      Excellent communication before arrival and a smooth, efficient check-in after a long flight. Pomelo the receptionist was very helpful and kind.
      They spoke politely, thoughtfully served and divided the dishes for us, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire meal.
      The staff was excellent, in particular ‘Yard’ who made several recommendations of nearby businesses and services that saved me time, money and made my visit more enjoyable.

      I have been coming to only this hotel in Bkk for 21 years from 2005 onwards. I stay here since it's opp ENCO where I come for business.
      Property which is of a good standard clean well managed with excellent food and a great location adjacent to the mall.
      5 star hotel past its glory days but still signs of greatness. Hotel is showing its age. Needs a renovation.
      Club room but club facilities leave a lot to be desired. Dinner closes way too early.

      The breakfast buffet was amazing but it will exceed above the expectation if there is a menu rotation for the salad bar.
      The international breakfast buffet has a lot of choices; I'm already happy with just having bacon, but here they have options for both crispy and non-crispy bacon. I like that there are also Thai breakfast options, such as pan-fried eggs, grilled pork with sticky rice, rice porridge, and traditional coffee.
      Very Muslim friendly for breakfast and lunch. The food has so many varieties and is clearly labelled Halal.
      The breakfast atmosphere is also somewhat hectic, as the hotel attracts lots of families with kids. Despite the many options and cuisines available at the buffet, I didn't find a lot of it very appetizing.

      The pool area could benefit from a little maintenance with a few cracked/lose tiles near handrails etc. but overall the pool and large surrounding gardens are a lovely feature and one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

      They made sure that they are not over doing the massages and asking if the pressure is good enough. They did not rush the massages ensuring that they don't hurt our body.
      I chose a 2-hour aromatherapy body massage (with a 20% discount) and the treatment was fantastic. My masseuse Sine was excellent and very professional. She speaks good English and was very attentive to whether the pressure she was applying was comfortable.
      Aromatherapy spa was below average, need to improve ( staff was attentive and helpful)
      It was cold in the spa. Spa facilities closed too early. I would like for it to be opened later.

      There is lacking of signage to direct first time customer where i go (like how to get to the lobby from the level 2 car park).
      The taxi returning to the hotel had a long wait because the road to the hotel entrance from the main street was blocked by cars entering the shopping center parking lot.
      We really appreciated the free shuttle to Chatuchak Market, but we needed to return by ourselves.
