The property contains 253 rooms and residences, including verified Deluxe Room, Grand Room and 2-Bedroom RuMa Suite categories.

The sixth floor brings together the outdoor pool, UR SPA, gym, sundeck and SANTAI Pool Bar and Lounge as a vertically arranged wellness hub.

The outdoor pool measures 25 metres, is cantilevered from the sixth floor and overlooks Kuala Lumpur landmarks.

UR SPA combines contemporary methods with traditional healing concepts in a genderless, results-driven treatment programme and operates from 10:00 to 21:00.

ATAS is the signature modern Malaysian eatery, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with lunch and dinner service from Tuesday to Sunday.

SEVEN operates as the lobby bar and lounge, while SANTAI combines a pool bar and lounge beside the sixth-floor pool and sundeck.

Bilik I and Bilik II provide adjacent spaces for private dining, conferences, collaborative meetings, boardrooms, annual dinners and corporate events.

Frangipani is an open-air Level 6 event venue connected to SANTAI Pool Bar and Lounge.

The property sits on the Jalan Kia Peng and Kuala Lumpur City Centre fringe, close to the KLCC and Bukit Bintang business, retail and hospitality districts.
