attitude of all the staff is great always smiling & happy to help.

All the staff were ace but Special shout out to Adam duty manager.

The facilities, the staff and the condition of the hotel is excellent.

Very high standard of hospitality, impeccable service and everyone was nice.

We were not able to access the infinity pool lounge with a baby but the pools in the property are spectacular with private beach access!

An example was when my partner asked me to meet him at the infinity pool and I was at the ground floor pools.

The only issue experienced was the refurbishment of the roof top pool - loud drilling throughout the day which spoilt the atmosphere.

Infinity pool at the top of the hotel is amazing with views of the beach and the Palm.

Please consider we are on Holiday and we are in the desert, enjoying of the pools are key.

The 77th floor pool and lounge are magnificent and provide amazing views of Jumirah and the Palm!!

I mostly enjoy the infinity pool it was breath taking definitely going back there again soon.

Only 1 out of 4 pools is allowed for children so not great for families.

Our experience at the infinity pool at 77 was nothing but a dream come true!

The rooftop infinity pool is absolutely stunning and we spent hours just relaxing there.

The pool on the 77th floor offers amazing view, however it closes at 6pm.

Infinity pool was something truly special.

Its a highlight of the hotel.

You cannot find better in Dubai.

Go the pool change 3 elevators.

That goes for all it's pools.

The pools are gorgeous.

Easy to get in/out by taxi and very good access the main road, making it convenient to go anywhere in Dubai, without being stuck in traffic, which is the case in most other marina hotels.

Problem is traffic if you go downtown its hard to catch a cab going back to the hotel since most drivers avoid jbr st rush hours.

This was a superb and very comfortable stay in an amazing building that is super well located - walking distance from so many great places.

Hotel is located at the end of JBR and in the heat it is really hard to walk to all the main restaurants.

They had the most stunning views of the palm Jumeirah and just the ocean and all the beautiful city of Dubai.

Just don't stay here if you wish to explore Dubai because you will not want to leave the property area.

The resort have a nice view on the beach and near JBR so anything you want close to you

Definitely recommend if you want to be a walks away from blue water and marina walk

I would probably book a hotel that’s a little bit more in the centre of JBR.

Shops, restaurants, coffee shops outside the hotel were all walking distance which was very convenient.

The location is so convenient, close enough to the palm and ammmenities, without the traffic.

The Hotel is located at the top of the WALK, which is perfect for entertainment.

10 mins walk to Marina, 10 mins to Bluewaters and 5 mins to JBR.

The hotel is located very well we’re you can walk out to many places.

Hotel is on JBR so plenty of eating options a few minutes walk.

Stunning hotel, great location near some good bars and loads of restaurants.

I travelled as a lone female and I felt completely safe.

This brand new property really makes a statement on Jumirah Beach!

Also a few minutes walk to popular marina restaurants!

An only small observation is that maybe the soundproofing the room can be a bit better it was easy to hear people outside or in next room and the sound of watercraft in the marina through the window even on 12th floor however this is just minor as most sound stopped later in the evening.

Our room has a lovely canal view where we would sit at night and fascinated with the lighted up buildings across, the bridge and canal changing lights and boats/cruises that passes by!

This was a really big disappointment for us as I was hoping to get a really high floor but the Hotel rooms only go to level 16.

The actual hotel rooms are only located from levels one to 16 so you won’t get any high rooms unless you book the residence apartments section.

Our room was pretty specious and the cleaning staff always did an amazing job cleaning our room.

The room was clean, great bed, modern and included flip-flops and beach bag - nice touch.

We got an upgraded room on arrival offering great views of the marina.

They flopped around in the wind and made noise all the time.

Our room was large, very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Our room was not cleaned until at least 5pm everyday.

The room had tea & coffee & water complementary.

Annoying to sleep and the flat sheet come off.

They defo put a big effort into details

My only suggestion is to get fitted sheets.

One day the cleaners came at 7pm.

Including the breakfast buffet including organic locally sourced vegetables and fruits as well as the turndown service each night.

Breakfast staff were the best and the buffet selection has been one of the best I have experienced!

If they have modern coffee machines like in other hotels the guest could serve themselves.

I wish the staff was better organized and served coffee faster during the breakfast.

The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had for free breakfast.

Breakfast was included in my stay, which was brilliant.

I don't like getting coffee after finishing breakfast.

I had lunch at the beach grill and Emebet took care of me with amazing service and kindness, even giving me a complimentary drink while i was at the beach!

He managed to secure a spot at a sought after restaurant for my birthday dinner within 24 hours of me arriving.

Beach Bar and Grill highly recommended, do not miss the shrimp cocktail and tenderloin steak, excellent chef, food was delicious!

Food-wise, I feel the resort could offer a bit more, its a bit one-dimensional, thats my only critique.

Food and drinks at all restaurants were amazing and I would definitely come back with my family!

Restaurant on the 73rd floor offer fantastic night view of the city and waters below

I would suggest leaving the hotel for dinner as there are so many options.

Shepard at the Grill pool restaurant is amazing, a true asset to the hotel.

What I was surprised about are the prices for food and beverages.

I would not choose Dubai for holidays due to this fact anymore.

Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai.

We ate in all the restaurants, all top notch.

Loved the dining options. Food was always top notch.

The choices and quality of food was faultless.

Only used the beach grille restaurant exceptional food.

Food is quite expensive and quite average.

I highly recommend getting breakfast included.

Nicolai Lisii was phenomenal.

If you’re staying at the hotel for example you need to go down to the lobby and then catch a separate lift to go back up to the gym and the same as well if you’re going to the ground floor pools.

Lift from ground floor to lobby.. change lift to room.. grab item.. then lift back to lobby.. change lifts.. lift to gym/spa level.. change lift again by walking through spa, finally getting to the lift to take me up to 77..

We found the lifts a little confusing as you had to change multiple times to get to the top but well worth it when you got there.

The Hotel itself is broken up and you need to use multiple lifts to get to different places.

The gym was nice with a beautiful view and bathroom had steam sauna & dry sauna.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, amazing gym, 3 great swimming pools and right on beach.

E.g. complementary sun cream at the pool downstairs, the man who cleans your sunglasses,etc

The facilities, the staff and the condition of the hotel is excellent.

They has room service twice a day with restock in waters.

All room amenities and building facilities were first class.

Every corner of the hotel is spotlessly clean.

Great facilities.

After many calls and getting through to a manager we were given another room of the spec we paid for but still not on same floor.

On check in we were put on different floors and one room had been downgraded and too small for our family.

We booked 2 rooms and asked for either interconnecting or on same floor months ago.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Anette who kindly assisted us for room check in.

We also got offered water and hand wipes as she was completing our check in.

She was incredibly helpful, professional and made the check in experience smooth.

From the check in to the check out

Arrived there 2 pm room was not ready.

We told them when we checked in.

Check-in was very poor.

They did nothing.
