The property incorporates Hyakudan Kaidan, the preserved Hundred-Step Staircase, the only original wooden structure remaining within the hotel and a Tangible Cultural Property of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Thousands of Japanese artworks and crafts are integrated throughout the complex, whose decorative corridors, ceremonial interiors and historic spaces have led to its description as a museum hotel.

The hotel has 60 guestrooms, with every accommodation measuring at least 80 square metres; suites exceed 100 square metres.

Every guestroom includes both a steam sauna and a whirlpool bath.

The property contains approximately 5,700 square metres of meeting and event space across 23 function and meeting rooms ranging from 62 to 838 square metres.

The property developed from a traditional Japanese restaurant and became known for Japanese and Beijing cuisine, weddings and banquets.

Its identity centres on aristocratic miyabi aesthetics, traditional Japanese craftsmanship, ceremonial spaces and hospitality traditions.

The hotel is located in Shimomeguro, near the Meguro River cherry blossom corridor, temples, local museums and residential neighbourhoods.

The property offers a spa, massage services, a steam room and a fitness centre.
