Guests repeatedly describe Ascott BGC as clean, modern, quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with attentive service and a central BGC location near attractions. Families value the apartment-style rooms, amenities, and kitchens. It is considered good value despite relatively high prices; the main stated drawback is the lack of balconies.

We recently held our corporate year-end party at Ascott BGC (Orchard A & B) for around 200 guests, and this was already our second time hosting our year-end celebration with them.
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ascott BGC for three months during my business trip to Manila, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Thank you, Ascott BGC, for making my stay so special. It was really my home away from home. I can’t wait to come back and visit again soon!

I received so many positive comments from our guests, and much of that is thanks to the effort of Macky and the staff.
Great hospitality, brilliant property at BGC, would definitely be staying here whenever our travels bring us back to Manila.
We'll definitely be booking a stay at the Ascott if we stay in Manila again - 10/10!!

We had a great experience at this location and would definitely stay here next time.
The Asscot did a great job on making sure I had everything I needed.
Overall very good experience, staff is polite, the hotel also attention into details.

Staff are repeatedly described as exceptionally friendly, professional, attentive, and accommodating across front desk, concierge, housekeeping, bell service, restaurant, and events. Les is the most frequently praised, especially for proactive concierge and luggage assistance. Housekeepers Josh, Job, Ronald, Regina, Aljohn, and Anne receive specific praise for spotless, well-stocked rooms and careful daily cleaning.

Fortunately after 5 restful evenings after 11 hours of work daily I was clear headed to get my check out staff who goes by the name Shay who completed my exit and transport to airport smoothly and professionally.
Yes staffs always helpful and had a good time spent for full month and the hotel is so nice and Les helped in all things he is very smart and nice guy.
His attention to detail was exceptional — the room was absolutely spotless, everything was perfectly organised, and you could tell he genuinely takes pride in his work.

Great , super friendly staff - especially in breakfast buffet i ask for champorado and they dont have it. But the staff make one for me.
Everyone from the door staff, room service, front desk crew, and the staff in the restaurants were very kind and patient during my stay.
Huge thanks to Les, Deus, Neil, Charles, Tristan, Archie, Jober, Jecanz, John Aaron, Third, Rex, and Eddie for always going above and beyond.

I also like to thank Ms. Krish of F&B department for assisting us and keeping my child under spectrum as priority.
It was Charles, from the concierge, who went beyond the call of duty to take care of all our needs.
They were a wonderful team to deal with and gave us a warm and professional welcome to the hotel.

I reported a wifi connection problems. they were taking as complaints with some cookies in my room as apologies.
Their responsiveness to our requests, from setup assistance to guest needs, helped ensure that the event ran smoothly.
The cleaners especially Ms Regina is exceptional in her services and dedication to her job and customers

Les and the other guys really helped out a lot during transportation of our things for wedding.
It’s rare to come across someone who puts this much care and effort into their work.
The service was consistently impressive, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional.

These three gentleman went above and beyond what we expected and truly delivered world class service!!
The front desk lady Bat was very helpful getting us a massage time very quickly.
Jen and Jeff are so considerate and ensuring the apartment is well taken care off.

All of our concerns were shared upon co to reception but I only got symphathy.
Overall, mas naging okay and memorable yung stay ko because of the staff. 😊
Especially the housekeeping staff - they're willing to go the extra mile to help

It was the staff and their welcoming warmth that really made my stay exceptional
A wonderful experience staying at the Ascott - made great by its people
Ascott BGC is a true gem when it comes to serving its guests.

The hotel staff is the best I’ve ever seen in the region.
The hotel did not have the record of the 2nd room in one of my booking, though I shared the printout with the receptionist which was clearly stated the booking details, but the receptionist insisted that they do not have such record and it took us quite awhile to settle our check in to get our room keys.
She left a message identifying herself as our room preparer (with pleasure), introduced herself when we saw her the very next day, was very responsive and thorough when we needed a quick replenishment of supplies, going through the checklist in her mind which was extremely helpful as I had forgotten about the less urgent items.

From Housekeeping (Most esp Mam Rebecca) , to Bellmans (Sir Charles and Lassy) , Guards, Frontdesk (Jericson, Kim and Thea) and staff from Restaurant (Kim and Mam Nina) I'm familiar with them because I have been an avid fan of Ascott BGC for almost 6 years already.
Every single member of the staff, from the doormen and bell men to the concierge to the reception staff to housekeeping and to the people hustling in the restaurant is friendly and warm and goes out of their way to ensure a great experience.
I can certainly say without hesitation the hotel and staff of Ascott BGC are amazing - and I truly wish I could have learned the names of each staff member to give them a shout out for being so superb at their respective jobs.

Rooms: What guests say
View Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila209 relevant reviews
Rooms are repeatedly described as spacious, clean, comfortable, and apartment-like, with well-equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, large bathrooms, and multiple bedrooms ideal for families or groups. Suites offer ample living space and privacy, though one room was noticeably dated, cleaning was sometimes superficial, and a dryer damaged clothing and caused burns.

There were no instructions on using the washer dryer in room, the dryer became extremely hot and damaged some of our clothes, we had to turn off the machine and then wait for it to unlock. Burned my hands in the process, but upset that our clothes got damaged.
Cleaning time are a bit awkward if you are around for it, they leave your room door open and leave the cleaning cart outside, everyone passing in the hallway can see your awkward self waiting for the cleaning to end
I stayed in a suite that had a washing machine and it was great to be able to put a load on every other night and have a fresh wash and dried set of clothes ready to go.

Ascott provided a great place for our family of 10 - we leased the 3 bedroom suite and a studio to accommodate all of us - family ages 66 to 3 years old.
The room (rather the apartment) assigned to us is super spacious, everything we need is there and the view of the city is amazing.
The room is supplied with purified water and had a laundry machine - both of which came in very handy.

Everything was excellent. The first executive three bedroom apartment was comfortable, luxurious, and spacious for a family of 6.
All rooms have a water dispenser (water is a necessity), other complimentary service (integrated washing machine and dryer.)
The lights in the living room had no visible switch, I'm still wondering how to close them

Although the room services could do some improvements, I understand that it’s a busy season.
Kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, plates, utensils, refrigerator, water dispenser)—very convenient with a baby
The kitchen was well equipped as well with all the appliances and pots&pans, etc.

There were many cockroaches in my room and the toilet flushing system failed.
We booked a 2 bedroom suite and got upgraded to a 3 bedroom.
Upon arrival there was just one king sized bed in the room.

Room is clean and comfortable if you have visitors to come over.
It is clean and has everything you see in everyday life.
It was clean, ac was working perfectly it was just perfect.

There is washing machine, electric stove, refrigerator, and complete cutlery.
Room smells so fresh and good all the time.
The two bedroom suite is very comfortable & clean.

The 1 bedroom exec suite is my favorite.
Very nice and clean 1 bedroom executive suite.
Some of the bathroom fixtures weren’t working properly.

Kitchen had a full size fridge and microwave.
The property although a little old was great.
The rooms were really spacious and comfortable.

Rooms very nice, ticks all the boxes.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The room is very spacious and clean.

Location: What guests say
View Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila157 relevant reviews
The hotel is repeatedly praised for its central BGC location, typically a one- to five-minute walk from Bonifacio High Street, shops, restaurants, cafés, and attractions. Guests describe the area as modern and very safe, convenient for business and families, and roughly 20 minutes from the airport.

The hotel is less than a minutes walk from the main BGC shopping strip and for those who enjoy basketball, is a 10 min walk from the Nike Courtyard basketball courts should you want to play.
The location was perfect because we only had to step out of the hotel and walk 20m to reach the intersection of where the NY countdown took place.
The hotel’s prime location in BGC put us within walking distance of top attractions like Bonifacio High Street, Mind Museum, and numerous dining and shopping options.

The location of this property is right on the Centre of all amenities if you only have a short visit. For foods, shopping centers and offices.
Location: at the center of uptown BGC, just right across the street from banks, shopping center, cafe & restaurants, food district on 5th ave.
Bonifacio High St. mall is a short walk and had all the restaurants you would need or want to eat at.

This is a fine hotel located in a most happening place, BGC and surrounded by shops that ensure rich shopping experience.
Location is very good, only 1 block away from Bonafcio High Street so plenty to shop and eat around the area.
The location is excellent, very close to BGC High Street, which makes it very convenient for shopping and dining.

We also like the location as it is very near the business hubs and the entertainment areas in BGC.
Location was excellent near the portal, the pedestrian only area, 20min. from airport, close to excellent restaurants/ cafes.
The hotel is wonderfully located right in the heart of BGC, close to everything you could need.

The location is great - convenient to everything and right across the road from fort Shang.
Convenient and very central to a lot of places in and around BGC
Just about 3 minutes away from the strip and lots of shopping/dining areas.

The location was great and really convenient for everything around BGC.
The location is superb… a 3 mins walk to High Street.
Great place to stay for families in a perfect location.

Great coffee next door (Caravan Coffee and Wild flour coffee)
Aside from it's excellent location, the hotel exudes class.
The location in the heart of BGC was fantastic.

Great price, great room at a great location.
Around 5-minute walk to Bonifacio High Street
The location really made a huge difference.

The area is nice to walk around
Ascott Hotel is located in BGC.
It’s an easy walk to shopping.

Location fantastic for walking around BGC.
Walkable to shops and restaurants.

Breakfast: What guests say
View Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila115 relevant reviews
Breakfast is repeatedly praised for its extensive, varied buffet spanning Filipino, Asian, vegetarian, and continental dishes, with fresh pasta and egg stations, changing menus, and attentive staff. Recurring drawbacks include limited vegetarian choices, mediocre coffee, occasional dissatisfaction with variety or quality, and unexpected charges for children’s breakfast.

10 different food stations: local Filipino dishes; Chinese; Indian; Pho; custom egg station for omelettes, eggs Benedict/ Florentine, fried eggs, etc.; continental breakfast section w yogurt parfaits including dragon fruit or mango; fruit station; healthy fresh juice shots of ginger cucumber etc.; coffee station with excellent European coffees; charcuterie table w assorted cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon, fresh salads; breads/ croissants/ muffins w jams, butter, cream cheese; etc.! The variety changed each morning!
We miss the indian bread that we had before during breakfast not sure if thats rotti or naan.. and if they remove it from the list or there's specific day for that
I didn't like the fact that there was no non-dairy milk and non-dairy butter/margarine available at the breakfast room even if I have already requested it well in advance.

We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast food - thought it was going to be an ordinary continental breakfast but it was more like a grand buffet!!
We took the breakfast option which has an array of dishes from Pasta station, egg station, vegetarian section, pastries, cereals, juice bar, and much more…
I wish there was a Filipino porridge available ''arroz caldo'' but however they made up by cooking several pasta dishes which was also delicious!

And if there’s something you need that isn’t there, just ask. They will find a way to get it for you (within reason).
The breakfast was amazing — I loved the wide selection of food, and I especially appreciated the daily specials like the poached eggs.
The highlight for all of us was the daily buffet breakfast included in our rate if you join Ascott Rewards loyalty program.

Breakfast buffet included with many options to choose from (including vegetarian station, traditional Filipino breakfast choices and an omelette station).
Someone gave our table away and though someone eventually apologized and tried to make up, the damage was done.
The staff in the dinning for breakfast are very professional clean and the food is amazing very worth it

Breakfast service was also outstanding; the staff remained attentive and courteous even with our frequent coffee refill requests.
Upon complaint, the Chef Ninyan was kind enough to understand the issue and make some alternate arrangements.
The food was really nice especially dinner menu and buffet breakfast provided a lot of options.

It would be nice if you can also cater for people with severe intolerance to lactose.
Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
Charged us for additional bed and for the extra breakfast (for one child).

Pasta station cooks fresh pasta upon request—Alfredo and marinara were restaurant quality
Breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of options.
You can’t beat an amazing breakfast spread and 24 hour massage!

So good you come back for seconds and try everything!
The cold cuts, especially the salami, were also tasteless.
Breakfast has many options and is all delicious.

Nil or less queue for breakfast tables
Breakfast was lovely a lot of options.
Buffet breakfast was definitely a bonus.

Plenty of options at breakfast.
The buffet menu was tasty.
I like the beef tapa.

Facilities: What guests say
View Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila73 relevant reviews
Facilities are repeatedly described as clean, modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with standout pool/jacuzzi and kids’ pool, gym, sauna, cooking and laundry facilities, strong event spaces, parking, and work-friendly areas. Recurring drawbacks include maintenance needs, a small spa, crowded elevators, occasional poor Wi-Fi, weak dryers, limited kids’ play provision, and hallway/carpet wear.

Poor Wifi - i was getting wifi speed of less than 1mbps and couldn’t do work properly. They had to request to whitelist my Mac address after the technician was trying for 30 minutes to fix the wifi, and even so, the speed wasn’t the optimal for work.
The upper floor pool/ spa / fitness centre level was beautiful open area partly covered for shade had a bar from which to order food & drinks was like a quiet oasis in the city.
The was no small complimentary water bottles only one huge one in the kitchen which made it hard to have cold water or water near me when I sleep

They supplied jugs of filtered water in a large floor dispenser to refill our personal reusable water bottles/ coffeemaker/ tea kettle as needed & we needed a lot.
The facilities were fantastic, offering thoughtful touches such as complimentary activities like cocktail-making classes and live music on the weekends, which made the stay even more memorable.
Restaurant/buffet area is spacious and stroller-friendly, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in lots of natural light—bright and airy vs. other hotel restos that can feel dark

Among all the hotels and venues in Manila’s BGC area, Ascot BGC was the only one that could accommodate our event with 170 participants.
The venue provided a comfortable and professional environment, complemented by complete and updated facilities that supported an engaging and productive session.
The only suggestion I would make is to do some upkeep of the carpet by the elevator on the 15th floor.

I had to ask for the roll away bed, towels, etc even after I had already paid for the 3rd person.
I don't think I can ever stay at another property after experiencing the level of service and it's facilities.
We made use of the facilities such as swimming pool for the kids and for myself the spa.

Lobby (Living Room) is not that big, but smooth check-in with no lines so it didn’t feel cramped
The rooms and facilities here are also top notch with even a normal room being spacious and comfy.
My initial impression of the lobby and reception area was that it looked like a 3 star hotel.

They also stored some luggage for free in a clean air-conditioned room when we flew to Palawan.
Our event for 170 participants at Ascott BGC was a resounding success thanks to the spacious venue.
The only feedback maybe is the ventilation at the dining area, smell the oil after the breakfast.

I stopped by the Ascott’s coffee area next to the lobby to get some work done.
In the bathroom, the powerpoint is not strong enough to use a hairdryer, only shavers.
Pool area is a highlight—clean, not crowded, with jacuzzi and separate kids’ pool

Great experience and location in the heart of BGC with great amenities.
With even a traditional Finnish sauna available in the changing rooms.
Some of the faucets and drains need maintenance or updates.

All the lifts don’t go to all the floors.
Small café in the lobby—iced coffee was decent
The hallway was in kind of bad condition.

The food and service were consistently top-notch.
Excellent housekeeping and gym / pool facilities
Bell valet luggage service was efficient.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila32 relevant reviews
Check-in and check-out are usually smooth, quick, and staff-assisted, with occasional upgrades and accommodated early or late check-outs. However, peak-period service can involve 2–3-deep queues, a 45-minute to two-hour room wait, or lengthy checkout. One guest reported a last-minute reservation-confirmation threat, while another faced an unexpected third-person fee.

Downsides are slowness in getting things done within the business suite (seem like they did not know what to do and check everything including pricing, you then start wonder if the pricing provided is correct plus no focus on completing the task at hand)
On December 20, 2 days before my Ascott reservation, I received this threatening email: "we would like to confirm if you will push through with your upcoming booking, as we are currently experiencing high demand and limited availability.
Upon check-in, that is when I was advised that I had to pay for the 3rd person separately even if I clearly stated that there would be 3 adults in the room.

I requested for a comp cake as we are celebrating our son's bday prior to our arrival but there's nothing when we arrived when in fact it was acknowledged over email.
Only room for improvement was the check-in; staff was friendly but didn’t go through in detail key details of the hotel, ie where the pool and gym are.
They said there's tech issue so we need to wait for 45 mins but in the end we wait for around 2 hour to finally get in.

Upon checking in they said the room I booked wasn't available so they upgraded my room which was to my surprise and very kind of them.
Despite fulfilling pre check in requirements online, the lines at front desk were 2-3 deep which showed how unprepared they were for this peak period.
Upon check-in, I was surprised and delighted to be upgraded to a one-bedroom suite at no extra cost—a gesture we were both incredibly grateful for.

Check-ins are often the first hurdle during any trip, but Sir Charles and Ms. Chen made the entire process seamless for us.
AVOID if you dont check your email regularly while travelling or if you want to make sure your reservation is honored.
We’d also like to thank Sir Glion and Althea for their warm hospitality and for helping make our stay extra memorable.

Check out time took too long on 2 Jan, I checked out before 7am, so no pressure on check out staff
We requested to have atleast late check out but it was not granted we understand that due to high occupancy.
I like how the staff accommodated me for early check-in. (There's an additional charge for it but it's fine).

Their cancellation policy did not say that they may change their mind depending on the need for rooms.
So if one is looking for peace of mind during travel, this is not the hotel for you.
Everything was excellant except the time it took to check out on 2 Jan, just too long

Thank you Kuya Les for helping us organize our belongings during check in and check out.
If confirmation and payment are not received by the deadline, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Room service for food was on the slow side and had to chase a few times.

Thank you to Thea for always doing a thorough check and cleaning of my room
From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly.
It took us quite awhile to settle our check in to get our room keys.

Full free cancellation up to 24 hours prior if you join Ascott Rewards.
They were accorded late check out up to 5pm which was much appreciated.
A smooth check in process managed well by the front office team.

The check-in/out process was quick and easy.
Check in was smooth and efficient.
Checking in and out went seamlessly.

Scott’s Restaurant is repeatedly praised for delicious, well-presented food, welcoming ambiance, and attentive, friendly service, with thoughtful birthday cakes and singing creating memorable celebrations. Coffee, buffet dishes, and local/international options are highlighted. However, room service is criticized for expensive, limited or unavailable choices, with one report of a 3.5-hour delivery and cold, unhygienic food.

We also appreciate Mika for warmly assisting us to our table and JP for serving such a great cup of coffee with a smile.
This restaurant sets a high standard for both cuisine and hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional meal.
When we decided to dine in for lunch at Scott’s due to the heavy rain, they surprised him again with another birthday cake.

A special thank you to Ms. Nina and Sir Ron for arranging the lovely birthday surprise with a complimentary cake.
It was such a thoughtful gesture, and hearing the entire team sing “Happy Birthday” made my mom feel so special.
To the rest of the Scott’s Restaurant team, thank you for being so accommodating, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit.

I believe there are currently some renovations taking place in their restaurant, this had an impact on food availability unfortunately.
Tried lunch at Scott’s restaurant (same area as the breakfast buffet)—Esquinita fried chicken and salmon sinigang were both good
The restaurant was another highlight, with a great mix of international dishes and custom options made with care.

Everything was excellent, but what truly made our celebration memorable was the exceptional service from the staff.
The service matched the excellence of the kitchen: attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed.
We also appreciated how the team adjusted the menu based on our preferences during the food tasting.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Scott’s Restaurant as we celebrated my mom’s 65th birthday.
We’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend Scott’s Restaurant to our family and friends!
Staff were knowledgeable and happy to make recommendations, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Of course, we had to try the hotel restaurant, and it did not disappoint.
The food was absolutely superb—beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
Everything including the awful food that took 3 and a half hours to deliver.

The place is good, food is delicious and the people are really friendly.
But will make the effort to step out & eat our meals elsewhere.
Also tried room service—chicken sisig and enoki tempura, both good as well

Offer full meals at medium price that customers perceive as "good value"
The coffee is delicious, and Nicole made our visit truly special.
Food selection were great and i love their truffle mushroom soup.

Buffet food is very good and also very courteous restaurant people.
Every meal was a delight, and the service was consistently excellent.
Could improve more by adding more options for food and beverages.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel restaurant!
Restaurant Managers very respondent to comments and suggestions.
Very welcoming and good local and International spread.

The pool is repeatedly described as clean, pleasant, relaxing, and good for families, with the outdoor pool, gym, and spa receiving praise. However, some guests found it too small or too cold, while the Jacuzzi was reportedly broken or not hot and the spa partially unavailable; one guest felt the area needed upgrading.

And the pool? Just perfect - clean, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind.
The pool is nice, but Jacuzzi was broken and not hot during our stay.
The pool was small but our boys enjoyed their morning swims.

Pool is partially opened and cannot use the spa.
Pool, breakfast & room we’re all good to excellent.
One amenity that need ugrade is the pool

Swimming pool and spa,gym all very very good
I am not impressed with the pool area.
Pool area was also good for families.

The outdoor pool is extremely nice.

Guests repeatedly praise attentive, skilled massage therapists and relaxing treatments, with a Japanese-inspired room, 24-hour access, sauna, and clean, exclusive hot tub. The spa’s same-floor location beside the gym and pool is convenient, but it is described as very small; one guest found it expensive with disappointing service.

I met Pat (Spa receptionist) who helped me pick a massage (60min aromatherapy massage) and then I had the pleasure of meeting Jovy, my massage therapist - she was just phenomenal! I booked in for a 2hr massage the following day.😊
One of the things I appreciated most is its convenient location—it’s on the same floor as the gym and pool, which creates a relaxing resort-like atmosphere.
I loved the 24 hour spa and the ability for them to come to my room for massages was great :)

I spent about 20 minutes at the sauna each day, and it was such a relaxing way to unwind.
Pat was able to book me in as a priority and Riza was able to straighten me out!
She focused on the areas that were hurting, and I was completely relaxed by the end of it.

The hot tub is clean not to crowded bec of its exclusivity for the resident and guest only
The spa is way expensive than other places in Philippines however the service was not good at all.
I got a massage from their spa which was excellent but the actual spa was very small.

She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire Swedish massage.
I visited the spa, the receptionist ( Pat) and the therapist (Riza), were outstanding.
My husband and I each had a 60 minute massage with Emz and Sheryl.

She was very attentive and focused on the my noted problem areas.
I and my partner spent like almost 5000 pesos but very disappointed.
A special thank you to my therapist, Berna.

This was truly a five-star experience for me.
Looking forward to their planned spa treatment rooms.
I loved the Asian, Japanese-inspired interior.

I had a massage with Berna.
I absolutely loved this spa!
The massage room is beautiful.

I’ll definitely be coming back.
Verna gave a great massage.
They were wonderful perfect pressure.

I highly recommend her!
She was wonderful!

Gym: What guests say

The gym is repeatedly described as clean, spacious, well-equipped, and well maintained, with functioning, high-quality equipment sufficient for regular workouts. Guests must wear closed-toe shoes. One review reported leaking water near the gym entrance as a potential hazard, while another suggested adding rowing and SkiErg machines.

Their gym is big and clean, you must wear shoes that cover toes to be able to workout the gym.
During my time, I used the gym on a daily which is more than adequate for regular gym goers.
I can confidently say that this is one of the cleanest and best-maintained hotel gyms I have visited.

If can add one or 2 more machines like Rowing and SkiErg, that’s make the gym very complete.
Leaking water on the roof at the front of the Gym and could be a hazard.
The gym are well maintained and all equipment are in good condition.

I had to burn off some carbs at the gym.
The equipment was well-functioning, and the overall experience was excellent.
The gym has high quality equipment and is well maintained.

I took the advantage to use the gym.
The gym is well equiped.
The gym is very clean

Gym and pool definitely suffici
The gym is amazing
Good gym.

One issue maybe for guests staying at the property for more than three weeks when entering to park vehicle at the basement being asked to always open the car boot.
Come one A hole, it’s effin P100 , you really wanna risk scratching my car?
I have not had such experience when I stayed earlier at SEDA and at PPT.

I called the front desk about the parking and they told me 1.
Good thing that the staff help us to get free car pass.
They almost charge us 5,600.00 php for a parking fee.

I didn’t know I had to have parking validated.
Parking policies not consistent with Ascott Makati.
Location, room, facilities, parking. All good.

Parking / parking fee.
Parking attendants very helpful.
Our parking was free.

Parking was easy.

Grabs to and from the hotel are a bit of a pain in the ass tho - would recommend pre booking or walking where you can.
But we chose to get a driver w a 10-passenger van for a less stressful experience as Manila traffic is horrific!
I wasn’t aware that a gate pass was required for the car, so I had to return to the admin office.

Unfortunately we didn't hear anything and brought all our luggages in the lobby ourselves.
It would have been helpful to receive a reminder about that beforehand.
We requested for airport transport during our departure.
