I understand there’s a lot of building and the hotel can’t control some, but they should not misrepresent the hotel with unopened facilities but intrusive building, there should be better communication - I addressed this and they said there were disclaimers, but that was a lie and the building works is only just starting, so will take a while.

A big, big positive about the hotel is the Club Lounge, everyone working there are a credit to the hotel, from the ever smiling Manager and his waiting staff to the chef’s in the kitchen, they all play a part in creating a great space!

This time with all the family I just think although a great hotel by European standards it’s just not got the polished finish that others in Dubai that I’ve stayed in has (zabeel zaray, medinat and Atlantis).

I liked the fact that this is not a traditional Marriott hotel, it has Arabic "flavor" added everywhere, and the lobby and room has traditional Arabic décor which makes it unique and beautiful.

But, the biggest issue is the sheer duplicity of the hotel l, they provided a note on check in regarding the infinity pool and was due to open that day, but didn’t.

No broadcast on the tv page or any communication until I complained, similarly other facilities aren’t open or in maintenance, which is required but nothing is communicated.

The noise you get used to, after all it is the Habtoor Grand Resort, lots of things going on & people everywhere, at an excellent price.

I stayed here last July for a quick break with my son and we both enjoyed the property although there was building work going on.

Amazing experience I have stay at habtoor before so I recommend this hotel for our girls trip,I booked 4 rooms in total this time.

I like this resort it s clean and convenient for families and couples for people like to attend a nice vacation in dubai.

We checked a lot of different hotels and decided on Al Habtoor Grand Resort and we’re so glad we did.

We visit this hotel for the second time - the first time we got an upgrade, that won our hearts.

Stayed here a number of times as I believe best value for family friendly 5 star hotel in Dubai.

At 8 o’clock in the morning, the cleaners began vacuuming and talking loudly in the corridor, disrupting my sleep.

Disappointed that more extensive work was going on and that it was a messy site in that respect.

If you get tickets for La Perle, please go, it’s an amazing show & another great Dubai experience.

Beach front and buggy ride to that spot with Sunset views of the Wheel are worth a visit.

Firstly I want to say the hotel and resort is beautiful, one of my favourite in Dubai.

Having stayed at numerous hotels in Dubai I was slightly disappointed with the Habatoor this time round.

It is very misleading they are trying to sell this as five star, for the money paid.

This is the first time we’ve ever returned to a hotel the place is so good!

We are sorry that this time we were refused this, though we were celebrating an anniversary.

Thank you to all the team at the hotel we will definitely be staying there again.

It’s not the most modern in Dubai but the people really make this place special!

The staff make this hotel and some of the food places in the Half Board option, particular mentions to Raneem who is a diamond in trying to resolve issues, Abhisek and Rohan at the Pool bar, Sofia, Myat and Matti in the Club lounge all went the extra mile and should be applauded.

I asked for two towels at this pool from the lifeguard for my friend and I - he asked if my friend had a room at the hotel - which of course she did.

The staff make this experience, whether this is the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff or the front office staff, they are there to help ensure that your stay is pleasant and problem free.

Great smiling service all around with extra thanks to cleaning on first floor in the Abu Dhabi wing, the life guard in the Infinity Pool area and the staff of the Horizon lounge.

The member of staff came to the room - checked the mini bar, put all contents in the fridge and then locked the unit the fridge was in, in front of us.

A special shout out goes to Joseph at the beach who realised I had some tar on my feet and very gently and kindly cleaned it all off for me.

Despite extending my stay by one night to try and relax, the persistent issues and lack of support have made my stay anything but restful.

From the reception, the breakfast, house keeping, pool, and also staff at the entrance, Every single of them were amazing.

Concierge were brilliant we left a case in a taxi and they tracked down the driver and got it returned

There are pushy staff by the front door trying to get you into a more expensive hotel cab.

The property enjoys great staff, they were looking to attend all our needs, were always friendly and helpful!

I am extremely disappointed with Al-Habtoor Autograph in Dubai.

There was always a smile & a warm welcome.

The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.

Yet, they had my credit card anyway!

It was also shameful that a Russian flag is displayed proudly outside the hotel in the current situation - although not surprising as hotel was mostly Russian guests.

The NOISE was dreadful - coming from the private pool next to the beach which was belting out disco music so loud it gave you a headache.

Last of all the peacocks, they apparently belong to hotel next door but that doesn't stop them crying at all hours of the day & night.

It’s a great location near to jbr walk and the beach area is great if you don’t mind the music which we don’t

Its about a 10 minute walk to the marina area and just 3 minutes to a mini mart and and a super market.

However, it’s not peaceful - if that’s what you like - Beach Club music and a plane constantly taking off and landing.

Small planes taking off to drop parachutists, every 20 mins or so, from runway at end of beach in front of hotel.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and was a short walk from the marina and JBR, filled with restaurants.

Biggest disappointment was the beach - it was dirty, with old sunbeds and people leaving their garbage in the sand.

They hotel is located in a nice area, it’s quite but walking distance from all the restaurants and bars.

The views from lounge & back of hotel are outstanding, especially at night, when the wheel lights up.

Great location, easy access to shopping and entertainment as well as the beach located at back of property.

The sea was not clean either - I swam into human feces which is simply disgusting.

We had a view of the pool and and 3 minute walk to the beach.

I love the beach so have experience with many of the Jumeriah beach hotels.

Dubai is more expensive than ever so some compromise is necessary for most.

Great position within walking distance of the JBR Beach Walk and Dubai Marina.

The beach has so much room and the beds are so comfortable.

The Zerogravity club near runway, that play music some nights until 3.30am.

JBR beach resort and the Marina were a short walk away.

This lack of consideration for guest comfort is unacceptable.

They gave a us lovely fruits bowl and this delicious chocolate mousse in the room for our anniversary and they also provided bottle of waters every day.

The amazing view from the balcony can't be any better ! You can see Ain Dubai, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab from the balcony!

On arrival, after an overnight flight, we really appreciated the use of an area, where we could rest whilst we waited for our room.

The room had faulty lighting that I had to report 3 times to get fixed and not all the light switches worked.

The room was in bad condition, with old noisy air conditioning and a very unappealing bathroom which had signs of mould.

The room we were given was amazing with one of the best views of Dubai marina and the Dubai eye.

Furthermore, today I was awakened early by maintenance staff working near my room.

When it rained the hotel had buckets out everywhere and was leaking everywhere.

Go for the club room if you can and save some money.

We booked the Clubrooms that gave us assess to the Club lounge.

There are 2 different pool, one family pool with things for kids and the other adults only pool, it’s an infinity pool facing the sea.

The only pool (which is too small for the crowd of people and needs upgrading too with missing tiles and general wear and tear)

However, it’s a large pool, with a dedicated children's pool & play area but there were still plenty of small children in the pool.

There is an outdoor infinity pool for adults only & a lovely place to have a cocktail & watch the sun go down.

The main pool is quite nice but lot of families & children there & it’s not deep.

The infinity pool which is over 16s was nice, but full of people smoking.

The large pool had to be avoided - simply full of children and packed.

We used the spa, pool and kids club which was great.

This is definitely a family hotel, lots of children under 5.

Perhaps the restaurants could also update their menus listing the various allergies I. E glutin, nuts and diary as this becoming the norm in Most places.

Some points of improvement are the breakfast, as we thought it had a very limited range of selection.

My only suggestion would be to have a menu or more information catering to any allergies.

Habtoor supports tennis so there are courts & coaches which I used.

There’s also a private beach with lots of sun loungers provided.

When I visited the sauna and steam room, neither were operational.

Additionally, my experience with the hotel’s amenities was equally unsatisfactory.

The facility is every thing you expect in a resort.

I was offered a complimentary meal at any of the restaurants in the hotel, but when we went to book it the next day we were told it was for the buffet only.

The restaurants are pretty average - we usually walked next door to Le Meredien for dinner.

We arrived first thing in the morning and the check in not until 3pm but they provided Travellers Lounge which we could rest until the check in and also they provided the same Lounge after we check out as our flight was at 1am and there was also shower so we could freshen up.

I frequently called to ask for baby milk, expecting to get charged at check out, but they didn’t!

I recently checked into Al-Habtoor Autograph in Dubai on Saturday for my university graduation.

Didn’t know this but if you book through hotels.com or any other website you won’t get your bonvoy points which is a bit disappointing given the amount you pay

The concierge try hard to convince using the hotel taxi that was almost double the price.

Advertised free hotel shuttle from airport, which did not exist.

The only issue was with taxi.
