    Extremely small rooftop, little privacy, we were all cramped together.
    Very poorly insulated, we were on the 10th floor and could hear everything happening outside, so it was very hard to sleep.
    Everything! Rooms are clean, housekeeping on point, friendly staff, rooftop is super at any time of the day, nice neighbourhood with enough to do and see close by.

    The only real flaw: the location, very far from the historic center, extremely difficult to reach considering the traffic at all hours of the day.
    The location is not that great - the biggest plus of the location is the 7/11 nearby and the Mango Tree restaurant.

    Tanaya carefully listened to all of our requests and did her best to accommodate our preferences, making our visit even more enjoyable and memorable.
    The staff, especially one or two women at the reception, unfortunately I’m sorry but I don’t know their names, were rude and discourteous while the others were nice
    I asked 4 times over a span of several hours for a second duvet (there was only one on the double bed) before it arrived.
    The service does not correspond at all to a 5-star hotel.

    The breakfast room is too small for such a large hotel, so you either go early at 8 am or at 10 am to avoid standing in line.
    But to charge you more than 800 bahts (over 20 euros) for the child's breakfast... is simply abusive.

    Swimming pool has amazing view but I think a bit too small space because its also pool bar there so not so any empty seats when we arrive in afternoon so we went to swim in evening instead, much more relaxed.
    The club room gave us access to the lounge with free flowing cocktails and finger food in the evenings.
    The bathroom floors, particularly the shower area, are absolutely lethally slippery. There is no anti-slip tiles or matts.
    1 of the 2 stepladders into the pool had a damaged bottom rung making it harder to get out of the pool. I hurt my leg on it before having to exit the pool using the other ladder.

    Early check-in should have cost as much as a whole day, which I find a bit excessive.
    It started with an unannounced deposit of 2000 baht per person at check-in.

    My advice is if you are ordering a taxi or another means of transport, do it only through the app because obviously the hotel will have a price twice as high
    It can take up to one hour to reach to the main tourist attractions because of traffic.
    Public transport was a bit further away. If someone wants to take the train with a large suitcase from the airport to the hotel, it can be quite cumbersome. With a taxi, it's no problem - important to negotiate well in the taxi or insist on the meter, which is not easy.
