You all made this stay very special, despite us feeling a little sad at the end of our holiday and after saying goodbye to our son who is off to work and travel in Australia for a year. The perfect end to a lovely holiday. I hope we get to come back.
As this is a Thai-owned hotel, I expected a level of service and hospitality that reflects the well-known Thai standards. However, this experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the quality and reputation associated with the Dusit brand.
We are used to this hotel when it was under Ramada Plaza and this is a continuation and we love this hotel as it preserved the same level of quality.

The only downside of this luxury hotel is the lack of a “do not disturb/please clean” sign for the hotel room door.
Excellent stay, looks forward to getting back to hotel in the evening after a day out in the hot weather.
I've always like this hotel. Even under new owners, the service and quality has not dropped.

That said, it was good enough value for the price that I’d come back.
We enjoyed so much that we are now planning our next stay here.
Need to improve on certains things, but otherwise the stay is okay.

Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory, and my stay was pleasant.
A hotel review saying it is not good value for money
Quiet to have afew snacks and drinks through the day.

Lovely stay! Can't wait to be back next time!
If we book through hotel website very very cheap.
I truly enjoyed my stay at Princess Dusit!

A beautiful hotel with an extensive breakfast
Over rated - did not meet expectations
Great stay at Dusit Princess Hotel Melaka!

Value for money in an excellent location.
I'm sorry, but I am completely baffled.
Good Hotel in a Good Location

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Melaka.
And I felt safe and happy
We have no criticism whatsoever.

Will definitely stay there again.
Happy stay n great holiday
A very good stay

Perfect awesome stay. Recommended!
Love everything about it
Will definitely comeback.

My second stay here and i arrived quite late at the night. But when i entered my room it already felt off. The room does not smell pleasant as it was from before. There's a subtle cigarette smell and some 'kepam' smell. When i was about to lie down, figured it was the pillows. All had the 'kepam' smell. Tried to push myself to just let it go cuz i was too tired but the smell peeked into my dream! Haha!
During my stay, I encountered serious issues with the bathroom facilities in both rooms that I booked. Each time we took a shower, the entire bathroom floor became flooded, even though there was a glass separator installed. Water continued to leak and seep into the rest of the bathroom area, making it very inconvenient and unsafe.
#1113 The room was pleasantly spacious, but unfortunately it faced the main road, and the windows were not well insulated. On the first night, street races took place until 2:00 a.m.; it was impossible to sleep. At the same time, you could hear the loose manhole cover xxxx times, day and night.

When i opened my door to received the new pillows, a smack of cigarette smell hit my face. I figured maybe the workers were the one smoking. So I slept through the night with the warmth of the cigarrete perfume even though i requested for a non-smoking room.
There was a “pillow service” with 6 options, but strangely enough, none of them were available. Unfortunately, I left the hotel with neck pain because of the mediocre pillow. In addition, it was not possible to watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV, which was a great shame.
Housekeeping for the room could have been better. For such a new hotel the toilet should have been clean more thoroughly. Edges of the tiles especially the shower area are stained and it makes it look like the hotel has been around for many years.

I wouldn't say that this is something that I don't like.. it is more of something that needs to be checked. We stayed in room 1003, 1004, and room 1005. The Qiblat pointer in room 1003 was pointing in a different direction.
Single-glazed windows; ask for a sea-facing room, because on the other side we were woken up at 6:30 a.m. by a very noisy Zumba class. We therefore asked to change rooms to the other side, facing the sea. Much quieter.
Had a problem with the hot water in the room, they sorted it but a couple of days later water was cold again in the morning, I wonder if turning off master switch in room turns off the water heater?

The room seemed clean at first glance, but it quickly became apparent from the baby’s clothing that the carpet was very dirty. Our baby’s knees and socks were black after crawling around for a few minutes.
I cut my toe in the bathroom pretty badly . The level of tiles in the bathroom is lower than in the hallway . I smacked my toe there.
The property is within walking distance of the market, shops, and restaurants. The hotel staff are very cooperative and go the extra mile to assist guests.

I am so grateful to the hotel reception that upgraded us to a bigger and better corner room with fantastic how water shower!!!!
Last, I would to propose upgrade the room with as Nespresso coffee maker with be a plus for 5star hotel.
The refurbished rooms are pretty large compared to other 5 star hotel in Melaka ( if there is any).

Love it from the moment i enter the room. Very strong water pressure in the bath room.
And this time i couldnt enjoy the view because the window’s tinted has become blurred.
We were impressed when we got to our room on the space and view.

Placed us in a handicap type room as not worth as we paid.
My room was spacious, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a powerful shower.
Visible spots of dried blood/stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom. Unsightly.

Bathroom a little dirty but decent. Window was smudged with finger prints.
The pillow is too soft, please provide firmer pillows as choice.
Could use a change on the pillows seemed a little uncomfortable

Room was clean and comfortable. Fresh clean sheets and towels.
Good size of newly renovated room and very comfortable bed.
Received a new toilet seat, thank you very much!

And good beds, as well as the pillows.
The room is spacious, newly refurbished, and clean.
Spacious room with clean and quality bedsheet.

Service staff were good and friendly but when we sat down to eat at 730 am, the place was quiet but no staff asked us what we wanted to drink.. we had to self serve . I just felt that since the staff were ‘free’ during off peak , they could have asked for our drink order rather than standing around. Just feedback.
The best thing about staying here is the staff. Ashleigh at the front desk was sharp, quick, and polite. Cassandra in F&B is always ready to assist and very knowledgeable. On December 4th, a gentleman who was handling the F&B closing even paid for my coffee (thank you, and I’m sorry I couldn’t catch your name).
I still had not received a reply from the hotel the following day, so I called the hotel directly to ask about it. The person in charge said they would reply that day; however, it has now been the third day and I still have not received a response from the hotel;

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Every day, the staff greeted us warmly and politely, which made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. It's clear that the team values guest experience, and this consistent kindness made our visit extra special. I truly appreciate their professionalism and friendliness.
From the doorman to the executive chef, the commercial director, the F&B manager, the restaurant host or the life guard at the pool they have been an example of what a warm, caring and intelligent hotel staff is all about.
The manager was extra sweet to stop by and greet us everytime we went down to Zest. He would also engage in some chit chat with the kids. The staff at the breakfast place was also very kind in general.

At night, I went downstairs to ask the bartender for water. I was willing to pay for it, but he told me there were no bottles and that I should go out to the street to find some.
The staff was great! From the manager, to the ones manning the reception counter, the concierge, the doormen, the f&b staff, the ones taking care of the pool and the ones cleaning our room, they were all superb!
The staff was friendly and helpful. Calm and pleasant when I raised the question of me having to pay S$20 more for the room for the special parking spot and higher internet speed.

I had a wonderful experience at Dusit Princess. From the very first step into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone was professional, kind, and well-trained.
A special thank you goes to Mr. Hafiz and Mr. Shah for arranging a lovely surprise birthday celebration for my husband and daughter.
Despite being very busy due to the holiday period, the staff made a great effort to look after the guests.

We complained to the chef during breakfast. He then told the staff to make us some fresh squeezed juice.
Just one person, very slow, making one egg at a time for hundreds of people who eat eggs.
The staff explained that I had booked at a flexible rate which I did not understand.

After asking a second time and waiting, I was finally informed that they didn't have any.
* The security guard on duty in the early morning 5.30am on 26th Oct 2025.
The hotel staff are very cooperative and go the extra mile to assist guests.

(they served us coffee & tea while waiting by the way! really thoughtful)
Overstaffed and too much redundent staff just walking around and talking .
Was greeted with unfriendly concierge staff upon arrival and server at breakfast.

Luckily En Sham came to the rescue and save the day.
Both the door man and the counter communicated 2 different things.
Definitely has improved the service since my last stay in February.

With staff, every single one, offering warm 6 star service.
Staff were exceptional everyone from doorman, barmen, reception and housekeeping.
Truly the staff are all so friendly and supportive.

Staff were very welcoming especially the coffee house staff.
Staff generally very pleasant, polite and soft spoken.
Staff was efficient and was very accommodating

#1113 The room was pleasantly spacious, but unfortunately it faced the main road, and the windows were not well insulated. On the first night, street races took place until 2:00 a.m.; it was impossible to sleep. At the same time, you could hear the loose manhole cover xxxx times, day and night.
Excellent location ,very close to canal and to the old town. There is plenty of choice to get food. Around the corner , every evening, there is a queue to the noodles stand. We didn't try it, but seeing the queue every evening suggests that maybe we should have.
It is a little far from Chinatown and Dutch Square, but you can walk there or travel back and forth by Grab. There are also many restaurants nearby. The Malacca River is close too.

+ Location is close to Jonkers and a short ride on Grab should cost no more than RM10. Great if like me you'd prefer to stay away from the forever jam Jonkers area.
The immediate surroundings are not very interesting, but the hotel is approx 15 min walk to the Dutch square (doable, though it feels much longer because of the heat)
Packed coffeeshops with queues during breakfast and lunch hours but they tend to shut by late afternoon so no real supper options close by other than a mamak.

If you do not want to walk along the street then the Melaka river is close by with a walkway that will take you to the centre
Good location on the inland side of Melaka very close to little India and a short walk to Jonkhua street or the museums in the centre.
The location isn't bad, although it's about a 15–20-minute walk from Jonker Street, and with the heat and humidity, the journey feels a bit tiring.

A literal 1 minute walk out of the lobby and to the right will have you face to face with some wonderful local food options.
It has a good location. About a 15-minute walk from the city center, and just a few minutes by Grab for very little money.
Good location abt 10-15mins walk to jonker. just beside hotel there are famous street food like evening char kuey tiow, longkang si hum street.

Location is excellent - a little away from the vibes of Jonker but we enjoyed the free/complimentary shuttle to Jonker and a shopping mall.
We also liked the location: you can walk along the river into the city center without staying right in the middle of the crowds.
The morning prayer (perhaps it also depends on the location of the room) is a little disturbing for those who are light sleepers

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the central area, with restaurants, shops, activities, and shopping malls are nearby!
Location is very good. Infact there is a cafe right opposite this hotel if you want a bite.
The location was perfect it was easy to go see all the things we wanted from here.

Location is good as it is in town. There are 2 kopitiams located nearby within walking distance.
The location is highly strategic, offering convenient access to all the areas I planned to visit.
The hotel is easy walking distance to China Town, Jonker Street and the historic centre.

Near to the main Jonker street for easy access to food and shopping
Location was within walking distance to most tourist areas and food
Plenty of eating options just meters away from the hotel.

Very short distance walk to The Shore and surrounding eateries.
Location is right at the heart of everything.
The location was ideal to many attractions

Hop and skip to the heritage area
In the middle of the city
If I'm back in Melaka

During breakfast, there was a wait, which was not a problem up to that point. The people ahead of me were seated in the breakfast room after less than 10 minutes, but when it was my turn, they called me after 2 minutes and seated me on a covered terrace behind the kitchens—a VERY unpleasant, ugly place, far from the buffet... There were 8 free tables in there.
Noticed this round the breakfast buffet is not as good as previous. It's not the choices but more of the quality. The salad leaves was limited and don't look fresh. Same goes with the rest of the food quality and taste. The roti canai was salty and not fluffy.
At our 2nd inquiry, they said we had already called for our room but no one came to look for us even though we were sitting out in the open & it seems someone else had taken our table instead.

Breakfast was bad as fresh squeezed juice wasn’t available. Congee was not hot enough and the quality wasn’t good at all. When we picked up some clean bowls for our congees, all the bottoms of the bowls were wet.
Breakfast buffet options and quality is good, but if you are in one of the food capitals of Malaysia, there are plenty of much better options available within walking distance outside of the hotel.
I think they need a better system for breakfast! The breakfast buffet is really really famous here to the point the whole lobby would be filled with guests waiting for a table.

Breakfast is our favourite meal of the day. Food was ‘okay’. Indian variety was quite ‘poor’. The dal or curry very diluted and not appealing. We loved the teh Tarik option ..
He also made some congees for us from the kitchen but again, the congee wasn’t hot and rich and thick enough. The congee was still in lumps, it wasn’t stirred enough.
Breakfast was also a "wow" experience with a huge variety of food. From nasi lemak and Western dishes to noodles, porridge, and pancakes—you name it, they served it!

Breakfast was a highlight for me, with a buffet offering good-quality dishes, including an egg station, a soup station, fresh fruit, various cooked options, and solid coffee.
In terms of the breakfast buffet- staff tending cooking stations need to view guests positively and not as nuisances to be tolerated, ignored or grudgingly served.
Breakfast options can be improved. It's not bad, they have very nice toast like the local kopitiam style but a little more options would be great.

The breakfast was superb — a great variety, fresh, well-presented, and absolutely delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay and definitely exceeded expectations.
The breakfast was superb — a great variety, fresh, well-presented, and absolutely delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay and definitely exceeded expectations.
Breakfast is an absolute perfect. I like all the food stations & the crew were very fast in cleaning up once the guests finished eating breakfast.

The breakfast is very simple and not much variety. The breakfast has been repeated the same for my staying for 2 concutive nights.
I the coffee of buffet breakfast and other breakfast choices such as mix fruit juice and cold plate (smoke salmon, duck and chicken.)
The lack of staff attending at breakfast, coffee machines broke down and no one to take care of the juicing station.....

Except encountered the breakfast is really no worth as just a eating all curb, very sorry to see the
There was an incident where one of the food was boiling over and the staff didn't notice.
The breakfast had a huge variety of well-prepared fresh dishes which were tasty and well presented.

But breakfast have to improve on the food. Certain are not warm and hot.
E.g Hard roti kirai, hard hash brown, chocolate sauce also leftover and hard, tea was cold.
The breakfast buffet are awesome as always except for teh tarik.

Variety breakfast but need improve the site of egg's section.
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good selection.
Breakfast not worth the price l paid for it

The breakfast served was not up to standard.
Breakfast is great but lack of varieties.
Absolutely amazing breakfast!! Really impressive selection.

Although the exterior and hardware have been renovated by the new operators, it is still apparent that this is an old hotel with a new facade, as the bathroom sink clogs very easily and the toilet button needs to be held down for several seconds to flush completely. When brushing my teeth, because the water runs for some time, I could clearly see the water level gradually rising due to poor drainage, resulting in standing water that was quite disgusting; I had to wait 20–30 seconds for it to drain completely. The toilet is flushed by pressing a button on the wall, but the button must be held down continuously for more than five seconds to flush effectively; otherwise, it does not flush cleanly.
2) Limited TV channels. It will be good to have Netflix or Prime. If not, at least have a screen mirror option for guest to connect to their own device to watch their favourite shows/movies.
The staffs didnt not communicate clearly on the laundry operating hours and promised us that we would be able to get our laundry 4 hours after sending them in.

The refreshment at the “club” at Level 24 is very limited. No scotch whisky provided eg Macallan 12 years, etc. should provided a better grade of red wine.
Tv channel variety could also be better. Or at the very least allow guests to access their own subscriptions (netflix, prime, disney, etc) on the tv.
Wasting my time after exhausted from the long drive, i need to go down to the receptionist just to either ask a question or request something.

It will be nice if the hotel can be more kids friendly and if they can provide kids club will be a plus point.
The club lounge need to be improved, maybe provide a little bit more on snacks (outside the cocktail hours)not everyone will drink alcohol.
And had to wait approximately 45 minutes for our bags to be delivered to our room, which was not a great start.

On our final day, the toilet became clogged, which was very inconvenient and not something one would expect during a hotel stay.
Having stayed in many other hotels in the same category I find the executive services esp the executive lounge here exceptionally good.
The club lounge on the 24th floor has good finger food and drinks with a good view of the town.

As compensation for the inconvenience, we were also given access to the Club Lounge for cocktails and bar snacks.
The access card was a bit off this time.need to touch few times to get access in elevator.
1. TV not functioning on Saturday and Sunday though we were told of the service provider's issues.

The hotel entrance is fantastic. A lovely jasmine scent greets you, and it is pleasantly cool.
And at one time i cannot get access at all and needed to reset two times.
There was complimentary water in glass bottles in the room, which I thought was very good!

As Dusit continues to transform the building, the room refurbishment is still a work in progress.
The service was lovely, and the bar is quite nice, but maybe stick to beer.
Eventhough its a quite old building, but the new makeover after rebranding was superb!

And the cleanliness of the hotel stood out in a very positive light.
Everything still ok, just that the hotel never provide moisturizer
And there is wifi provided free of charge.

Lobby should have seats near glass door entrance.
The lounge was great to sit in.
Was told there were no fans-

The hotel had been refurbished
Old hotel but recently renovated.
Hotel is very new

The pool area was fantastic, but unfortunately the water was far too cold and it was too windy. However, it was great for relaxing on the comfortable loungers with parasols. The slides and children’s pool were ideal.
Pool was small but sufficient for laps (if you really needed to swim laps). They have a pool play area sectioned off, so it’s safe for families with young kids.
The pool is very large, spotless, clean, in good condition, and, above all, empty. We were the only ones swimming around 4:00 p.m., after a long day of sightseeing.

Although the weather was hot during my stay, it was also very windy, so I was worried about catching a cold and didn't use the pool,
It was also indicated that you could order a burger and eat it by the pool, but this turned out not to be possible at all.
The swimming pool.was going through some issue with the water where apparently there was lacked of certain chemical supply causing the water to be greenish murky.

The pool was huge and great for swimming. There were hardly ever any people there, so we almost always had it to ourselves.
+ The POOL was huge (old hotel design) with plenty of deck chairs. Changing room was clean. Pool towel was new and clean.
Pool is nice too. One end of the pool is rather deep, and kudos to the staff watching out for younger kids.

Pool is only open until 7 PM, so no evening swims for those that just arrive or prefer to avoid the sun.
The swimming pool was wonderful, lovely and clean, fresh towels and a good size and depth to the pool.
The new swimming pool is good and probably the only one with a deep end at 2.7 m depth.

The swimming pool is also kid-friendly. However, if they are very small, you need to bring a float.
We liked the pool. Kids loved the slide and enjoyed the deep side of the pool too.
Not being able to have a drink on the large terrace where the pool was located.

The pool is huge and we had it to ourselves for a lot of the time.
Nothing. Unfortunately, the pool was on maintenance the whole duration we were there. That’s a bummer.
The hotel pool was great better than most hotel pools. Deep enough to enjoy swimming.

The pool, gym and steam room were in perfect conditions and very big and clean.
Which is also great coz its a deep swimming pool around 2m or so.
The swimming pool closes at 7.00pm. Wish they could extend the time till 9.00pm.

The swimming pool is really big and not many people when I went there.
Nice roof top swimming pool with many sun beds and areas of shadow
Pool is great for the kids with 2 slides to keep them occupied.

The pool is large, and lifeguards are present at all times.
The pool is the best, enjoyed almost 2 hours swimming.
Swimming pool was one of the best I’ve seen.

The pool but without the steaming kids
Excellent pool area with same stunning views.
The swimming pool is stunning.

Room service got my order wrong on the third day. I was really looking forward for the beef burger which I ordered two days in a row prior. Was served chicken burger instead but got it for free so no complains here. Personally the beef burger was the best i ever had in a while, especially when you are starving after spending hours in the pool
Food: Superb! I really enjoyed my dinner; the food was delicious. They provided me with a complimentary fruit platter since it took some time to prepare the dishes due to a long queue of a la carte orders. The manager even came over to apologize for the wait, but surprisingly, it did not take that long at all—we did not mind it either!
The only one comment I have is that I had a mixed experience at the ground floor hotel restaurant. I ordered off their menu in the restaurant twice: the first time the food was excellent, the second time it was just "meh". To be fair I ordered an Indian lamb dish and I think they don't serve that very often.

The staff (6-7 of them) brought to her with a birthday song and wish!! Shah, one of the staff sang beautifully in soprano tone!! It made our day!! He prepared a special ice-kacang for her!! Thank you to all the staff at ZEST deli and cafe!
If kids had access to some fries and there were beers available, would definitely have spent more time there ... but perhaps there's not enough demand for that and most folks tend to head out and walk about.
5. Dinner, the semi buffet is very nice and excellent strategy. We can order the semi buffet ( quit many menu) and ala carte which we can choose from menu. Only for RM58 /adult

The Zest restaurant served a fabulous ala cart dinner. The beef satay was out of this world, marinated with aromatic spices & herbs. Liza was extremely knowledgeable & helpful with her suggestions.
The cook did not go the extra mile in fulfilling my request for the ingredients of onions and chilli in the omelette but instead pointed to the ingredients that were available.
That wouldn't be applicable to everyone, but I wouldn't recommend getting cocktails in the hotel bar. We ordered whiskysour, but it didn't taste of any whisky, and definitely, it wasn't sour.

We have some vouchers daily (thanks to booking.com) and we spent time in the cafe for night tea and pastries which is relaxing and nice.
The small restaurant credit included with my room wasn't proactively explained at check-in, and I only learned more about it after inquiring.
There were four of us, and everyone received their food one after another ... as a result, we each ate separately.

And in terms of service quality, it does not live up to a 5-star hotel, especially in the dining room.
The small portion justifies its price (RM118), but you can definitely get much better value for money elsewhere.
The bar was often understaffed, necessitating a search for someone to take orders or to settle the bill.

One evening, we bought a pastry and asked for a candle as it was my daughter's birthday.
Using the voucher I had best tomyum soup, mushroom soup and satay at the restaurant for dinner.
The restaurant is okay with good service, but the food and selection could still be improved.

Best burger I've ever had, I don't normally eat burgers because they're not that good.
The 50 ringgit per day to be used at the hotel restaurant or pool bar
In addition, we booked through Booking.com and were entitled to an RM50 daily meal voucher.

I also saw the chefs on the floor personally checking and monitoring the food.
Also came with rm50 credits per day which we used for drinks at lounge
As well as the foods (exclude the local varieties i.e, nasi lemak, fried noodle).

We waited an hour and a half for our order in the restaurant.
I ordered a steak for room service and it was underwhelming.
The zest coffee house staffs very good and excellent.

The in room dining was of great quality.
The evening canapes and wine were highlights
And has the best Chinese restaurant.

As the ramp going up to the 3rd Floor was just too tight and narrow. This was despite calls from me and having sent a message to the hotel in advance. They were clueless when I arrived. The hotel needs to think of an alternative parking for big cars or drivers having issues navigating tight corners and steep ramps.
The so called valet service at rm35 was an absolute rip off. They charge me for them to drive to the opposite side of the street. And when I was leaving I had to go and pick it up myself. Better park inside the hotel. FOC for guest
The ramp going up to the car park is too narrow especially you have a big and long wheel based car. What make thing worse is the high concrete center divider at the ramp. The hotel should consider remove the center concrete divider.

If you have a big car - i recommend not parking upstairs as the hotel doesn’t have a valet and even though parking at the hotel building is validated - going up the parking is not worth it
This isn't really a fault but just want give a heads up about the carpark ramp... it is rather narrow especially if you drive a wide car such as certain sedans and 4WD.
As this is an old building that had been very well refurbished, there's nothing they can do about the ramp. Strange thing is, going up feels more challenging but going down seems easier.

However, the hotel staff replied that there was no provision of a special parking spot and higher internet speed as they provide complimentary parking for residents of the hotel
The Parking - while there is parking the process is inefficient and cumbersome. Hotel needs to sort this out as this is not efficient.
Nothing actually except the parking ramp which was very narrow and navigating the bend is not a for a less than average driver.

Free parking: we left the hotel and went for a walk, then picked up the car in the evening at no extra charge.
For example, the new parking system , I was given 3 different interpretations on how to endorse my free parking fee.
What was offered on booking.com for the room that I booked that was S$20.00 more for special parking spot

Parking is free of charge with no bureaucracy—simply park and leave, with no need for validation or anything else.
There are roadside parkings and a private open parking just in front of the hotel, worst case scenario.
Butt there is a parking right infront of the hotel - open parking space which is more convenient

The parking system are awesome, no need to bring out card to get it verified.
Parking was easy within the building, sheltered and with security so nothing to worry about.
Parking ramp as mentioned by some people, is a bit tight.

Free parking also without need to use any card or ticket.
I don’t like the narrow, circular drive to the parking floor.
However, the hotel staff said that complimentary parking

And the car park area a bit narrow.
Whole carpark including ramp must be renovated
Hotel carpark near to lobby, easy accessible.

Parking ramp is so so narrow
Car park is ample and free.
Parking is included in the price.

And reserved parking.
Free parking
The parking,

But an early check in gonna cost me another RM500++ full price and need to checkout at 12pm same day if i want to (as per check with front desk around 2am while i was still on the road, physically and mentally exhausted).
I was only staying for one night and during check out, I did report to front desk that plaster ceiling in the toilet was chipping from above the wash basin and falling on the towels and my toiletries.
We particularly appreciated that it was possible to postpone the trip, which we were forced to do due to flight cancellations, without incurring additional costs, even though the postponement fell during the Chinese New Year period.

Starting from check-in—kudos to Mr. Jeyaprakash (I still remember your name) because you were so welcoming and explained everything in great detail regarding the room, breakfast, and advice on the extra bed.
When checking out, I forgot to take my dirty clothes with me and left them in the room. I only realized it after I got home, so I immediately emailed the hotel.
My arrival a bit early than expected as i travel all the way from 1 hotel to another hotel but different state, cost my time and drain my energy.

They allowed us to check out at 1 p.m., which meant we could return to the room to shower after another visit to the city.
The biggest joke is that if you check in on your own, it's cheaper then trying to get a room to attend the wedding reception.
Upon check-in, we found out that the pool would be closed for maintenance for a few days, which we found very disappointing.

The small restaurant credit included with my room wasn't proactively explained at check-in, and I only learned more about it after inquiring.
We had to wait for an hour or so for one of our rooms which is after the check-in time.
Slow service upon arrival at 10.30am when there’s no crowd though of course room not available which we can understand.

And we only found out upon check-out — by then, it was too late to make use of it.
As stated in your guest registry system, i made my booking via booking.com for 10th until 12th June 2025.
But i take my chances since its nearly 5am, i just proceed to check in pay in full.

Check in and housekeeping can be quicker. Rooms were not ready when we arrive at 5 pm.
& when the time was up we checked twice to see if our table was ready.
The staff at the hotel are friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and quick check-in process.

Reception staff need to be more efficient and provide more information during check in.
Its quite high price to pay for an early check in and its unacceptable.
The whole package from check in till check out it was excellent.

We came back at 4pm to discover still unable to check-in.
I was exhausted on 10th and ask for early check in.
Check out time so strict with 12pm. No flexibility for customers.

At times, the wait at the reception was a bit long.
Each time we had to wait in line at reception
Check in and check out process were smooth.

We checked in quite late, around 7pm
Need improvements at recep check in
It was 4am on 10th.

The gym probably the best I've ever seen in a hotel, it is a proper gym with also a fitness studio.
The gym is pretty good with large space , fairly equipped with weights and machines, and the high ceiling is nice.
I was delighted by this property. Spacious and clean rooms, modern throughout, excellent gym, good service.

The pool, gym and steam room were in perfect conditions and very big and clean.
The gym have a pull up rack so thats another win.
But you can work that off in the extensive fitness room.

The gym with the air conditioning set to 19 degrees!! 🥶
And also a gym with a couple of treadmills.
Loved the variety of equipment in the gym!

And the large well equipped gym.
Gym is huge and clean
We used the gym

And gym was good.
Good gym
Spacious gym

Top-notch gym

Would be great if there are shuttle service to and from Melaka's iconic locations. With more frequent trips expecially during evenings.
Some times at the weekend they close the road to the Center and traffic can get very busy near the hotel.
The staff arranged for us to swim at another hotel and also arranged transportation to and from that hotel.

However staff offered to send us via car to a pool at a nearby hotel instead
But if walking isn't your thing, call a rideshare such as Grab for about RM6.
Additionally, Grab transportation was readily available, making it even more convenient to get around.

The shuttle van to Jonker street was very convenient on Friday night.
Website booking totally disappointed. Book directly or before booking check hotel price
Website price more ($ 60 extra) money exchange difference is more .

Hotel can extend the benefits of shuttle service to bus stop
Which is better than the drive if there is congestion.
Grab cost only about RM10 for the ride back.

However, its only available on weekends!
But nothing a taxi can’t solve.
And higher internet speed.

The pool, gym and steam room were in perfect conditions and very big and clean.
But I was glad that I could use the sauna instead!
Has a sauna.
