Reviews overwhelmingly describe Atlantis The Palm as a beautiful, exceptionally clean and well-maintained luxury resort with friendly, attentive service, comfortable rooms, varied food, and strong family facilities. Complimentary access to Aquaventure and the aquarium is repeatedly praised. Recurring drawbacks are high prices, occasional crowding, the immense size, and its relatively older age.

This is our 5th time here in 11 years and it never disappoints, we just love this hotel, the waterpark, restaurants, the aquarium and all the staff.. it has suited all of our family as they have grown from 18 months old when we first brought our daughter who is now 12 and even when we came with our 2 sons who were 6 months and 20 months at the time and who are now 7 and 8 it caters for us all…
It's an overly large hotel; I went with a meal plan, and when I tried to eat there in most of the restaurants we had as options, they informed us that we had to pay a significant extra fee, a situation they did not communicate to us beforehand, or I wouldn't have purchased the meal plan.
Stayed before and loved it never in summer, wanted to come back but it was sooooo busy, full of small kids, not sure there was the required level of swim nappy on many, felt way too crowded but still clean and all then usual bells and whistles.

Crowded and exhausted. We chose the hotel for easy access to the water park, but unfortunately, it was extremely crowded and the room price was high. It would have been better and more economical to buy VIP tickets without staying at the hotel.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world, I would say this is in the top ten for facilities and the customer service, simply superb and in my view the Atlantis is a classic league of its own.
The only negative I can think of in an incredible stay is that the AC was too cold in restaurants and common areas, but it really wasn't a big deal, we'll just pack some light jackets next time.

Everything is exceptional, Atlantis is another world. This is not my first time staying here because it is very excellent for both children and adults. You don't need to leave the hotel because everything is available here.
As for the room, upon checking in we ultimately gave in to the suggestion of taking a suite (about €1000 more for 4 nights) only to find we did not have 2 queen size beds.
To make matters worse, most of the restaurants were closed during our stay, and the main pool was shut due to construction works that seemed to go on for around 15 hours a day.

For a hotel of this cost, stature and reputation — and one owned by the government — I expected far more in terms of leadership, communication and care for guests during a crisis.
I would not give any recommendations at the moment because that will ruin the reputation of the tourism in my country, and I will definitely be seeking out alternative accommodations in the future.
There was lots to do at the hotel, but in my opinion there could have been more entertainment for adults during the evening other than a couple of bars to relax in.

If you are not a family with small kids ( even you have teens) then this does not feel a 5 star at the price level you have to put up with.
Great property, the flow was smooth, clean and comfortable way beyond my expectations towards this hotel enjoyed every bit from the entry to the exit staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Family-friendly, an old hotel but the cleanliness of the place and the furniture and public facilities are great for children and relaxation in general. There's no need to leave the hotel.

It takes a week to explore the hotel, it's really really beautiful, from restaurants to entertainment to cleanliness to the staff and the very, very, very high level of service
Loved everything but the guests should know that is a big hotel with a bit of a caotic mood, it’s really big and you have to be ready for that.
And I would like to note that I have been a guest at Atlantis since 2012, and every time I visit the hotel, it shows even more progress and development.

Also, hotel lobby has become a real public place like a full time shopping center where you don't want and can't hang around or socialise as a hotel guest.
If the high number of families with children isn’t a problem, I can say that this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Dubai in terms of service.
The level of service exceeded expectations, the staff is so kind and charming, the hotel is very clean, everything was perfect, there is no doubt we will return soon!!!

We were meant to have received a $100 credit against food etc as part of our package but at checkout as hotel was busy no bill was given.
I was delighted with the quality of the hotel and its facilities, the views from the window are simply gorgeous, and the care and attention from the staff.
Such a pity for this resort, I regret every riyal I spent, I am not satisfied and I regret the money I paid for the discomfort and disturbance

The service was outstanding and the quality top-notch, so I must say it's the best hotel in Dubai that I've stayed at, and I've been to several.
I liked everything, it was one of the best hotels I stayed at, the food, the staff, the cleanliness, everything was perfect. I had a beautiful vacation 😎 thanks to the hotel which was very organized. The service throughout the hotel is top quality, a solid 10. My kids were so happy, the kids club where they take care of the children was perfect. It was one of my best vacations with my family, we really enjoyed it a lot! Thank you very much, I totally recommend the hotel for families, it's perfect. The buffet is one of my favorites in the world. Everything was great, honestly, I will return with my family. Thank you for everything.
No need to leave the hotel, we were at the water park every day, which was not crowded and pleasant, an amount of food that you could go crazy over, staff who constantly want to please the guests, cleanliness above and beyond, the location is far from the city center but really there's no reason to leave the hotel (the malls are just big and expensive and to see snow it's better to travel to another media and see real snow).

It is truly a remarkable hotel but there are too many people for my taste - And I find it unfortunate that there is no small advantage in having a room in the hotel - everything is charged, minibar, cookies... - While on half-board, you have to be careful as there are things in the restaurants that are not included - I paid an extra charge to have a view of the Palm and I was on the side
Everything in the property is nice from the reception, the concierge service is perfect, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, there are also clothing shops so you don't need to step out of the hotel for shopping, the aquarium is massive, the beach and slides are massive, it is a family friendly resort kids have a lot of activities to do, the imperial lounge is to die for....loved everything about the property
When you come to stay at Atlantis, know that you are entering a world of its own, consisting of a hotel, shops, diverse restaurants, and entertainment for all ages. The best part about the experience is that playing in the water park is included with your stay, but keep in mind you will have to wait in line, and the stay does not include the fast track (the express line for the rides).

Staff: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm3,087 relevant reviews
Staff are overwhelmingly praised as friendly, attentive, professional, and exceptionally helpful across reception, housekeeping, restaurants, concierge, and facilities. Guests repeatedly mention thoughtful details, fast responses, and personal recognition. However, some report inconsistent service, insufficient training, waterpark and call-center shortcomings, long waits, and isolated serious handling failures.

When I raised my concerns about vulnerable guests being forced to leave during an active situation, a very stern female middle manager informed me that the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism guidance regarding supporting stranded guests was “open to interpretation,” that guests were free to seek “more competitive prices elsewhere,” and that because the hotel is owned by the Dubai government, complaints to the authorities would not lead anywhere.
The receptionist during check-in tried to charge extra fees for breakfast for the children, even though they are included in the booking. During the booking, it was stated on Booking.com that children are welcome, and I have always booked at this resort for years and have never encountered improper treatment like that of the receptionist.
I asked at the reception if it would take time, they said "no, they are already on the way", well we had to call twice and waited for more than 25 min to get them, which almost made us late for our booking at Nobu restaurant as we needed to change.

Also at the water park, some of the staff there was disaster!!!, they were very rude, they were shouting at my kids and pushing them to go out after the ride, it was very bad, and when we ask about something they reply with a rude tone.
Terrible service, someone who doesn't manage English well mistakenly made a reservation for the same dates in 2024; according to their policies, neither changes nor cancellations are allowed. Terrible service, I'm losing the value of my reservation because they say they can't cancel it!!
But I didn't like the attitude of the security, there was a situation when I was going to my room, he didn't let me in because I didn't take the card from my room where my daughter was waiting (in the room)

No information regarding the park or aquarium visit... until I found out the next day that I had the right to do it... so I was short on time and had to rush through it; nice price and no explanations given...
When I mentioned over the phone that I was celebrating my son's first birthday by having him experience swimming with the dolphins and other water activities, the call center staff promised to send a gift and a cake for him.
When I requested for the documents confirming that we signed for the services as proof, I was told that they didn't have them from the various shops, restaurants and salon and will be only available after 24 hours.

The service was below standard in every detail; even though the booking was for a family suite and a room adjacent to the children, we were then transferred to the wider Regal Suite and an adjoining room.
The art of hospitality , staff specifically MR. JORDAN, i dont know how he can assit 10 guests at the same time and make each one feel that JORDAN IS DEDICATED TO HIM ALONE amazing kind personality.
Not to forget, my little daughter had a fever at 4 in the morning. I spoke with the reception, and a nurse was sent to the room and gave us fever medicine. Thank you very much.

Service details are not thought through/very cumbersome, eg to reserve a table you need to call the call center, then somebody will have to call you back - you can’t call restaurant reservations directly etc
From the impeccable service and the warm friendliness of all (!) staff to the very good furnishings of the room with a view and the extremely delicious and extensive food (breakfast as well as dinner).
Also, some of the staff did not understand English well enough to discuss dietary restrictions, such as understanding vegetarian options at the buffet in a restaurant or understanding what it means to be vegetarian.

Massive thank you to mostafa from VIP who looked after me and my family from the moment we arrived you was there to welcome us and always went above and beyond for us
Definitely the staff from Atlantis the royal - Not all of them though (exception 1 lady who welcomed us on both days) but in general they are quite arrogant and not very helpful.
NO complaints except some uptight and unfriendly interactions with some staff (front desk, lift security east tower and one of the waiters from kaleidoscope restaurant during breakfast.. I didn’t get their names)

The behavior of one of the staff was very painful; I felt like an unwelcome guest in his home.. but thank God the management handled the situation and supported me completely 🤍
A little word also for the service, from the welcome, the luggage, the housekeeping, and the countless people to help you, always a smile, a kind word. Without ever being intrusive.
A special shout-out to the team for their honesty and efficiency—I accidentally left a bag at checkout, and they immediately contacted me and ensured I got it back without any hassle.

When I called to enquire about all of this, I was told that it the above should have been supplied/done, yet they still did not do anything to rectify the error.
We were regularly helped by Hamed an agent in the imperial club who helped to organise our food reservations, answer our questions and make us feel at ease with everything.
The concierge service needs to be improved, it takes a very long time to collect suitcases and there is no single responsible person at the lobby, who is charge of it.

A lot of emphasis is also placed on safety in the hotel and pool area - lifeguards are stationed every few meters, whether in the water park or family pool.
The service is not like before. First of all, we had booked a room facing the beach and had noted that we have a child and are coming for a birthday, but when we arrived, none of this was done, and the room was in front of the hotel entrance, not the pool or the beach. They also didn't provide us with a child's bed. The cleaning has become subpar, just barely acceptable, and the food quality has also declined. The food prices are now outrageous, six times higher. In general, to get what you deserve, you have to speak to the entire management so that they understand. I booked a massage, and since my son was sick, I didn't go, and they called me saying it would be charged to me because I didn't come!! What kind of attitude is this? It made me feel like I’m in a two-star hotel; it's shameful! They say they informed you, but in reality, no one contacted me. After we spoke to management and I went down to them, they said okay! Also, I didn't like the spa staff; they are not as professional in massage as before. Unfortunately, the services were not at the required level.
Second Exiting the water park, one of the staff who was disrespectful to me, i was actually going to the beach, so he was telling me put your t shirt before exiting which i dont have any problem, then i asked him where is the way to go to the beach, he didn’t even look at me or answer me, after i start raising my voice he was answering you have to wait im thinking where is the way to go to the beach, for a guy who spent 10 years in UAE he should know the culture of GCC, second a guy who worked at the hotel for 2.5 years and dont know the beach way!!! Are you serious

After the rudeness and lack of manners of the staff member who called at the time of departure, I will not return to this hotel. It was the worst thing I have ever seen. He spoke with such arrogance and treated me rudely, ordering me to leave the hotel immediately. If it weren't for the management's indifference to the concerns of their guests, this staff member would not have spoken in such a way to the hotel's customers or guests. It was the worst hotel I have ever visited.
I feel that the hotel has a certain degree of racial discrimination; it's just a personal feeling. Based on my observation of the guests staying here, unless there are special requests, basically customers from India, Pakistan, and Africa are placed on lower floors, while people of Asian descent are placed slightly higher up, and Caucasians tend to stay on higher floors. Furthermore, for several consecutive days at breakfast, the waiter seated us in the very back of the dining area, along with other guests.
My only bad encounter was the lifeguard at the beach, ok I got there at 18h23, I understand that they close at 18h30, I did not appreciate his approach , walked up to me and said "FINISHED", considering the establishments reputation, I thing they must work on the people skills (Approach to customers)...FOOD FOR THOUGHT ...he could have told me, Sir, we close in 7 minutes , can you please be out the water by then....i think that would avoid me writing this message.....

Rooms: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm2,130 relevant reviews
Rooms are repeatedly described as spacious, clean, comfortable, and well serviced, often with excellent sea, pool, or Palm views; housekeeping may visit twice daily. Recurring drawbacks include poor soundproofing, occasional mould or sewage smells, uncomfortable or undersized beds, outdated televisions and bathrooms, and reported hot-water or air-conditioning failures.

Knowing that it would definitely be in the hands of the cleaning staff or room service, and to this day I have not found anything helpful from the hotel, which is strange for them, while this happened at another hotel, and they were quick to respond and deliver lost items.
They searched for the room for 40 minutes, offering a room with 1 bed for 4 people, and we ultimately received a dark cave with one nightstand and 1 lamp by the bed: There was no second nightstand and lamp, standing lamp, or desk.
Maybe next time I wouldn’t really pay the premium to overlook the palm as the rooms located at low floors don’t really provide any special view and you need to pay extra if you want a room at higher floor.

I left the room and forgot my new mobile phone charger, and I contacted the hotel after leaving to look for it since it was on the desk connected to the electricity, and there was no response.
The fact that they gave us an accessible room without us requesting it was a problem because the layout of the shower was next to the toilet, which left the bathroom wet most of the time.
I understand this is very likely something that can’t be helped and in the grand scheme of things is a minor issue, but something that if maybe fixable so I thought it was worth mentioning.

I want to say a huge thank you the kids absolutely loved coming back to the room to see what animal you had made next for them… they loved it.. your were wonderful!
Housekeeper also did a fantastic job in our room (22419), keeping everything spotless and refreshed daily - sometimes twice per day, which made our stay feel even more comfortable and cared for.
The situation when we upgraded to a superior room was a real nightmare because I couldn't personally pick up my valuables from the room when we moved to the superior room.

Mini bar in room wasn’t restocked automatically and originally tonic water was 20d for large can of Shweppes but changed to 35d for a small bottle of fever tree tonic overnight!
When we first arrived the room was not perfect why because the was a white wall with nothing if there was a art or something then it will be perfect
Ocean View rooms are significantly affected by noise from the supercars roaring up and down the road in front of the hotel, especially in the evenings and at night.

This suite also includes free transportation to and from the airport - a benefit worth at least a few hundred per direction if you are more than 4 people.
Everything! Especially the room service - dinner in the room was amazing! Delicious, the presentation was wow! And the gift from the hotel for our anniversary was great!
When we returned to the room in the afternoon, a delicious cake and a personal printed greeting were waiting for us, it was a really nice gesture :)

Even hair dryer is not provided in the room, you need to ask for it and wait staff for couple hours to bring it to your room.
The room was spotless clean, very high standard, cleaned daily and with little gestures like a binder to tie up our electronic cords and cute connector covers.
Cleanliness of the room, there was black hair in bathtub, it was not clean. When we checked in there was empty shower gel bottle in shower

The suites do not have a microwave; and there was also no fruit plate in the suite even though it is a global gesture of hospitality.
I was fixing my Regal Suite room together with technician the first 2 days: lamps dead, broken lamps, broken wall decorations, broken mini bar, broken shower.
We found beds/madrasses to be hard for our liking, we are used to that hotels tend to offer rather too soft beds than too hard.

I asked if it was possible for the first night and that we would stay in our original booked room the rest of the nights.
The inability to have two separate beds for children, only large double beds and sofas are offered, and there is little space in the room.
The water pressure in the shower in the room was poor and it was hard to use the shower to switch between shower heads

Always impeccably clean, the housekeepers made a special effort with a lovely new towel animal for our daughter on a few of the days.
The reception ceiling and when requesting to change the room, unfortunately, on the first day, we kept calling you, and on the second day, they told us they would change it, but there’s no room available on a higher floor, and they don’t promise that you will be close to each other, which feels like they are making it difficult in a respectful way.
We booked a room with an ocean view, the photos of the balcony do not match reality, you cannot go out because it is too small (less than 1 meter deep), the room was changed on the second day because there was no availability before (I had to see 4 people before getting a room with a real balcony).

They use different brands of shampoo, conditioner and washing gel depending on how high the level of your room is ( e.g. on a higher level room I saw Aqua di Parma and on a lower level room I saw Atlantis brand) - no idea why because the price of the room is the same.
I requested them through Booking when making my reservation to prepare the room for our wedding anniversary, but nothing was arranged even though they contacted me saying they would make it a wonderful setup and that it would be an unforgettable night. Here came the shock – the room was plain, no decorations or anything.
The room itself is kind of outdated it needs a little of maintenance for example the shower head broke as soon as we touched it and the toilet flush is weak but otherwise the room is very clean and spacious with 2 massive separate beds and an amazing balcony with the ocean view

Facilities: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm1,769 relevant reviews
Aquaventure Waterpark, The Lost Chambers Aquarium, pools, private beach, and family activities are repeatedly praised, with clean, well-maintained facilities and easy access. However, renovations and closures affected pools, beach areas, restaurants, and other amenities; guests also reported limited evening dining, inconsistent opening-time information, paid aquapark lockers, and aging décor.

Let's continue with the size of the hotel and its facilities. The hotel is designed in a nautical style, everything is so beautiful, so clean, they clean every inch of the hotel throughout the day, there isn't a speck of dust no matter where you look. Everything is really suitable for children. In the hotel, there is an aquarium that you can see on the way to the elevator and free entry to it inside.
The kids club is rare; my kids stayed there for the first time for two hours in a place they didn't know and didn't want to leave because they enjoyed it so much. It's open until 11 at night and admission is only for children without parents.
I didn t like the way the minibar works, we have small kid with us and he took the eggs 2 times, there should be option to remove all those unhealthy goodies, why not offer fruits instead of refined sugar candies

In our case, there was: no refund for the lost resort experience, no meaningful goodwill gesture, and no response that matched the level of care one would expect from a hotel of this category and price point.
Lack of information about any facilities in the Resort as we didn’t know about many of them until the day we left and buggy Driver told us about many of facilities staff failed to mention.
I have to specifically mention about their lost & found policy where i forgot one of my gold jewellery in the room and after 24 hrs of my checkout I still found it.

Room cleaning service and the cooperation of the reception staff, the variety of restaurants and dishes, room service, in addition to activities within the hotel, and most importantly, the outstanding kids' club.
I would maybe improve is guest of this hotel should have more benefits as in maybe percentage off for guest of the hotel in the restaurants situated in both Atlantis hotels,
I stayed in this hotel only for free aquapark enterance but they sell priorty access for units with extra money and we were on line for hours with daily visitors.

The facility's aquaparks are very tiring, we waited exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes for the shark 🦈 aquapark, and in the end, it didn't even last 5 seconds.
For example, we asked them about the swimming pool closing time, and they said 7 PM; we happened to find it open and it closes at 8 PM.
The kids club is free for 4+ yrs , however for younger kids you have to rent nanny for 150 AED per hour, and minimum for 3 hours!!

A bit overrated, the St. Regis Marriott in Abu Dhabi is better. The Aquaventure Park is overrated; I walked more than expected, more food shops than attractions.
The waterpark could benefit from having a dedicated section for hotel guests, as it was very crowded with outside visitors and we struggled to find seating.
Many advertisements of activities, food and restaurants were not available for purchase, not operating and prices had increased without notice - small increases but not acceptable.

They kept my luggage in the store & once finished they offer me to use the lounge for relaxation & bathrooms to take shower & change.
The best thing about the hotel is the cleanliness and location; apart from that, I do not recommend it. We had an all-inclusive plus package..
But having some adult time would not have been possible without the amazing kids club where Tabi took care of the kids like royalty.

One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary access to Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, which kept us entertained throughout our stay.
Everything feels like an oversell, unlike other resorts I’ve been to which are also fabulous like in Mauritius and Maldives but less high sales.
The internet on the premises is poor, good quality in the lobby, but there are very few sofas, always occupied in the evening.

Kids club needs to be accessible from inside the hotel rather than having to walk out in the heat and then back in.
We specifically chose this hotel for access to the waterpark, but unfortunately, half of the park was closed due to maintenance work.
Everything, staff, service , location, options of food, pool, beach , water park … the list goes on and on and on

More explanation of amenities would have been nice - totally missed the fact there was a family pool until the last day.
At the aquadventuere my kids lost for 6 hours and I inform all the security to find them but they didn't find them when my kids were trying to find the hotel and they found it the security told them you can not enter to hotel and you are not wearing t-shirts ! And my kids tried to explain to them they get lost and there items inside the aquadventuere finally they gave them towels to enter and told them to go directly to their room ! My kids they are not good with English language they found difficulty to explain to them . And finally they knew their names !
The water park is amazing, clean and huge..both in the hotel and the water park I never saw a speck of dirt on the ground, the restrooms are always clean, strict regarding safety on the slides (you are weighed and measured, if together you do not weigh enough, you will be denied entry), strict but fair and this gives a very safe feeling in the water park...

Let's move on to the pool, which is just right for kids, not too deep, so the girls could swim alone while we relaxed. Inside the pool, there is basketball and volleyball, plenty of seating areas, what service! You just approach the bed and they come to put a pillow for you, distributing free popsicles, passing around sunscreen and tanning oil every few hours for free.
There are no organized activities for children/teenagers at the hotel and its facilities after 6:00 PM - apart from meals at the hotel restaurants, an adult bar, luxury shops, and the aquarium - after one evening/night where it is possible to experience all of the above, it requires leaving the hotel to other sites to occupy the children, and also the adults.
It’s a huge audacity that on one of the days the water park was closed for a private event (wedding) and no one bothered to inform us that the water park would not be available on that date, plus there are attractions in the park that are not operational due to maintenance work.

Breakfast: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm1,361 relevant reviews
Breakfast is repeatedly praised for exceptional variety, freshness, abundance, and quality, with standout touches including fresh juices, champagne, cocktails, dim sum, eggs, and salmon. However, Saffron can be severely crowded, with queues of 10–30 minutes, difficult seating, and slow omelet or coffee service. Breakfast is also considered expensive when not included.

Almost everything states that it has Nuts. It doesn't, but those with a nut allergy don't know what is safe and what isn't. Even the mango sorbet ice cream claimed it wasn't safe for those with a Nut allergy, needs to be reviewed.
There are many stations with a lot of products offered, so it's very varied, there are many things to choose from, but what I tried (waffles, pancakes, croissants) were among the least good I've ever tasted.
Breakfast experience was awful and not 5 star at all - unorganised chaos with full self-service with plenty of space but somehow long queues and no system to take order from the table.

It would have been better to have the buffet repeated in different spots among the tables to cover all areas, thus solving the waiting and crowding problem in one place.
At 10 AM, there was a long line waiting to be allowed to enter, and then another long line waiting at the buffet. The buffet was very disappointing.
Restaurant for breakfast is busy all the time but the staff are very nice and serve the customers during the waiting time by serving snacks and drinks

The waiting time was between 15 to 30 minutes (if not even longer), although there were actually 2 restaurants (Saffron and Kaleidoscope) to choose from.
THE PARK CLOSES AT 6 PM, VERY EARLY, THERE WAS NO BOXED MILK WITH A STRAW FOR SMALL CHILDREN, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS VERY GOOD
I don't eat from any buffet, I prefer to a la carte orders and we had a hard time finding adequate options for breakfast.

The waiter usually came to us to serve very late both for dinner and breakfast, probably after 30 mins of our sit down.
Breakfast buffet in any of the restaurants from 9am is chaotic, often 20 to 30 in the queue to get a table.
The breakfast and evening buffet was too plain, the quality was far below what you would expect from such a high price.

In the morning at breakfast, there were a large number of visitors, and sometimes we had to wait to get a table.
Huge breakfast area… you get lost and it is like being in Madison square garden when the Knicks are playing :-)
Deteriorated negatively, the same goes for breakfast options, you can only choose 2 restaurants for breakfast compared to 4 last time.

Breakfast at Saffron still the best in town but its variety had dropped from the time of 2013 and 2018.
They were above the expectations with the breakfast ( in room dining experience) it was elegantly served with care .
The dining options are also top-notch — a large selection of dishes, everything is fresh, delicious, and very varied.

It’s better to take breakfast and the Imperial room where you can also eat and snack in the evening.
After trying the breakfast, it is no wonder they say it is the best in Dubai in the UAE.
I 💗LOVED💗 THE BREAKFAST 😋 ESPECIALLY THE PANCAKES WITH THE MILK AND WHITE CHOCOLATE AND OMELETTE, YUMM! 🤩

Too crowded at the breakfast, feels like there is not enough facilities for such an amount of people.
It was difficult to find seating, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and stressful rather than relaxing.
I was very bothered by the aggressiveness of some employees at the breakfast restaurant a few times.

Additionally, the reception didn't explain breakfast options very clearly, even though we could have purchased that option.
We chose half board, in this we could choose breakfast from 2 restaurants every day, we could have breakfast in either because the 2 restaurants are located at both ends of the large hotel, I suppose that is why there is the opportunity to have breakfast in 2 places, so we don’t have to walk too much.
It's normal to have children and a lot of people, but at the entrance, they should remind guests that they are in a hotel where excellence reigns, and they should refrain from yelling or running through the buffet, or at least have an 'adults only' area in all buffets to avoid this noise.

I was disturbed at breakfast and charged for an extra person, even though I booked two rooms for eight people and there were only seven of us. Additionally, the bathroom and shower needed maintenance, and the rooms were not ready when I arrived, even though I arrived a bit late unfortunately.
The next day we went to breakfast early, but the same problem occurred. So you need to fix this annoyance because guests have the right to wake up in the morning and go to breakfast without any disturbance from you. Another restaurant for breakfast should be provided.
We were charged for dinner that we did not want (I should mention that the restaurant was already closed and the children were tired), as well as breakfast on the day of our departure, although we informed them that we were leaving at 4 AM.

Reviews repeatedly praise the food’s taste, variety, vegetarian options, and standout restaurants such as Nobu, Gordon Ramsay, En Fuego, and Wavehouse. Recurring drawbacks include very high restaurant and beverage prices, restaurants closing early or being unavailable without notice, limited dining choices, overcrowded buffets, long queues, and inconsistent service or quality.

Well, we didnt eat much since landed (18th, we had KFC and 19th morning, we had buffet in another high end hotel, which is the only food i eat on that day and after that me and my family played at the waterpark until 8 pm for the dinner)
There were two restaurants included with the room rate for dinner, one smelled terrible, then there was the bathroom, the food was cold and not tasty, the other one was slightly better but also served cold seafood.
The serving spoons in the Saffron restaurant and Kaleidoscope were not changed very often, which meant that food was stuck on the spoons which wasn't very appealing to use when wanting to pour in food.

I didn't give the hotel a 10 because the service at the Wavehouse restaurant is terrible, I ate there 3 days in a row, and every time it was the same service, bizarre.
The only thing I didn't like was the food I ordered in the room; it was mediocre and not worth the price, especially the biryani which I didn't like at all.
The food aspect was one of the most pleasant surprises: the variety of cuisines available is impressive, and every dish we tried was delicious, demonstrating truly remarkable attention to detail.

In the evening, you can go to a wide variety of restaurants, and we preferred to go to the buffet, which was rich and met all the needs.
Also would recommend going to Warehouse restaurant and meet Abdul. There are negative reviews of warehouse staff but Abdul proved them wrong. He was welcoming and respectful.
The disrespectful attire of some guests who came to the restaurant in pajamas or bikinis is not fitting for a 5-star hotel of this high class

It feels like these restaurants have a bar atmosphere, suitable for adults to enjoy drinks and chat for the nightlife, but not suitable for family visitors.
Dinner service, even when paying for dinner at the à la carte restaurants, you have to pay an extra fee which is not worth it.
The 2 buffet restaurants for breakfast and dinner were a chaos of people with loud noise like a festival, and the food was poor quality.

Ayamna is fancy, looks nice, has good food and service, but it may get crowded later in the evening, leading to long waiting times.
The restaurant offers everything from sushi to pizza, every evening there is a different cuisine, but there are some dishes that are always available.
The food is high quality and mouthwatering - we ate in saffron and kaleidoscope and to say they were incredible is an understatement.

We booked including dinner, which allows us to dine in the hotel restaurants, including Michelin star restaurants, at no additional cost for dinner.
Angeline and staff sang happy birthday to my gal with a chocolate cake and made it so special and magical for her.
I ordered a chicken burger and to my disappointment, it was the dark meat which doesn't do too well in a burger!

Sadly, none of the F&B outlets accepted babies for dinner after 8PM so we couldn’t take our little one with us.
We enjoyed various restaurants on site and found them to be of good quality (although a little pricey as was expected).
We thought the buffet was quite disappointing, the quality was not what I expected not value for money for food

The choice of restaurants in the hotel is fantastic, a large selection of Michelin-starred restaurants, and the food is delicious.
The food was same menus every evening lots of stews if they can improve the menu and make it warmer
That you could only go to the rooftop if you had booked a restaurant while we were staying there

The quality does not match the price, and it does not make you want to come back at all.
Restaurants Food, water park was the worse experience due to the number of people inside the park and most of them not a hotel resident - the issue was because of the offer of buy one get one free on the park tickets -which we didn’t expect as a hotel visitors- my children didn’t enjoy our stay at all, hours of waiting to ride a game and some parts of the park were closed, we left upset.
The next day at checkout, we asked if we could request a refund for dinner, and the lady replied that we couldn’t because they have implemented stricter restrictions 😂. I know it was our fault, but they could have let us in for 15 minutes, especially since we had a small child with us and there were still people at dinner 🙂.

Two dishes in two restaurants we found it was a little pricey but the food was amazing anyways; nothing to say about quality: it was delicious wherever we went: we visited Nobu, the Gordon Ramsay, we tried pizza from the bowling area and went to ling ling, but the most amazing experience and food we had was in En Fuego.
Experience at Saffron restaurant- also is terrible ! ok ,it’s an open buffet ,but sorry ,when I asked to bring a bottle of water and waiting it for 20 mins and after reminding to the waiter he brings it and just puts on the table without pouring it - guys !!!! it is NOT 5*!!!!!!
I was prepared for an expensive experience but AED 235 per person for a buffet dinner, AED 155 for a single breakfast and AED 99 for all you can eat pizza (where we were only really offered 2 types of pizza!) Was way more that I ever thought it could possibly be!

Location: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm1,110 relevant reviews
The Palm Jumeirah location is repeatedly praised for its striking views, private beach, aquarium, Aquaventure water park, and family-friendly activities. However, the resort feels isolated, often requiring taxis, with high prices and limited nearby venues. Guests also reported crowding, facility closures, muddy or restricted beach areas, construction, helicopters, and late-night traffic noise.

With a 2.5 year old, there aren't many options in bad weather, of course there's an aquarium and many things to keep you occupied for a few minutes, but the playhouse is for kids aged 4 and up, or there's a babysitter for 15,000 HUF per hour :(
Location, far from the downtown (30 min taxi drive) or the old town, may be not perfect for tourists wanting to see this places, but I believe that most people who choose this hotel are aware of it.
The best thing is that there is unlimited access to the water park and especially that there is early entry at 8:30 in the morning while everyone else can enter at 9:45.

This hotel is truly spectacular and it sits on a perfect location at the end of the palm jumaira with its own private man made beach and ocean like water.
The overall experience was greatly appreciated by the entire family, from our little girls to my wife, who enjoyed all the comforts, starting from the quality of the sheets.
I wish it could be closer to some attractions that you could walk to there not much around you have to travel by bus to get to places.

All these rooms have a view of the entrance of the building, so... cars and buses all the time, engines running and beeping during every reverse maneuver...
The Palm is also a bit far from other attractions in Dubai and the airport, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your stay.
The only downside is how far it is from downtown so keep in mind the amount of money you will spend using uber or careem.

You can spend days in the hotel without going out - there are many shops, restaurants, and many things to do in the hotel itself.
The beach is terrible; it's a designated area for swimming, but when entering the water, there are rocks and rubble, which can cause cuts.
The only downside is the lack of a REAL sea; swimming on the palm tree beach is nice, but it feels like a pool.

The location is very strange, there's a feeling that you're swimming in an industrial area where a monorail runs and there's construction nearby
The size of hotel is big which means more people but didn’t have problems getting food or sun beds around the pool
Very busy helicopter traffic in the Hotel or very close to Hotel especially in the morning which makes sunbathing not fully comfortable.

The beach has stones, compressed sand like concrete, and the water is very cold all year round because it is stagnant.
At night, there are screams and shouts from the nearby Russian nightclub, non-stop shouting into the microphone from people singing karaoke.
Proximity of the water park which could be easily reached by foot or using the transport provided by the hotel.

Location and good place for kids as many things to do such as family pool, water park, kids zone, aquarium..
The park is just vast, and you need to know how to navigate it and take transportation between areas
You could only access the kids' club once a day and it is a bit far from the center.

The location is fine, but during rush hour it is very busy to get to or from the Palm.
We struggled to find places to eat, and apart from the last day, we couldn't eat at the hotel.
The hotel is ideally situated — major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation are all within easy reach.

The hotel's location was also perfect for my needs, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The place is very beautiful for entertainment, to change the atmosphere, and to break the routine. It's unbelievable how many visitors there are. Everything is available: water games, pools, some stores from global brands, luxurious restaurants, and you can play with dolphins and beach games like football and volleyball.
There is so much to do at the Atlantis and the new Nakheel mall is literally a stones throw away, which is great as there are the major brands available there, so you don't have to travel too far to have the get the mall experience.

The place is generally good, but there are some negatives, such as the pool depth being about 1 meter, the internet being very bad, and the bathrooms in the rooms having very slow drainage, especially on the first day we arrived at the hotel.
Everything is beautiful, organized, clean, and very wonderful for families. One or two days are not enough; more than three days so that one can get bored of it. It's really amazing, like I am on a Hawaiian island because of its beauty.
Security assuming I’m tourist for stopping me and my parents at the stairs to go back to my room from the Aquarium, even with clear said , we are going to the hotel lobby , He direct us to the outside parking area.

Pool: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm1,091 relevant reviews
Free access to the huge Aquaventure waterpark and aquarium is a major family draw, with varied attractions. However, repeated reports mention pools and slides closed for maintenance, sometimes the main pool or most pools, causing crowding and long queues. Guests also note limited shade, late opening, cold or dirty water, and early closures.

At the poolside, when asking the staff to help with the umbrella, some will help move the umbrella to a shaded spot, while others insist that the umbrella should not be moved and prefer to change their position themselves if they don't want to get sunburned.
Even in the water park, I noticed that some people were shivering from the chilly weather, and I thought it would be nice if they had some kind of heating system, like a warm water pool.
The water in the aquaventure specifically in the kids slides the water was salty and smelled weird this is my third stay and this is the first time I have this feeling

As a guest you can use the water park as part of your stay (daily if you wished), and this is great for families with kids and water park lovers.
This time the main pool was under repair, and the sea had already turned into soup, so we had to swim in the Family Pool, which is mediocre.
The swimming pool is wonderful, the beach is great, full of facilities no need to go out for a couple of days for both kids and adults.

I paid double the price just for food, two pictures, and a cabana reservation for a day until entering the games, which should have been free
One of the most beautiful hotels where you can spend long hours by the pool and the sea, enjoying the atmosphere of the hotel itself.
There is a huge water park, an oceanarium, a family pool equipped with volleyball nets, a play area, and other attractions on the premises.

No separate pool present (seems to be in the middle of building work) or access to the royal pool for imperial club members.
Everything, staff, service , location, options of food, pool, beach , water park … the list goes on and on and on
General additional costs, such as for the minibar, at the pool or in the water park are very expensive and small portions.

Beautiful and many pools and a water park nearby, whose entrance ticket to the games was included in the room price.
The beach and the pool were amazing — you could truly feel the care, even when they offered you sunscreen.
Michael around the pool area with the ice lollies and cleaning the sun glasses with a huge smile made u.

The water park is fun and large, but it's best to visit during moderate temperatures to enjoy the whole day
Basic amenities missing: No drinking water is provided around the pool – something we’ve never encountered in Dubai before.
The Water park is great for the kids, they can go in and out as much as they like.

The pool was amazing and one of my favorite activities was in-pool aerobic exercise with happy patrick & madhuri.
My son was playing away from us in the Aquaventure and left to swimming pool without his mobile.
They have around 8 lifeguards on the front pool which is insane, I've never seen anything like this.

The water slides are beautiful, there are many lifeguards with a high sense of safety, especially for children.
At the pool, no offer of fresh water while in other 5-star hotels this is the standard!
5 out of the 13 nights someone defecated in the pool meaning everyone had to get out.

The kids loved the family pool because they could always engage in ball games with other kids.
The water park is really great and since it is open exclusively for hotel guests every morning from 09:00 to 09:30, one can quickly rush over for a few quick slides without waiting in line with one of the hotel buggies and then, when it gets busy, return to the pool to relax for the rest of the day.
In addition to the pool, it was completely safe; they did not allow my 6-year-old daughter to enter without a life jacket. She went to the pool without me, and the pool staff did not allow her to do so. The pool was spacious and had a suitable depth for all age groups.

In the water park, there is also a person almost every meter, and at the slides, and at every pool as well, so densely that they can see each other and they are ready to jump in to help someone in the water whenever needed.
You can enter the water park at 9:00 AM. You can enjoy it without queues until 11:00, then go to the sea. Starting from 11:00, the queues are long - it doesn't make sense to be in the water park without VIP access.
I felt that the beach opened way too late in the day, as I love to get out and watch the sunrise and when it finally gets cool enough to be out between 4p-9p, and watch the sunset the beach is closed.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm861 relevant reviews
The most repeated issue is very slow, crowded check-in and check-out, often taking 30–120 minutes and attributed to understaffing or a slow system. Some rooms were not ready until 4–5 PM. Guests also reported delayed deposits and luggage, while individual staff sometimes provided helpful upgrades, early check-in, or clear assistance.

We paid for an online floor upgrade that we didn't receive (we were on the 5th floor and remained on the 5th, I asked at least to give us two rooms with a pool view, the guy was very vague, he definitely didn't want to disappoint us, but he didn't accommodate us) rooms were ready very late, I think we got one around 4:30 PM and the cherry on top, the luggage arrived in the room really late which made the early afternoon a bit useless.
Checking in experience was the worse ever in my life for an expensive hotel I have had to wait in line to check in standing for long time instead they should have seated us and call us to check in ours turn rather than standing all the time plus the lobby was so loud so crowded and noisy.
When we called the hotel back to say what happened they mentioned they checked the cameras and agreed they took to long but told us nothing they can do we must re-book the tickets and find a place to stay, must say not helpful and couldn’t care at all.

During check-out it was a bit faster (just 15 minutes, what’s also surprising for 5-stars hotel..), and I mentioned it to the lady at the reception desk; but she just quickly replied “we have a briefing now” and didn’t let me get my feedback.
The room cards were deactivated before twelve o'clock, which is the check-out time, and I had to reactivate them at the reception, but it took almost half an hour. Therefore, it is better to activate that feature after twelve and not before.
On my checkout although I had half board in my package, I saw a charge in the bill from wavehouse restaurant, and when I asked about it, they removed, otherwise I would have paid it and never had a refund.

It also took a while for us to get our room key after arrival and our luggage was in the holding area which meant we were waiting for a little while before being able to use the pools.
Given the cost of this stay I expect to be able to check in at 3pm and have both rooms ready, in our case we gave them an additional hour and they are still not ready.
He then didn't let us know when the room was ready - when we went up at 3, the next chap was great and said sorry, your room was ready, here you are so sorry etc.

In the replies to the letters, they shamelessly state that they only took the payment for the room from the card, whereas upon check-in at Atlantis, a deposit of 500 dirhams per day was required.
'Franco' at Check in desks was fantastic and helped with us so much with his very wide range of knowledge of the services and things to do with the hotel and outside info also.
But I have to call back Priceline / booking.com to change the room at pay more for upgrade and the price online was different what I have to pay actually $300.00 more !

No one came to clean my room until the evening the next day which and I requested specifically for my room to be cleaned as soon I stepped out in the morning.
Check-in was confusing, and practically no further information was provided, no folder indicating what is where and how to find the restaurants and which services are included and which are not.
In the end, I was forced to buy very expensive tickets, 500 km from my city (Varna), to travel 7 hours by car, so I could use our prepaid stay!

I described the problem, but it did not help, so we had to split our group - I went to the experience and rest of my family finished the check-in.
We did the imperial club and there was no support from the person who checked us in, the check-in at the imperial club is very slow and poorly organized
...despite requesting an early check in and arriving at 2:40pm I was told to wait until 3pm and even then I had to go to the front desk.

At this price, there must be simpler and more trustworthy options so that one doesn't scatter their data and credit card information across multiple websites! It seems unreliable.
I had requested a late check-out due to personal reasons, but my request was refused without offering any flexibility or alternatives — even for an extra charge.
At the time of checkin they allotted me 8th floor which i refused to accept as 8th floor is not the high floor in 22 floor building.

People have their on schedule to leave so they plan on checkout time n then they need to wait for 30-45 min only for checking out.
And finally we received the keys- when we came to the room- the key didn't work- so I have to go back and change the key.
On the way to breakfast, I stopped by the reception to clarify this, how many times do I have to pay for a reservation with them?

When asked if breakfast for two could be converted into dinner for one, the only response was, 'These are two different packages, it’s not possible.'
The person who checks you in tries to sell you an additional breakfast plan, lounge, and private beach, which is totally different from what they offer. We were deceived into taking it, and when we complained, this person retaliated and gave us a horrible room. We spent 2 hours making complaints until the manager finally helped with our request for a full refund of the money paid for the stay, and now we are waiting for the refund of the so-called plan mentioned, which can take up to 15 days. In conclusion, be careful about paying anything in advance until you verify.
The only thing we didn't like is that every time you walk around the hotel, every time you go to take the elevator, security asks if you are staying at the hotel. I understand that it's normal for security reasons, but they should provide some identification or something to show you are a guest, or close the hotel only for clients and not visitors, and then that wouldn't happen. But it’s just a suggestion; everything else was divine.

We waited and waited in the room for both the 2nd room and our luggage....after 6 calls and 2 hours later, we were told the 2nd room is now ready...and our luggage was there all along.. (because of this, we couldnt go swimming or to the beach, and it being past 5.30pm was now too late so wasted a day due to incompetence) - This left a bad taste in our mouths and general overall experience.
There are many staff members at the reception, but some are chatting or walking around, and I had to wait for them to check us in even though we arrived after 3:00 PM and there were three free staff members at the reception, but two were standing and talking, and one was wandering back and forth, and when I asked her to check us in, she initially didn't understand and was looking at her phone.
The service messed up our plans we were a big family trip with 4 rooms and we took a long time to check in to get it right and still they didn’t give us what we requested and made us wait a long long time to change our room and we ended up in a different floor from the rest of the family to get the room we asked for from the start.

Transport: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm142 relevant reviews
Free buggy and shuttle services to Aquaventure, the beach, Atlantis Royal, and the aquarium are convenient, especially with children, but waits can be long in the heat. The resort is remote, requiring taxis, Uber, or monorail for most outings; traffic and costly or pressured transfers are recurring concerns. Pre-arrival communication and luggage or car retrieval can also be slow.

Unfortunately, one of the taxi drivers cheated us because it starts at 12.5 AED from in front of the hotel, and at the end of the ride, he billed us more than what was on the meter, but the loss wasn't significant so we let it go, however, we have to keep an eye on this as well, it’s necessary to ask him to reset the meter at the start of the ride, if he doesn’t like it, you have to get out and get into another taxi!
Despite the fact that we asked the staff, we got a taxi which was unofficial, the driver did not wanted to accept payment by card, did not turn on the taximeter and at the airport he wanted to cheat us for a much higher amount for this distance and the taximeter magically turned on at the end of the trip with the amount he wanted to get.
We spent waiting for our car to come from the valley around 40 minutes the card number that were scanned it mentioned error for the valley guy he said the one who give us the card didn’t add the car details so we gave him the details and they kept searching on the garage.

Transportation from the water city to the hotel is difficult; the car can be delayed, and the weather is hot, and sometimes you have kids with you. I wish they would provide special cars for the hotel guests and not for everyone.
Along with the booking, I sent a request to the hotel about a transfer. I received a response to the request only after checking in, and the response was that I should order at least 48 hours in advance.
Also the traffic to come out and in of the hotel is insane ! It took us 45 min just to come out of the hotel to reach the exit of the palm on a Saturday night.

4. The taxis waiting outside the hotel often do not want to accept card payments, and in the morning they don’t even turn on the meter. (I WOULD LIKE TO EMPHASIZE THAT THESE ARE NOT HOTEL CARS)
It would have been better to have some written information in the room about things like transport options to the shopping malls (eg free buses or light rail, frequency of travel, where to get them, etc).
We used train from airport then switched to trem then monorail..I only wish admin could be improved as we had to carry bags from monorail to reception lobby which is a bit of a distance.

It was impossible for us to find a solution to leave the hotel (no cars or vans available from the hotel, taxis did not come, nor did Uber because the hotel was too far away).
This shows unorganized and not professional at all we were late for around 40 minutes and the car was not included to the hotel system !!! How come ! This is a huge responsibility.
When booking a jet ski tour, we were not told that you actually need to take a 20 min boat transfer each way to get to the place where you can drive the Jetski.

If you want to go shopping the closest place is Nakheel Mall which you need to either book a cab or get the tram to get there which will cost 15aed per person return.
Ask the security guards to check everyones room cards near the lift section or not to ask any one. To cherrypick and ask to some feels insulting and infuriating.
We booked a sunrise dolphin experience at 8am and the buggies weren’t operating that early and we took a long time to arrive at the dolphin park.

In contrast to the on-site experience at the hotel where everything generally runs like clockwork, the pre arrival services were pretty terrible to be honest.
I want to take a regular taxi but this crew came up to me and really pressured us to take the limousine taxi.
The hotel is not far from the dubai mall (less than 60 AED with the taxi in front of the hotel).

Would have been amazing if the hotel reached out before we arrived to see if we needed an airport transfer.
There was a new guy working in the back of the hotel so perhaps this is a training issue.
If you want to go to the city center, there is no shuttle and it's very expensive by taxi.

Then they ask for £80 to drop a airpod case 15km as left behind. While a taxi charges £10.
On departure it took 45 minutes for luggage to be collected, which meant we missed our aquarium tour.
It's not close to the city center but it's not far by taxi and taxis are not expensive.

Taxis that pick up at the hotel offer different prices for the same locations, a matter of luck.
Since it is ext to Aquaventure... it was easy for travelling the shuttles given in the property.
The transfer from the beach to the park is super convenient and free, the best.

Traffic sometimes heavy - good to plan to move around outside of peak hours.
Taxis are readily available and very honest— price is what the meter says.
We were not fetched from the airport, due to poor communication and coordination.

Spa: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm47 relevant reviews
Spa access is frequently excluded from the stay and can be expensive, particularly for sauna, jacuzzi, or hammam use; facilities receive mixed reviews, with some calling them spacious and excellent and others finding them small or disappointing. Treatments and massages are often praised, while service, pricing discrepancies, and an unresolved refund are reported.

As for the 'free water park,' my husband and I took a swim with dolphins; we weren't allowed to take our phone to take pictures, they took pictures themselves - swimming is just one word, it’s simply where the dolphin swims somewhere, and you try to see it underwater with a mask.
The only thing that was unexpected is that the use of the spa area (hammam, pool) is not included in the stay, and we had to pay extra for that, but the packages only came with a massage as we understood, so it didn't quite suit us.
Very disappointed as they said using the sauna has a 280 dirham charge which is so disappointing for a five stars hotel not to have a sauna.

And cost is too high plus you can't enjoy the spa with your husband it is divided to women and man section from what they explained
I booked and paid for 4 spa visits, then canceled them with one day's notice, unfortunately I have not received a refund to this day.
I didn’t like the fact that in order to access the Jacuzi area, you had to book a massage session prior to accessing that area!

- In the spa, I was sold a very expensive mask without being told that it was not included in the expensive package.
However, they told me that since I wasn’t staying in a suite, I couldn’t access the spa unless I paid an extra fee.
If there is one thing that could make our next visit even better, it would be having free access to the sauna.

You can go to the show and then take a picture with a dolphin for 55 dirhams, which is much more budget-friendly.
I visited the spa to check out the facilities, but they refused to show me around, saying it might disturb other guests.
Also a mention to Bijeta in the Spa who provided me with potentially the best facial and massage ive ever had!

I was sitting in the waiting room seriously considering cancelling the entire appointment because I didn't feel wanted at the place.
Spa facilities like sauna and jacuzzi are not included in the hotel booking, you have to pay to use them
I had a solid 4 hours to go to the spa, relax by the pool or whatever, absolutely stress free.

In reality, you will be standing in a puddle up to your knees and just petting the poor animal.
The spa center is simply subpar, small, and very uncomfortable, you expect significantly more from the level of Atlantis.
A tip for those who love pampering and relaxation: don't miss the spa experience and its services, it's excellent...

It was easily accessible in my previous visits without any conditions as long as your staying in the hotel.
In an attempt to solve the issue, we were offered a spa experience for free and one hotel dinner.
After waiting for 15 minutes they came to tell them that they couldn’t reach the front desk to verify!.

I also booked A Dinner at Ossiano and a couple message at your SPA , everything was great
Also, the jacuzzi in the spa was closed (on the women's side) which, again, was a big disappointment.
And when all 3 receptionists were done fussing over ONE customer, one then came reluctantly to serve me.

They were terribly overexposed and unattractive. This is considering that swimming with dolphins cost $300 per person.
Staff all very friendly and my son liked using the steam room, plunge pool and jacuzzi.
The Spa area is disappointing given the level of luxury throughout the rest of the property.

Booked me for a wrong treatment, which I pointed out but was dismissed with jargon.
I never stayed in a hotel charges guests for sauna use before
Including sauna access would make the experience even more perfect.

Gym: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm33 relevant reviews
The gym receives mixed feedback: some guests praise its modern, extensive equipment, views, staff, and aqua aerobics, while others find it small, crowded, and lacking equipment. It closes at 9 PM rather than operating 24/7; sauna, steam-room, and spa access may cost extra, and guests under 18 may be refused entry.

Had an absolute blast at aqua aerobics today with the main man happy Patrick, the energy was electric and would recommend everyone staying at the Atlantis or visiting to try out an aqua aerobic session was great fun and inviting.
Our 14 year old son, a athlete who is determined to uphold his athletic abilities and fitness during the holidays were denied access to the gym 6am due to his age.
We didn’t like that we didn’t have our children and grand children with us because there was so much for kids to do that was all included in your hotel price.

A gym with a very small changing room, no shower/sauna (you have to pay extra to go to the spa) and it is open until 9 PM.
Access to the fitness center, sauna, and steam room required additional charges, which was disappointing for a luxury resort of this level.
Too bad we didn’t managed to try their gym as part of our complimentary so can’t say much about it.

The gym is a bit small for such a large hotel, but even there the service level is excellent.
The sauna, which is even available in every gym, charging extra at such a luxury hotel is unacceptable.
Awaken Gym : A spacious Gym with all the modern equipment and great views and facilities

Fitness centre, spa area, hotel itself, beach and the added waterpark + activities were all wonderful!
It was very disappointing that such a luxury hotel would make such small calculations...
Really good class, a good workout whilst being fun at the same time :)

Gym facilities could also be a bit bigger for the size of the hotel.
Ou an yes... they have a FANCY GYM with a huge variety of choices.
This disappointed us due to the fact that full adult fee's were charged.

Just a small note: the gym was not available for those under 18.
The gym was great, new machines, so much equipment, lemon water provided.
Aqua Aerobics with Happy Patrick today at the Atlantis, The Palm.

The fitness studio closes at 9:00 PM! (European time 6:00 PM).
The gym was decently equipped and could support proper workouts.
Include shower and sauna when visiting the gym.

Very fun and active :) very great exercise!
The gym and all its staff deserve praise.
The kids' club was really, really, really amazing

Best equipped gym we have been to.
The gym which is not open 24/7
Aqua aerobics with Patrick was amazing.

Gym is small and very crowded.
The gym closes at 9:00 PM.
Not enough equipment even dumbbells.

Parking: What guests say
View Atlantis, The Palm21 relevant reviews
Free valet parking is widely praised as professional and convenient, with some guests calling it a highlight. However, the service can be very busy, crowded, and slow, with waits of 20–30 minutes. Cars may sit in the sun, self-parking is unavailable, and isolated reports mention a scratch and a near-flat tire.

The valet parking is terrible 😞, the take 20-30 min to bring your car , and you have to wait in the hot weather you and your family until they bring your car
The professionalism of accepting at least 9 cars at a time by the respected team and handling their luggage with no mistakes is a real hats off to them.
Valet parking - my car had scratch unfortunately it was noticed only when I reached back home in abudhabi on following day morning.

The hotel offers a professional parking service, where staff take care of parking the car for guests.
Only negative I can think of is that they don’t have underground or shaded parking.
I absolutely loved the car parking, valet service of the best things they have had.

The parking service should be quicker in delivering the vehicle to the guest.
The valet parking service is free and contributes greatly to the experience.
You can't park your own car, which is good and bad,

They even parked my car in Valet parking for free
The valet almost gave my car a flat tyre
The car sits in the sun/heat all day.

Waiting for the valet car parking outside.
It should be done from reception hall.
The valet service is often very busy.

The parking area always crowded.
