The service at I have stayed at this hotel at least six times and it continues to exceed my expectations every visit. What keeps me coming back is the exceptional service. Every member of staff is genuinely welcoming, friendly and professional.

A special mention goes to Les from Concierge, who always provides outstanding service with a warm smile and a willingness to help. His professionalism, local knowledge and attention to detail make every stay even more enjoyable.

Josh was by far one of the best and most thorough room attendants we’ve had. His attention to detail was exceptional — the room was absolutely spotless, everything was perfectly organised, and you could tell he genuinely takes pride in his work.

From the front desk to room service, the service was exceptional from start to finish.

We had 10 suitcases open at the same time and still had plenty of room to move around.

Kitchen, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine is the game changer.

Very superficial cleaning, quick vacuum on certain spots only.

There were no instructions on using the washer dryer in room, the dryer became extremely hot and damaged some of our clothes, we had to turn off the machine and then wait for it to unlock. Burned my hands in the process, but upset that our clothes got damaged.

You get service apartments with all amenities wherein you can also cook food, does help if you are a vegan. The location is also right in the heart of BGC and you can explore many nearby attractions.

The spacious room, thoughtful amenities, and attentive service made it especially suitable for traveling with a baby.

Surprisingly quiet! no noise issues whatsoever!

Only drawback of Ascott - No balcony. Prices are slightly higher than Seda hotel and others.

The hotel is less than a minutes walk from the main BGC shopping strip and for those who enjoy basketball, is a 10 min walk from the Nike Courtyard basketball courts should you want to play.

Location was excellent near the portal, the pedestrian only area, 20min. from airport, close to excellent restaurants/ cafes.

Very safe area - lots of security - you freely walk around the area without concern.

The location is excellent, very close to BGC High Street, which makes it very convenient for shopping and dining.

10 different food stations: local Filipino dishes; Chinese; Indian; Pho; custom egg station for omelettes, eggs Benedict/ Florentine, fried eggs, etc.; continental breakfast section w yogurt parfaits including dragon fruit or mango; fruit station; healthy fresh juice shots of ginger cucumber etc.; coffee station with excellent European coffees; charcuterie table w assorted cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon, fresh salads; breads/ croissants/ muffins w jams, butter, cream cheese; etc.! The variety changed each morning!

Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection (Filipino, Chinese, soups, noodles, salads, desserts)

The only issue that I encountered was vegetarian options in breakfast. They are so limited and what ever available wasn't really great.

Also, the breakfast could have better variety and improve on coffee.

Pool area is a highlight—clean, not crowded, with jacuzzi and separate kids’ pool

Among all the hotels and venues in Manila’s BGC area, Ascot BGC was the only one that could accommodate our event with 170 participants.

Poor Wifi - i was getting wifi speed of less than 1mbps and couldn’t do work properly. They had to request to whitelist my Mac address after the technician was trying for 30 minutes to fix the wifi, and even so, the speed wasn’t the optimal for work.

The spa is simply too small, not obvious and is not fully integrate with sauna and pool.

The food was absolutely superb—beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.

Food (room service) is pretty much expensive with limited selections.

Everything including the awful food that took 3 and a half hours to deliver.

Check-in and check-out were smooth with minimal waiting time

they said there's tech issue so we need to wait for 45 mins but in the end we wait for around 2 hour to finally get in.

On December 20, 2 days before my Ascott reservation, I received this threatening email: "we would like to confirm if you will push through with your upcoming booking, as we are currently experiencing high demand and limited availability.

Upon check-in, that is when I was advised that I had to pay for the 3rd person separately even if I clearly stated that there would be 3 adults in the room.

She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire Swedish massage.

I loved the 24 hour spa and the ability for them to come to my room for massages was great :)

One of the things I appreciated most is its convenient location—it’s on the same floor as the gym and pool, which creates a relaxing resort-like atmosphere.

I got a massage from their spa which was excellent but the actual spa was very small.

And the pool? Just perfect - clean, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind.

Pool area was also good for families.

The pool was small but our boys enjoyed their morning swims.

The pool is nice, but Jacuzzi was broken and not hot during our stay.

I can confidently say that this is one of the cleanest and best-maintained hotel gyms I have visited.

The gym has high quality equipment and is well maintained.

Their gym is big and clean, you must wear shoes that cover toes to be able to workout the gym.

Leaking water on the roof at the front of the Gym and could be a hazard.
