The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I returned to the hotel for the second time because of the employee Akram the Egyptian. Honestly, he is the best I have ever dealt with in my life.

What upset me more is that my mother was with me, and she is elderly. I expected the treatment of her and us to be more refined and respectful, but unfortunately, the manner was inappropriate and did not take into account the elderly.

It took over 30 minutes to get my car. I understand it was Eid season and the hotel was busy, but the waiting time was still too long.

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, and I liked everything about it, from the rooms to the staff, customer service, valet service, and the diverse and beautiful breakfast!

My stay at the Jaddaf Rotana Hotel was comfortable and exceptional; everything was of a high standard in terms of quality and service.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and it was perfect for us as a big family to stay together in the same unit.

Some areas showed clear signs of wear and tear, including stains on the couches and carpet.

we discovered that the windows do not close properly and the rubber insulation is completely worn out. This allowed hot air to constantly enter the room, making the AC almost useless.

Almost all the places are close to you, like the Dubai Mall, which takes 15 minutes to reach.

The closest metro station is about 10 minutes walk, which is too long in the heat of 40 C

Many projects under development/construction, and didn't seem to have restaurants/cafés or places to go shopping nearby.

Location was honestly a bit too far from where we wanted to go daily. Taxi's were plentiful but the fares were adding up. Marina was about 40 mins away

I cannot say enough about the amazing breakfast buffet, I am a regular traveller for work, and personal pleasure didn't see anything like this ever, every food selection was the best of qualities

Coffee at breakfast was not great at all. A machine serving very tasteless, tepid coffee

Exploiting customers as I was informed to pay an additional amount for 3 people for breakfast despite having booked with breakfast included.

this time there was flies in the breakfast buffet clarified that it is due to direct access from restaurant to the pool!!!

The gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool for adults, another one for kids, and the jacuzzi all count as positives for the management due to cleanliness, attention, and continuous organization of the equipment.

The smell in the hallways is a strong and annoying perfume meant to cover the moldy smell.

No good sound proofing, even when I stayed in the 12th floor you still hear all the noise from the pool.

There is no children's club, which is the biggest drawback of the hotel.

The check-in was very slow, taking more than 30 minutes without exaggeration

I booked on Booking.com and at check-in the price at reception was different from Booking.

The disturbance from the reception to check out, as it was agreed to check out at 1 PM, but they kept disturbing and calling to check out from 12 PM more than once, and the staff entered the room without permission while we were in the room.

when i came in to check in they did not give me a valet ticket and when i checked out i waited for thirty mintues for them to find my car.

We were blown away by the food- incredible selection and so fresh.

the food wasn’t up to the mark had the same menu for lunch and dinner all 4 days

the Lebanese restaurant was so loud at night which was disturbing specially when you have your kids with you.

We ordered room service and had food poisoning the following day.

The pool is clean and spacious, there is one for adults that is 130 cm deep and a second pool for kids.

Pool mostly in the shade and way too cold.

I liked the pool where there are lifeguards and a swimming coach for a small fee.

The pool area could potentially have been made more inviting to match everything else.

If you care about your car, park it yourself instead of using the valet.

The valet drivers often drive too fast around the parking area, and when they can't find a suitable spot, they sometimes force the car over curbs to squeeze it into a space.

The parking is not shaded, so your car ends up hot and dusty

Self parking is available but it’s not easy to find place under ground, yet there is a huge open space parking around the hotel.
