Designed by Rangsarn Torsuwan, the building combines postmodern architecture with traditional Thai elements.

i.sawan Residential Spa & Club occupies 7,000 square metres and includes private garden villas, fitness facilities, tennis and squash courts, sauna and steam-room facilities.

The landscaped fifth-floor deck has a 25-metre free-form outdoor pool, teak sundeck, sun loungers, umbrellas and an adjacent whirlpool bath.

Erawan Tea Room is a signature Thai dining venue within the hotel's food-and-beverage collection.

The hotel is on Rajdamri Road near the Erawan Shrine, in the Ratchaprasong–Lumpini–Pathumwan area of central Bangkok.
