Reviews consistently praise the W Dubai – The Palm’s stylish, exceptionally clean design, attentive staff, excellent food, pools, beach, views, and adult-focused atmosphere. Recurring cautions include busy, party-like weekends, limited all-inclusive food and unclear answers from staff, plus some reports of poor service, unresolved incidents, high prices, and disappointing value.

My favorite hotel in Dubai I think I spent last 4 years +50 nights it's the place where to relax and use the private pools and beach
Hotel is trendy, and busy at weekends (esp Friday but all of Dubai is as expats party in the hotels), but we just went out for the day.
I did like the hotel but I found out that all Inclusive is not Inclusive. its limited menu and pretty much all inclusive in the buffet.
The W is aesthetically a stunning hotel. Unfortunately we found overall it was a little flat with almost no atmosphere at all for such an amazing looking hotel.

            Staff: What guests say

            42 relevant reviews

Staff are repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful, attentive, professional, and willing to go above and beyond, with strong mentions for housekeeping, pool, beach, valet, concierge, and reception teams. Moses, Tripti, Frankline, and others received personal recognition. Some reviews report poor lobby/reception attitudes, an offensive management response, and unmet promises.

            See the evidence
All staff were incredibly accommodating which was a dream!
All staff provided exceptional service, especially Moses (door ambassador) he had great customer service and a friendly smiling face whenever he saw us!
Tripti from the front desk welcomed us and assisted throughout the stay.
Upper management are definitely better and when they intervene they do well, but lobby staff needs improvement.

            Rooms: What guests say

            22 relevant reviews

Rooms are repeatedly described as spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped, with appealing balconies overlooking the pool, beach, city, or Atlantis. However, some guests found rooms outdated and too dark, with stained linens, ripped curtains, malfunctioning automated curtains, inadequate air conditioning, unpleasant smells, and occasional relocation to a smaller room.

            See the evidence
The room was nice and spacious, clean & the balcony area overlooked the pool area and the beach which was an amazing view.
The room was a good size for two adults, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was probably one of the best I’ve experienced!
From the get go the room at a nearly $1K US a night had so many many things not working properly it was awful.
The air conditioning did not get it cool enough and the smell of the room was awful.

            Pool: What guests say

            14 relevant reviews

Guests consistently praise the clean, attractive pools, comfortable loungers, cabanas, private pools, and direct beach access. Family and adults-only sections suit different needs, including young children. Recurring drawbacks are busy periods with delays for loungers and drinks, used towels left behind, uncomfortable metal loungers, and reportedly weak, diluted poolside drinks.

            See the evidence
Pool area is thoughtfully separated into family and adult sections, adding to the overall appeal.
Pool area is great with walking access onto the beach.
I understand it can get quite busy so there can be delays with free beds/loungers and beverages.
Drinks at a pool/wet deck were also diluted and weak.

            Check-in / Check-out: What guests say

            8 relevant reviews

Check-in and check-out are often described as fast and easy, with some guests appreciating late checkout. However, recurring negatives include booking confusion, an unexpected deposit, and stressful delays. One suite guest waited four hours despite repeated 30-minute assurances, undermining the value of the suite and causing them to miss relaxation time.

            See the evidence
Finally go downstairs and talk to someone new thankfully. She comes upstairs 10 minutes later with our suite keys and we rush upstairs to shower and change frantically to get ready for our show.
Complete waste of paying for a suite since the 4 hour's of the day we wanted to spend enjoying it we couldn't.
Check in and out was fast easy
Apart from the confusion over our booking which took a few hours to sort out

            12 relevant reviews

The hotel offers a tranquil Palm Jumeirah setting with sea views, activities, and many on-site amenities. However, it is secluded and away from downtown, restaurants, and major attractions, often requiring a taxi or car. See the evidence
The hotel boasts a pleasant location that offers a tranquil atmosphere, complemented by stunning views of the sea and the Palm Jumeirah area.
everything was excellent regarding the hotel its just in a secluded area, you have to take a taxi or have a car to get to restaurants or the boardwalk area.
The location is excellent, but it's important to note that the hotel is situated a bit away from downtown and major activities, requiring a short drive or taxi ride.
Unfortunately the beach was completely out of order for the duration of our stay which we were not advised in advance.
