The property occupies a 30-storey tower with 324 rooms in Singapore’s Telok Ayer/CBD fringe.

Its identity reinterprets Singapore’s Chinese clan-house heritage and old shophouse texture through architecture, interiors and guest rituals.

DP Architects is attributed to the project, while Kanko Kikaku Sekkeisha is credited with the interiors.

The tower uses a bronze glazing curtain wall with a patterned window arrangement that gives it a contemporary Chinese character.

A rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi on Level 30 overlook the city.

The Level 30 gym combines modern equipment with a traditional Wing Chun wooden dummy.

QĪN Restaurant & Bar by TungLok Group occupies Levels 4 and 5, serving modern Chinese or fusion Chinese cuisine.

QĪN’s mezzanine bar launched with cocktails and a selection of more than 60 wines.

Terrace@Level4 is presented as a green oasis with views across the city.
