      Staff are repeatedly praised as exceptionally friendly, attentive, professional, and helpful, especially in the club lounge, concierge, restaurants, housekeeping, and pool areas. Specific recognition includes Raneem, Thomas, Mayat, Abu, Joseph, Imran, and others. However, some guests reported inconsistent service, a 90-minute room-service wait, poor follow-up, distrustful checks, and pushy taxi sales.

      The staff make this experience, whether this is the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff or the front office staff, they are there to help ensure that your stay is pleasant and problem free.
      The staff make this hotel and some of the food places in the Half Board option, particular mentions to Raneem who is a diamond in trying to resolve issues, Abhisek and Rohan at the Pool bar, Sofia, Myat and Matti in the Club lounge all went the extra mile and should be applauded.
      Concierge were brilliant we left a case in a taxi and they tracked down the driver and got it returned
      The first night we wait almost 1h30 min for room service.

      Stayed here a number of times as I believe best value for family friendly 5 star hotel in Dubai.
      A big, big positive about the hotel is the Club Lounge, everyone working there are a credit to the hotel, from the ever smiling Manager and his waiting staff to the chef’s in the kitchen, they all play a part in creating a great space!
      However, the hotel itself is maintained but looking dated in the rooms and lifts,
      No broadcast on the tv page or any communication until I complained, similarly other facilities aren’t open or in maintenance

      Great position within walking distance of the JBR Beach Walk and Dubai Marina.
      Small planes taking off to drop parachutists, every 20 mins or so, from runway at end of beach in front of hotel.
      The NOISE was dreadful - coming from the private pool next to the beach which was belting out disco music so loud it gave you a headache.

However, some rooms and lifts feel dated, with occasional mould, faulty lighting, leaks, delayed housekeeping, maintenance noise, and a lack of balconies.

      The room we were given was amazing with one of the best views of Dubai marina and the Dubai eye.
      The room was big and comfy very clean!
      We stay in the club rooms which are great value for money lots of food and drinks included
      The room was in bad condition, with old noisy air conditioning and a very unappealing bathroom which had signs of mould.

Guests praised the pool, gardens, service, spa and activities, but recurring concerns include crowding, construction noise, smoking at the adult pool, and some worn or missing tiles.

      There are 2 different pool, one family pool with things for kids and the other adults only pool, it’s an infinity pool facing the sea.
      The large pool had to be avoided - simply full of children and packed.
      The infinity pool which is over 16s was nice, but full of people smoking.
      Pool area and gardens are excellent although there is now building works next door which look like will take years
