Foul food odor in the hallway of the room, carpet stained everywhere, leaking bathroom, light coming into the room in the morning, noise from the subway and the TV from the neighboring room, bedding uncomfortable for a 5-star hotel once again.

And in the end, the receptionist asks us to pay an additional 80 euros for a tiny stain my daughter left while eating on the carpet... (I ended up cleaning it myself with some water and it came out).

A wonderful hotel; there are many hotels, but I feel comfortable in this hotel in terms of tranquility, cleanliness, and the respect of the reception staff as well as the respect from the housekeeping staff and their supervisors.

Everything was wow, literally one of the best hotels I searched for in Dubai since it's my first visit, and it was really nice for a family.

If you’re looking for a luxurious, family-friendly hotel in Dubai with great service and amenities, Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel is a fantastic choice.

Overall, the stay was comfortable for us and the staff were cooperative together, and this was my second visit to this hotel.

Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

The service and interaction were extremely bad. During check-in, I requested an extra bed for two nights and paid for it immediately, and I did not receive the bed until one o'clock at night after many arguments and almost 5 calls, each call telling me that they would provide the bed, but nothing came, as if I were requesting something that is not my right.

The employee is an Arab national, I do not know his name, but he is very helpful and upgraded my room because they were going to give me a room for people with disabilities without a bathtub, as all the rooms were occupied. When I refused, he immediately upgraded me and gave me a suite without me paying anything.

Every thing was fine specially Mr Adel at reception was asking us for every thing to make sure that our stay was okay and he even give us good option for their new program Rotana discovery and we will download just because of his of his advice that we will get benefits and we will save money.

The speed of service, the cleanliness of the place, and the friendliness of the employee Akram, who helped us. Honestly, thank you, and may God grant him a thousand healths. He was really helpful and courteous. 🫡🌹

I liked the hotel and the treatment of the staff, specifically mentioning the receptionist Akram and the employee on the second day during my departure, Abdul Ghaffar.

In short, the rooms are very beautiful and clean, but the service was enough for me to not consider returning to the hotel a second time.

Unfortunately, what happened has left me with a very bad impression, even though I had made a reservation and was expecting a better experience.

After I booked, I was surprised that he apologized and asked me to pay the difference; unfortunately, his handling was very bad

The manager is incredible and insures that you have the most amazing experience and customer service at all times.

Staff is not welcoming especially valet staff who receive guests are very unprofessional and swearing with taxi drivers.

I faced a problem during check-in and the staff member spoke rudely, complaining and lacking communication skills.

Honestly, this is the first time this has happened to me. I put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, and suddenly a housekeeping staff member calls the room and asks me, 'When would you like us to come clean the room?' I said after I wake up, and he replied, 'At your service anytime.' I don't know what the point is of putting up a 'Do Not Disturb' sign if they are going to call me.

I had a situation that no one would envy; I was a student when I asked for a box of tissues. The worker arrived, rang the bell three times, and on the fourth time, he opened the door with the key card and entered.

The rooms are also beautiful and spacious; I booked a suite with 3 rooms, a lounge, and a kitchen. The suite is very large, and the rooms are beautiful, with each room having its own private bathroom.

The bedsheets had hairs all over under the covers most probably from a previous guest which was extremely disappointing knowing that we would be staying there for a total of 5 nights.

They weren’t cleaning the room very well and I was a bit upset because they didn’t allow late check out which usually five star hotels allow.

The air conditioning was hot and the room was changed, but the air conditioning is still hot and there is no strong airflow.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, very clean, and clearly well-maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home.

Location is probably the only thing you can fault, but at the same time, you can argue its well positioned away from the hustle and bustle and good for families and couples so it can be a positive for some and negative for others.

Location was honestly a bit too far from where we wanted to go daily. Taxi's were plentiful but the fares were adding up. Marina was about 40 mins away

The hotel is close to tourist attractions, especially the City Walk which is 10 minutes away by car, and the Dubai Mall is a quarter of an hour away.

Of course, the only drawback was that it was far from the main points of the city, which was not difficult because I had rented a car.

All attractions around, I couldn't see everything in a day, so I think next time I will also stay at this hotel for a longer period.

The location is close to the airport and Dubai Creek which was ideal for us being here just one night between travel destinations.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel close to the Dubai Mall and Dubai Festival City, less than 10 minutes by car, recommended for families.

Not far from most of the hot tourist spots, about 20mins approx from the Burj Khalifa, Souk Madinat Jumeirah and the Dubai mall.

The place is comfortable and suitable for everyone, and there is no disturbance except for minor maintenance work that is hardly noticeable.

The Al Jadaf area has all the services and is located in the middle of the most important tourist areas of Dubai..

A bit far from the center if you are not driving, however, there is a well-served metro a few minutes' walk away.

Only downside was the road works that lead to the nearest metro, it can be a bit difficult to get around.

The location is strategic and the place is quiet and clean, in addition to all the staff being cheerful and welcoming.

A few minutes outside the city, this splendid hotel offers all the comforts and relaxation for a visit to Dubai.

Additionally, the noise from the construction site across the street was extremely annoying, especially in the early morning hours.

The accommodation is close to Dubai Mall.. Dragon Mall and Mirdif City Centre are about ten minutes away..

Final note: although I was alone, I felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel's elegance.

The hotel location is good , surrounded with lots of supermarkets and coffee shops.

And it is 15 minutes away from Dubai Mall and close to everything

I cannot say enough about the amazing breakfast buffet, I am a regular traveller for work, and personal pleasure didn't see anything like this ever, every food selection was the best of qualities,

I’ve stayed in many hotels across Dubai, but his omelettes were on another level — perfectly cooked every single morning and made with genuine care and a warm smile.

The breakfast restaurant is not as expected as the food is not good and unappetizing, and the utensils are not clean because the cups have an unpleasant smell.

However, if there is one note, it is that the buffet is varied and delicious, mashallah, but if there could be a slight expansion in the space

I liked everything, and even the breakfast was varied and beautiful, except that they did not include one child under 12 years old in the free breakfast

They could have done a better job with labeling the allergens (e.g. gluten). They had everything, but it was difficult to find out what was what.

The only downside was that you weren't allowed to take your breakfast to your room and had to order room service instead (during breakfast hours).

You had to pay full price for that, even though I had breakfast included in my booking and had already paid for it.

This time there was flies in the breakfast buffet clarified that it is due to direct access from restaurant to the pool!!!

Exploiting customers as I was informed to pay an additional amount for 3 people for breakfast despite having booked with breakfast included.

Terrible coffee at breakfast, made with an instant machine that is suitable for a workers' canteen, not for a 5* hotel…

The breakfast was ok. Not the worst, not the best, but decent. Lots of selection. The breakfast hall itself was grand

The value of breakfast for him was charged (85) dirhams, which is an exaggerated price for a child's breakfast!

As we did not have breakfast in the restaurant, however, the in room dining was great including the breakfast.

One night at 11:30 PM the fire alarm sensor turned on and it has a noisy sound it lasts for like 30 minutes when i asked the reception.. They answered the humidity rate is high in Dubai so they need to send their team to turn off all these fire alarm sensors one by one ..

I was surprised by the lack of paper towels in the accommodation as well as the absence of toothpaste and welcome fruits, especially since it was rated five stars as serviced apartments; these things should be standard even in lower-level apartments.

The cleanliness was not good; there was dirt as soon as I entered the room and behind the bathroom door and in the closet room, there was dust on the shelf and stains from drinks on the TV cabinet

The chlorine level in the water is so high that after you wash your hands, it smells strongly of chlorine, and of course during showering, hair and skin are damaged by the annoying smell of chlorine.

The smell of the room is very annoying, and unfortunately there is no attention; I thought the smell was from the bathroom, but it turned out that the smell is from the room's carpet.

The gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool for adults, another one for kids, and the jacuzzi all count as positives for the management due to cleanliness, attention, and continuous organization of the equipment.

The bar is located next to the elevator, and if you have children, it can be quite embarrassing when getting on and off as they see various types of liquor and intoxicated individuals

They say it’s the hotel’s policy; my advice is if you have a family, never book there because there is no privacy and all the staff, without exception, are not welcoming at all.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was completely unsatisfactory. Although the price was cheap and the location excellent, the level of cleanliness was very poor, which negatively impacted my stay.

This time they had to bypass the control system and put it on manual which helped a lot. Actually the cooling was excellent after the last adjustment.

I do not think that is a problem to hire on more person to carry with a trolley clean cups to the rooms and collect dirty ones.

The room space is good but filled with furniture and chairs to the extent that you can't move or put your things down.

If they also designated a small water play area for children, the hotel would be a favorite for both kids and adults.

The smell of the carpet in the corridors is very bad and it is clear that it is old and dirty.

No good sound proofing, even when I stayed in the 12th floor you still hear all the noise from the pool.

The hotel needs ventilation and the air conditioning filters need to be changed; the smell of the place is not suitable

I like everything about the Rotana Jaddaf hotel, from the spacious rooms to the coffee facilities and the swimming pool.

I didn't like the elevator lighting because it is too bright and the music in the elevator is very loud.

Also, the daily amenities we had during our stay, a large heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna... everything was wonderful ...

I mean, a hotel that claims to have five stars, for what reason, I don’t know.

There is no children's club, which is the biggest drawback of the hotel.

The disturbance from the reception to check out, as it was agreed to check out at 1 PM, but they kept disturbing and calling to check out from 12 PM more than once, and the staff entered the room without permission while we were in the room.

Our check-in was in a room different from the reservation, which was designated for people with special needs on the first floor, with a balcony, and the balcony door was not securely closed, and the sound of the wind was disturbing and prevented sleep.

I requested housekeeping to clean the room, waited for a while, and called them again. One of the managers came to apologize for the delay due to their lunch break, which speaks well of their appreciation for the guests staying with them.

When I was leaving the hotel, I was contacted by the hotel management who told me there is a malfunction in the oven and there is a burn on the oven, knowing that there was nothing as mentioned.

When we arrived the room was not ready yet so the offered a coffee to wait in the coffee shop in the lobby until the room was made ready in ~ 10 mins.

When i came in to check in they did not give me a valet ticket and when i checked out i waited for thirty mintues for them to find my car.

On contacting property customer service i was still pushed to pass by before checkin to pay or pay online which eventually i was forced to do

But the receptionist changed our rooms for us because it was our first time staying at the hotel and gave us a larger apartment and rooms.

I had an early check-in and they didn’t disappoint; they let me in and gave me an upgrade from a room to a suite.

At checkout time, the receptionist annoyed us with her calls, even though I extended the time; she is bothersome in her manner.

They refuse to allow family members to enter without the person who made the reservation, citing the country's laws

The entrance and exit to the hotel and the valet staff were not polite in dealing

Walking in you are treated like royalty from the moment you check-in to when you leave.

A memorable stay which could have been made better by a welcoming smile at the reception.

When I checked in , the central AC at the apartment was not properly cooling.

We had graduation dinner in Timo which was amazing and everything was perfectly arranged and organised.

Whether it was a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, each meal was a true delight.

At the pool Lifeguard didn't allow my kid to jump into my arms from close distance. I understand no diving but playful jump is fun

The pool is clean and spacious, there is one for adults that is 130 cm deep and a second pool for kids.

Due to the U-shaped building, it can be not very sunny by the pool, which creates some shade, which is very convenient.

I like everything about the Rotana Jaddaf hotel, from the spacious rooms to the coffee facilities and the swimming pool.

Sun doesn’t really get onto the pool area for long as it’s wedged in between the hotel.

I liked the pool where there are lifeguards and a swimming coach for a small fee.

Self parking is available but it’s not easy to find place under ground, yet there is a huge open space parking around the hotel.

And when they can't find a suitable spot, they sometimes force the car over curbs to squeeze it into a space.

Their valet service is of average quality... often delayed... and in my opinion, they do not have enough staff.

For parking, it's better to park your own car because the valet took my car up on the sidewalk

The car service was somewhat okay, and I found my car parked on the sidewalk behind the hotel.

If you care about your car, park it yourself instead of using the valet.

The parking is not shaded, so your car ends up hot and dusty

Also there is no taxi rank available at the hotel and you have sometimes to walk out to the Main Street to get a taxi.

The delay in the valet takes 10 minutes or a quarter of an hour to bring the car.

It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport and Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa.

It's easy to call Uber and arrive almost in one minute.

Where people leave their cars always has a lot of traffic.

Any reservation through concierge will be double price
