The Palace, Arabian Court and The Residence form a unified Arabian-style beachfront resort with different accommodation styles, privacy levels and access experiences.

The resort occupies a low-rise beachfront campus overlooking the Arabian Gulf, with direct beach access, landscaped gardens and multiple terraces.

The Palace has 222 rooms and suites, Arabian Court has 167, and The Residence has 50, creating a published resort total of 439 keys.

The Residence is an exclusive, adults-only wing positioned near the spa and focused on quieter stays, privacy, sea-and-garden views and private outdoor space.

Arabian Court includes a 125-square-metre Executive Suite and a 145-square-metre Prince Suite, both offering large living areas and private terraces.

The Residence Rooftop Suite measures 85 square metres and features a grand terrace, modern Arabian design, host service and afternoon tea.

One&Only Spa has 12 treatment rooms and offers aromatherapy, Ayurvedic treatments, facials and massage services.

The resort has four outdoor pools and a children's pool, complemented by poolside bars, cabanas, loungers and a waterslide.

The design combines grand arches, intricate mosaics and modern Arabian styling, with The Palace as the most traditional expression and Arabian Court as the more contemporary wing.

Named venues include Beach Bar and Grill, Celebrities, Jetty Lounge, Olives and Tagine, alongside beach bars, poolside bars and daily breakfast service.
