The 23-storey hotel is organized around four named landscape zones: Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud.

WOHA Architects designed the high-rise as a vertical urban oasis with open-air circulation, extensive foliage and integrated water features.

The property incorporates approximately 14,000 square metres of greenery and water features; another source describes foliage enveloping more than 200% of the hotel's land area.

The Beach Terrace features a lagoon-like free-form pool, swim-up pool bar, tropical planting, city views and a mirrored ceiling above the water.

Ten Beach Club Pool Access Loft rooms have outdoor balcony access directly to the pool or garden.

Mosella serves modern Mediterranean cuisine in a lively shared-dining setting for hotel guests and local diners.

The Cloud Terrace on the 18th floor contains a landscaped event plaza, while the surrounding event area includes a 400-seat ballroom, function room, planter islands and reflection pools.

Visible sustainability measures include rainwater collection, solar-panel technology and a bio-digester system; the building holds BCA Green Mark Platinum certification and received CTBUH Best Tall Building Worldwide 2024.

The hotel is positioned near Singapore's Orchard shopping belt, with access to retail, restaurants, nightlife, hotels and business-oriented city infrastructure.

Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud function as landscaped social and leisure spaces with planting, water features, reflection areas and recreation zones integrated into the tower.
