Most of the rooms have a problem with street sound insulation; the noise from cars is extremely annoying.

we were given a room with a possible sewage problem in the bathroom, the whole apartment smelt horrible even with housekeeping which made the stay very uncomfortable

The aircon was not strong enough and even at 16 degrees on the dial, it definitely didn’t go below 24/25 degrees all night so very uncomfortable.

I took a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and it had a preparation kitchen, and it was very large.

Location is hard to beat within 2 minute walking distance to KLCC park and Suria KLCC.

the location is great, just few minuets walk to KLCC and to the bridge that leads to pavilion mall so it was very convenient.

The room was not properly soundproofed or isolated, and traffic noise from passing cars could be heard throughout the day and night.

There is a grocery store downstairs that is open 24 hours.

From the moment I came to the lobby and restaurant, hotel staff were all friendly and helpful.

I requested a room with a balcony and an espresso machine, and without any hesitation, she arranged it perfectly for me—even though the hotel was fully booked and very busy.

There is a shortage of staff; anything you request will come the next day.

It had been 4 hours after I had paid for the bed before someone brought it to the room.

The biggest downside was the breakfast, which was poor enough that we chose to have breakfast outside the hotel every day despite having it included in our booking.

Breakfast dining area was being renovated, we had to walk to a separate restaurant 2 minutes away, with limited choices of food.

Breakfast was supposed to be open from 6.30am until 10.30am. However by 10am most of the food was finished and wasn’t topped up.

The choice of dishes is limited and it's unfortunate that even a basic drink like an espresso or cappuccino has to be paid for separately.

great location, great staff, i stayed at executive apartment with family it was a very peaceful and comfy stay , very clean comfortable and convenient

The property is very old, poorly maintained, and not clean.

The building has no sound insulation, which causes a lot of noise during sleep from cars and motorcycles

The interior was beautiful, everything was neat and clean, and the location was excellent.

The wifi was terrible for the first 4 days, with many interruptions that made it difficult to even make video calls.

* There is no washing machine inside the apartment (only public washing machines on floor 22 and they are not free)

Kitchen had plumbing issue and was stinking which only got corrected on 3rd day after several Reminders.

The rest of the facility like the swimming pool, sauna and gym are in good working condition and clean.

I waited 2 plus hours to enter the room after checking in as the room cleaning hadn't finished when we arrived at 3.

Checking-in was very late and waiting almost more than 3 hours to get the room, and checking out also took long time.

we arrived to reception they say there are no rooms we were obliged me and my family 2:00 am in the morning to search for another room to stay night.

Special thanks go to the lady at the reception: we were supposed to check in at 14 o' clock but the Lady was so nice to give us the room 2 hours earlier.

The clincher was the pool on the 22nd floor- fabulous-we used it first thing in the morning and when returning from sight seeing.

The pool did not look well maintained and had slime in it which meant we weren't comfortable using it.

The pool and sky lounge do not have a bar or beverages service on the 22nd floor.

We choose the hotel cause of the rooftop pool, yet you won’t feel comfortable using it, since there are guest an outside guest eating right next to the pool and watching you.

There is no restaurant inside the hotel, you have to go out.

Breakfast was served in the WIP restaurant, located outside the building about fifty meters away.

Their restaurant was under renovation so we had to go to another restaurant in the next building. Very limited spread and not too many options.

20 minutes no answer, then reception tried as well with no success. Finally walked next door to order.

Even after asking directions for parking, the staff told us to park below and the space was too small. It ruined the car door.

Parking used to be free. Now it is chargeable MYR10 per entry.

not much parking space and the attendant was very rude accusing me that i needed to pay for my parking as the complimentary one was used already (which i did not!!).

The parking lot. Needs more bright lightings and the doors heading to the lifts should be properly maintained.
