Suite with Two Double Beds at Raffles Singapore

A National Monument first opened in 1887 and closely associated with Singapore’s colonial-era hotel heritage.

The hotel has 115 suites and no standard-room category, with nine suite types introduced or reworked after restoration.

A restoration beginning in February 2017 culminated in the hotel’s 2019 reopening, preserving its late-19th-century identity.

The property retains a white-painted colonial façade, broad verandas, courtyards and internal circulation spaces rather than a tower layout.

The restoration was led by Aedas, with interiors by Alexandra Champalimaud, lighting by Tino Kwan and restoration input from Studio Lapis.

The portfolio includes 1887 by André, Butcher’s Block, 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, Tiffin Room, Raffles Courtyard, Writers Bar and the Long Bar.

1887 by André is associated with André, while 藝 yì by Jereme Leung is led by the named chef Jereme Leung.

Butcher’s Block is centred on wood-fire cooking within the hotel’s heritage dining collection.

The property has a Raffles Spa, a fully equipped fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.
