      Staff are most often described as friendly, polite, attentive, helpful, and accommodating, with repeated praise for service, housekeeping, room service, and individuals such as Hugo and Sanjit. However, some guests reported rude interactions, ignored complaints, and very slow luggage and room-delivery service, including five porter calls over 30 minutes.

      I also want to say that the stay was so much better due to the initial experience I had with an amazing member of the staff, Hugo, at the front desk. He continuously went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful.
      During checkout I called for a porter 5 times over a span of 30 mins. I ended up taking the luggage down my self.
      when I came to the front desk to ask the lady at the front treated me like an idiot like I don’t know reception don’t give toothbrush and that it had to be delivered to the rooms instead.
      The staff are extremely polite and friendly and would go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs.

      While the public areas of the hotel are certainly impressive, there's room for improvement when it comes to the rooms and suites.
      It’s an excellent hotel (Address Sky Views), but the service quality is below par for the price you pay.

Guests repeatedly praise convenience, safety, walkability and rooftop/Burj Khalifa views. Reported drawbacks include limited accessible return from the mall after 11 p.m., ground-floor restaurant noise until midnight, and some perceived poor value.

      It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool
      attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around
      there is no accessible way back after 11 from the mall without stairs or escalators.
      you will sing a long with partying people at restorant on ground floor till midnight everyday.

      They left a note saying due to annual maintenance there is no hot water available till next day 12pm.
      The room was spacious, clean and private with a balcony facing the Burj Khalifa.
      The staff entered room in my absence when told not to.

However, repeated complaints report unexpected maintenance closures, including undisclosed Expedia information, early closing and bar minimum-spend rules, plus inconsistent service and visibly worn towels.

      The pool on the 52nd floor is truly breathtaking.
      the more distinctive ones are definitely the pool areas, especially the roof top pool with its impressive views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Downtown.

      During my time by the pool, I found it a little tiring to be asked for my room number by several different members of staff. In addition, the level of service in the pool area left much to be desired and the towels provided were visibly worn.
