The room itself was a luxury miracle, followed by the view of the beach, the incredible comfort and luxury on the beach where dedicated staff take care of all our wishes, even keeping our sunglasses clean

The decor and ambiance of the buffet restaurant does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.

There is no activities for the kids via indoor unlike other family hotels /resorts where they have arcade games inside the hotel, billiards, dart, air hockey, foosball etc.

The overall experience did not feel very personalised or 5 star or special, rather very standardized.

The staff were genuinely incredible—attentive, friendly, and always happy to help.

On one occasion, our room was not cleaned at all. We returned around 6 PM to find it still untouched.

All staff were friendly and professional when you could get a hold of them.

Unfortunately, the AC was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep comfortably due to the heat.

we had to request our room to be changed due to the sewage water smell coming from a sewage treatment station located next to the hotel.

The room was enormous, the balcony stunning, the Aesop products luxurious, and the breakfast excellent.

In 3 nights the housekeeping team came once.

Great location for relaxing, not so great if you plan to explore Dubai - it’s a long way around the Palm and about 20-25 minutes to get off it.

The construction site next door is active, including on Saturdays.

Every morning at 07:30, including weekends, gardeners using leaf blowers wake you up.

The beach was clean and the view was beautiful.

More concerning was the cleanliness of the restaurant area, as we observed cockroaches passing under nearby tables on two separate occasions while guests were dining.

The half-board experience was very disappointing.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavour.

High-level in-house restaurants, but I really want to thank Chef Carmine of the "Social" restaurant for the excellent dishes and the Hilton atmosphere that can be felt in his restaurant, which makes it a good excuse to return.

The buffet was quite limited, poorly organized and long queue for everything.

Breakfast was particularly frustrating: Although there were free tables outside, we were not offered a place to sit. After multiple inquiries, we were finally allowed to sit at a table that was dirty. Only after another reminder was it roughly cleaned.

The breakfast selection was exceptional, with plenty of fresh, high-quality options, and every dish we tried exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was also very disappointing and all plates and some food had a fishing bad smell made us nauseous while eating.

It is definitely necessary to address the wifi coverage in the hotel, as the signal often dropped in the common areas of the hotel or on the hotel beach.

one area that could be improved is the late opening hours of the swimming pool and beach facilities.

The kids' club is large, varied, and excellent for children

Hotel is well maintained, but is starting to need a renovation. Carpets in common areas are a bit old and dusty. Wallpapers are old, lighting in corridors are dated and not nice.

We always were at the Adults Only Pool because it was so calm there and you really could relax!

The service at the pool was incredibly pampering, including free bottled water in a bucket with ice, something that helped cool us down with lemon slush that felt funny and indulgent!!!

the swimming pools closes at 8 which is too early.

very annoying that the pool attendants reserve sunbeds for people by leaving magazines on the beds and try and tell you that people have been down and put them on there, and gone to breakfast, complete lies as I've seen them place them and reserve for same people everyday, then the people don't turn up till 11/12 to sit on them.

we waited 2 hours to get our room (we eventually checked in at 6.30pm).

I did not like the check-in at all .. I was delayed for three hours despite arriving at 7 PM

The checkout was a hassle. One manager had approved that we check out at 2pm but another one came at 12 and she sounded like she was chasing us away we had to finish packing outside

Room was ready when we checked in very early which was much appreciated

The spa is one of the best I have experienced—quiet, spacious, and relaxing.

Spa prices are exorbitant

i tried to order spa facilities- but SPA staff didn't answer my calls and even didn't react for what's up messages for the phone they provided themselves

We would've loved to just have a normal couple's massage but even though the facility for it exists, this was sadly not possible.

It also has free bus shuttle services to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Atlantis the Palm, which makes it easier to get around the city a bit.

Very! Very far from the center and entertainment, with traffic it takes about 40 minutes to get there.

The other so-called taxis are very rude, and your fare from the center to the hotel can amount to 450 dirhams.
