Address Sky View, Downtown Dubai Reviews: Everything Guests Say

This hotel is pure luxury I stayed here for my 25th birthday and I must say I honestly loved every second of it,

While the public areas of the hotel are certainly impressive, there's room for improvement when it comes to the rooms and suites.

Overall I’m actually disappointed, I’ve always liked Address was a dream 10 years ago to stay in their hotels.

Other than that, The hotel is extremely high-end and and has one of the best rooftop pools im Dubai.

It’s an excellent hotel (Address Sky Views), but the service quality is below par for the price you pay.

Unbelievable food and drinks, restaurants but a breathtaking view of the infinity pool at 54th floor is unbeatable.

This property is more than amazing a true 6-star hotel, clean, unique people and location.

Their slogan "where life happens" feels a bit optimistic for this particular hotel.

At this rate, we're getting Rove Hotel thrills at luxury hotel bills.

The whole hotel feels so luxurious, and it smells incredible everywhere.

The hotel was very high quality and we would recommend it.

They look a little dated and could do with a refresh.

But overall a good property with cool views of Burj.

We really enjoyed staying at the Address Sky View.

A good hotel that needs to improve its service.

One of the best experiences we’ve ever enjoyed.

Would recommend Mina Al Salam or Al Qasr.

At least we got late check out.

The Address lived up that and more.

We absolutely loved our stay here!

I highly recommend the Address Skyview.

Very nice property, but very expensive.

The service and quality was excellent.

The hotel is very nice.

This hotel was beautiful.

Deserve one more star.

Accommodation, and service.

Overall great experience.

Everything is great.

Excellent hotel.

When I came to the front desk to ask the lady at the front treated me like an idiot like I don’t know reception don’t give toothbrush and that it had to be delivered to the rooms instead.

I also want to say that the stay was so much better due to the initial experience I had with an amazing member of the staff, Hugo, at the front desk.

Don’t know why the tone can be so rude… left a bad taste for the 1 night stay here.

Hotel staff is super slow in terms of bringing things to the room, taking luggage up and down etc.

Professional and skills from Sanjit are to the utmost extent, which shows the address commitment to recruit the best.

Had to Ronaldinho first her, then later him just to check the rooftop lounge and have a shisha.

I was blown away with the care and courteousness of Hugo and the entire team at the Address.

The staff are extremely polite and friendly and would go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs.

Thank you Bryan for a helpful information and to the staff for a great service.

During checkout I called for a porter 5 times over a span of 30 mins.

He continuously went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful.

The staff is super friendly and will never say no !

The two room service guys who served food were very polite.

I appreciate the room service by Sanjit (hello from 15th floor).

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time.

In particular the club lounge and main restaurant for breakfast.

I customer service I reception is state of the art

I ended up taking the luggage down my self.

Despite repeated complaints over 40 minutes, nothing happened.

Hight standard, very friendly, helpfull and attentive staff.

Generally nice staff (not all of them).

Security on level 54 was really rude.

I complain nobody seem like they care

The hotel staff was nice and accommodating.

Very clean and lovely staff throughout hotel.

The staff was wonderful and helpful!

All the staff were very attentive.

The customer service was also outstanding.

The entire was very welcoming

Service is great.

Pool closes early, then one has to change into different clothes because it becomes some sort of bar with minimum spending limits to get a table.

During my time by the pool, I found it a little tiring to be asked for my room number by several different members of staff.

The more distinctive ones are definitely the pool areas, especially the roof top pool with its impressive views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Downtown.

In addition, the level of service in the pool area left much to be desired and the towels provided were visibly worn.

Unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city.

Plot twist: it's closed, we received information that it was closed until 5th of August.

The only reason why I went to this hotel was for the infinity pool

Saying that the city view from Address Sky pool was also amazing.

Pool was closed and it is not stated on expedia anywhere

The pool was closed for maintenance for the past few months.

The view from the infinity pool on 54th floor is outstanding.

The pool on the 52nd floor is truly breathtaking.

It has better rooftop pool and slightly better atmosphere.

Wow factor hotel with infinity pool on 54th floor.

We loved the infinity pool which had amazing views.

The infinity rooftop pool is a must see.

Their infinity pool is the cherry on top!

The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing.

Nobody notify me the pool was closed

More amazing view from the infinity pool.

Their infinity pool overlooks the BurjAl Arab.

The view and pool is just awesome.

The skyline pool isnt for kids.

The pool is amazing itself

Especially the infinity pool.

Alway feels contrived exclusive.

La piscina estuvo impresionante!

Just a walking distance and it's walkable very nice to walk around especially now that the temperature in the climate is very nice especially early morning or in the evening.

Attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around

Came over from Emirates palace from Abu Dhabi and it makes this place Feels like bad value for the price despite being cheaper.

It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the mall but There Is a tunnel that connects the mall to the hotel.

Location was perfect, connecting with the mall, can walk to Burj Khalifa, water fountain show, beautiful view from the hotel.

It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool

The location is also pretty nice; close to Dubai Mall and the Dubai Mall metro station.

You will sing a long with partying people at restorant on ground floor till midnight everyday.

The hotel is magnificent, particularly the stunning views and its proximity to the Dubai Mall.

There is no accessible way back after 11 from the mall without stairs or escalators.

Also it's close to Dubai Mall which is probably the largest mall in the world.

The hotel also has direct access to the Dubai Mall, via a walkway.

Nos ofrecieron traslado a abu Dabhi y para moverse por toda la ciudad

The area around this property is pretty safe and quiet fairly quiet.

The views of the Burj Khalifa are insane, especially at night.

There are plenty of dining options that you would like.

Connected to metro station, Dubai mall and sister Address Hotels.

I love everything about this place, from the location.

One of the best Dubai hotels in amazing location.

The hotel is very well located in Downtown.

It’s in the heart of downtown Dubai.

Location, amenities and staff were excellent.

Taxi is there or the Metro.

Transportation is very very easy.

The location was perfect!

Close to dubai mall.

Right in downtown.

Exceptional location.

Area isolated.

Amazing location.

When I went to take a shower, however, the hot water was out, which sucked, and I would not have expected this from a property of this quality, so I was quite disappointed.

The room was super cold in January but they did give electric heaters but i ended up with a cold cos of 1st night.

Want some ambiance? Enjoy the soothing sounds of our mini-fridge's best impression of a submarine, accompanied by the room's mysterious buzzing symphony.

Is it the wind? Is it the pressure? Is it the hotel's way of saying "get out while you can"?

They left a note saying due to annual maintenance there is no hot water available till next day 12pm.

Or maybe you just love vacuum cleaning at 01:00 AM, not sure who thought of that brilliant idea.

The only small issue was the water pressure in the taps were a bit low.

I wanted to take a shower before sleeping and there were no hot water.

The room was spacious, clean and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was spacious, clean and private with a balcony facing the Burj Khalifa.

Pro tip: put your ear to the pillow for the full 4D experience…

You can also control the A/C, TV and order food from the iPad.

There was no hot water flowing in the entire bathroom including shower.

Feel the excitement as the door vibrates like it's trying to escape.

However NEVER agree on rooms on lower floors (mine was at 6th)

The rooms are luxurious and includes all the amenities you will need.

The staff entered room in my absence when told not to.

I looked it's cleanliness and highly coordinated new furniture and walls.

The room was clean and included all the standard amenities.

Wonderful and luxurious (sometimes they don’t go together… trust me).

The hotel is nice and the rooms too.

There were no toothbrushes at the rooms.

The experience, room and views. Were amazing.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful

The room is clean and comfortable.

As well as the rooms.

Nothing out of ordinary.

Rooms are nice

On a positive note, the flower arrangements, atmosphere, and scent in the reception area are exceptional, adding to the overall experience.

The doors don't work and the ceiling will leak when it rains.

The pool and cabana and infinity pool was stellar.

It was a nice property with some great amenities.

The public bathrooms and especially the handicapped are terrible.

Hotel stay offered access to the skyview walk.

Awful maintenance services, especially the disabled toilets.

The hotel has a lot of amenities.

Everything here is five star plus.

It has a really nice lounge/bar

Maintenance is awful.

Amenities.

On a more positive note, I must commend the hotel for its breakfast service, which was consistently good.

Breakfast was also great with many options (not as great as in Address Beach).

Breakfast goes in line with the standard: high level and of best quality.

Club lounge food very good quality but a bit limited in choice.

The iftar buffet was amazing, with so many delicious options.

The breakfasts are very tasty, the waiters are very attentive.

And great service for the drink top ups!!

Very good breakfast selection.

Morning breakfast was amazing

Nice breakfast.

The top-floor restaurant, C’est La Vie, offers incredible views, but the food was average, especially when compared to the competition, such as the 99 Restaurant in the other Address Downtown, which is simply outstanding.

However, it was disappointing to find that my clothes had a lingering smell of fried food after each visit to the restaurant.

Hotel dining options were excellent (but remember to pack smart clothes for the sky high fusion restaurant).

Hope you like lobby cafeteria tart vibes, because the restaurants decided to take a vacation too.

But dont bother wasting money at the buffet the food is terrible and overpriced.

Even the receptionist looked clueless when I asked where we can eat lunch.

What I was surprised about are the prices of food and beverages.

I would not choose Dubai for holidays due to this fact anymore.

Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai.

The food and drinks were high quality.

The food is also good.

Everything is extremely expensive.

I got here super early because of my flight, and they were super accommodating with an early check-in—plus, I even got a room upgrade.

I want a refund of this because it’s unfair that you don’t notify the customers

Would've been nice to know before check-in, but who needs information when booking, anyway?

Apart from a very formal check in.

I left a day before
