The room itself was exceptional—spacious, clean, and equipped with one of the most comfortable beds I've encountered in any hotel.

The biggest problem was the shower water pressure. It was too weak for a decent shower, unacceptable for a 5 * hotel.

Housekeeping NEEDS IMPROVEMENT because the standard was unfortunately really poor. It's like they were reluctant to clean the room for us.

Upon arriving at the room (Room 2021, to the best of our recollection), we were shocked to find the room already occupied by another guest.

Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of.

The lobby cafe is very bad, and the Host named Vina was the rudest staff I encountered in a hotel I don’t know how she ended working there.

Instead of addressing our genuine concerns, he nonchalantly brushed off the issue as a mere "system glitch."

The hotel itself is great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The property presents itself as a sophisticated business hotel in cosmopolitan Bangsar, and while certain aspects genuinely impressed, several critical shortcomings made me question whether this hotel truly deserves its star rating.

We had our breakfast around 9:00 a.m., but almost all the food trays were empty and not refilled promptly.

The lontong was tasteless; the rice cakes (nasi impit) were watery and lacked any texture, as if they had been merely soaked in plain water.

Very limited variety of food at breakfast buffet and ventilation in the buffet restaurant was only so-so, you prolly smell like food after eating as there’s cooking station inside the restaurant

No need to to put fish in everthing as it restricts the choice for vegetarians, so we could not eat them.

The immediate surroundings are fairly barren in terms of dining options, and crossing the busy roads without proper pedestrian infrastructure can be genuinely hazardous.

Kerinchi LRT station is about a 10-minute walk away—manageable but not exactly at your doorstep.

The hotel is adjacent to Menara Telekom, which is great if that's where your business is, but otherwise, you'll need to rely on Grab or taxis for most outings.

Great hotel to stay at as it is ideally located near Mid valley mall.

After some discussion the hotel admitted that they made a mistake with the fee but a month later I still got no refund.

At the end of the first night stay, the staff opened the room door and rudely asked me "When will you check out?"

It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling, but when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us.

Check-in was efficient. NO DEPOSIT when check-in.
