This hotel is pure luxury I stayed here for my 25th birthday and I must say I honestly loved every second of it,

While the public areas of the hotel are certainly impressive, there's room for improvement when it comes to the rooms and suites.

Overall I’m actually disappointed, I’ve always liked Address was a dream 10 years ago to stay in their hotels.

Other than that, The hotel is extremely high-end and and has one of the best rooftop pools im Dubai.

It’s an excellent hotel (Address Sky Views), but the service quality is below par for the price you pay.

Unbelievable food and drinks, restaurants but a breathtaking view of the infinity pool at 54th floor is unbeatable.

This property is more than amazing a true 6-star hotel, clean, unique people and location.

Their slogan "where life happens" feels a bit optimistic for this particular hotel.

At this rate, we're getting Rove Hotel thrills at luxury hotel bills.

The whole hotel feels so luxurious, and it smells incredible everywhere.

The hotel was very high quality and we would recommend it.

They look a little dated and could do with a refresh.

But overall a good property with cool views of Burj.

We really enjoyed staying at the Address Sky View.

When I came to the front desk to ask the lady at the front treated me like an idiot like I don’t know reception don’t give toothbrush and that it had to be delivered to the rooms instead.

I also want to say that the stay was so much better due to the initial experience I had with an amazing member of the staff, Hugo, at the front desk.

Don’t know why the tone can be so rude… left a bad taste for the 1 night stay here.

Hotel staff is super slow in terms of bringing things to the room, taking luggage up and down etc.

Professional and skills from Sanjit are to the utmost extent, which shows the address commitment to recruit the best.

Had to Ronaldinho first her, then later him just to check the rooftop lounge and have a shisha.

I was blown away with the care and courteousness of Hugo and the entire team at the Address.

The staff are extremely polite and friendly and would go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs.

During checkout I called for a porter 5 times over a span of 30 mins.

He continuously went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful.

Pool closes early, then one has to change into different clothes because it becomes some sort of bar with minimum spending limits to get a table.

During my time by the pool, I found it a little tiring to be asked for my room number by several different members of staff.

The more distinctive ones are definitely the pool areas, especially the roof top pool with its impressive views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Downtown.

In addition, the level of service in the pool area left much to be desired and the towels provided were visibly worn.

Unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city.

Plot twist: it's closed, we received information that it was closed until 5th of August.

The only reason why I went to this hotel was for the infinity pool

Just a walking distance and it's walkable very nice to walk around especially now that the temperature in the climate is very nice especially early morning or in the evening.

Attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around

Came over from Emirates palace from Abu Dhabi and it makes this place Feels like bad value for the price despite being cheaper.

It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the mall but There Is a tunnel that connects the mall to the hotel.

Location was perfect, connecting with the mall,can walk to Burj Khalifa, water fountain show, beautiful view from the hotel.

The location is also pretty nice; close to Dubai Mall and the Dubai Mall metro station.

You will sing a long with partying people at restorant on ground floor till midnight everyday.

The hotel is magnificent, particularly the stunning views and its proximity to the Dubai Mall.

There is no accessible way back after 11 from the mall without stairs or escalators.

Also it's close to Dubai Mall which is probably the largest mall in the world.

The hotel also has direct access to the Dubai Mall, via a walkway.

The area around this property is pretty safe and quiet fairly quiet.

The views of the Burj Khalifa are insane, especially at night.

There are plenty of dining options that you would like.

Connected to metro station, Dubai mall and sister Address Hotels.

I love everything about this place, from the location.

When I went to take a shower, however, the hot water was out, which sucked, and I would not have expected this from a property of this quality, so I was quite disappointed.

The room was super cold in January but they did give electric heaters but i ended up with a cold cos of 1st night.

They left a note saying due to annual maintenance there is no hot water available till next day 12pm.

The only small issue was the water pressure in the taps were a bit low.

On a positive note, the flower arrangements, atmosphere, and scent in the reception area are exceptional, adding to the overall experience.

On a more positive note, I must commend the hotel for its breakfast service, which was consistently good.

Breakfast was also great with many options (not as great as in Address Beach).

Breakfast goes in line with the standard: high level and of best quality.

Club lounge food very good quality but a bit limited in choice.

The iftar buffet was amazing, with so many delicious options.

The breakfasts are very tasty, the waiters are very attentive.

And great service for the drink top ups!!

The top-floor restaurant, C’est La Vie, offers incredible views, but the food was average, especially when compared to the competition, such as the 99 Restaurant in the other Address Downtown, which is simply outstanding.

However, it was disappointing to find that my clothes had a lingering smell of fried food after each visit to the restaurant.

Hotel dining options were excellent (but remember to pack smart clothes for the sky high fusion restaurant).

Hope you like lobby cafeteria tart vibes, because the restaurants decided to take a vacation too.

But dont bother wasting money at the buffet the food is terrible and overpriced.

Even the receptionist looked clueless when I asked where we can eat lunch.

What I was surprised about are the prices of food and beverages.

I would not choose Dubai for holidays due to this fact anymore.

Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai.

The food and drinks were high quality.

I got here super early because of my flight, and they were super accommodating with an early check-in—plus, I even got a room upgrade.

I want a refund of this because it’s unfair that you don’t notify the customers
