            and above all the staff, wonderful treatment in every aspect, from those who clean the rooms and the details they have, the suede for the glasses... all the staff who greet you at the exit of the elevators in the lobby, the attention and professionalism in the breakfast area, at happy sunset, by the pool, the detail of the ice creams... Each and every one of them made us feel incredibly well, thank you very much.
            Excellent housekeeping staff, cleaned and organized our rooms three times a day.
            Some staff were nice and some were not, especially the ones from the waterpark.
            Service from the staff. The employee who attended us at the check-in reception was quite inattentive. We had to ask for our service after more than 40 minutes of waiting.

            Lack of proper room insulation, very noisy, woke up in the early mornings when doors in the next rooms opened and closed, it sounded like my door was being opened
            The rooms are outdated, the bathroom is combined with the toilet, and after taking a shower, water accumulates all over the toilet area, making it inconvenient and unsafe (slippery).
            At 1:48 AM in the middle of the night, our air conditioner malfunctioned, forcing us to pack all our belongings and relocate with young children.

            The food is extremely expensive for no reason, and the alcoholic drinks were unfortunately terrible in all the restaurants except the Arabian terrace.
            The only complaint we have is that being that this was considered “off season” the hotels restaurants were not all open and the ones that were open would close early at 830pm, however the hotel was fully booked.
            the dinner buffet's service was extremely inefficient; it was embarrasing to stand in long queues waiting for the food to be made available, that after we had made a reservation in advance.

            A special mention goes to the breakfast — the selection is excellent, and the champagne adds a lovely touch of luxury.
            Breakfast buffet in any of the restaurants from 9am is chaotic, often 20 to 30 in the queue to get a table.
            It was not comfortable to wait 30 minutes just to order an omelet... Instead, they could change the omelet ordering system to allow for table orders...

            You need to queue up for 30 min standing at the checkin like at the airport in economy class.
            Given the cost of this stay I expect to be able to check in at 3pm and have both rooms ready, in our case we gave them an additional hour and they are still not ready.
            I had an issue with them not returning the deposit they deducted at check in. It took them 3 weeks to respond to my email, with issue not fully resolved.

            Hotel suffers badly from noise pollution building works across from beach helicopter rides every 5-10 minutes landing and taking off and from midnight it’s like formula one race with Ferraris and Lamborghinis racing up and down road until 3am.

            However, we had to wait long time for buggy ride to park and back to hotel.
            It’s too far from everything else there is to do in Dubai so you need to catch taxis everywhere.
            Along with the booking, I sent a request to the hotel about a transfer. I received a response to the request only after checking in, and the response was that I should order at least 48 hours in advance.
