        The pool is very nice, the breakfast was truly incredibly extensive, and it has everything you would expect based on the photos.
        Fabulous hotel in Singapore, friendly staff, great views, amazing rooms and bathrooms.
        An overall excellent experience, very smart design for the hotel, brand new furnishings and great rooms sizes with an excellent location.
        Be careful if you’re a World of Hyatt member and expect Hyatt standards.

        Every single member of staff we met was warm, smiling, caring and genuinely attentive.
        The staff was able to extend their help and offered alternative solutions when their resources could not meet my requests.
        The phone operators were unhelpful and often came across as arrogant when I called, and on one occasion my call was not returned.
        Upon my arrival, bell boys didn't help unload my luggage and I need to carry it up on level 25th for check in myself.

        Location is the standout advantage: the hotel has direct, sheltered access to Bugis MRT, making citywide travel easy and the airport reachable by train. Kampong Glam, Haji Lane, Little India, shopping malls, hawker centres, cafés, and restaurants are walkable. Some guests found it slightly outside traditional tourist areas or initially hard to navigate.

        The location - right on top of the Bugis interchange - go anywhere you want with MRT without leaving the hotel building.
        The best part was the location with the hotel elevator being connected directly to the MRT - something truly appreciated as we didn’t need to go into the Singaporean heat to get to most places!
        Want to walk? Right nearby (5 minutes) is Kampong Glam and Little India.
        From the airport, it’s probably 35-40 minute travel time with one exchange.

        The hotel has great facilities, with a gym, pool and a communal lounge that provides fruit, snacks, tea, coffee and water for all guests.
        The infinity pool with a great view over the city was an added bonus.
        The only thing may be the 2 sets of elevator that we need to go through in order to reach our room from the main entrance and vice versa.
        The rooftop bar, Mr Stork, was also a great spot to hang out with colleagues at the end of the day.

        The breakfast buffet was exceptional with 3 separate buffet selections.
        Their breakfast buffet was one of the top 5 that we ever experienced, with cook to order eggs, a european style bread selection, and a great fresh fruit selection, along with several other ethnic specific items ( including baked beans for the Brits).
        Breakfast was another letdown – no à la carte options, no fresh juice, and no effort to accommodate us with something extra.
        That breakfast costs 40 euros per night/per guest extra - that's just completely exaggerated, 20-25 euros would be appropriate.

        At peak times for check in and check out there were limited staff which meant there were long queue times.
        The check-in procedure is a bit confusing. There are three open counters in that area. Their staff is around, but I think they also recommend self-check-in, so when we got to the 25th floor, we didn't know where to queue up and what to do.
        Check in was quick and easy and although we arrived mid morning our room was ready which was great and meant we could get some sleep after our long journey from the UK.
        After checking out and paying all my bills, the hotel kept over $500 reserved on my credit card for more than one month.

        For anyone who doesn't know there is direct access to the Bugis MRT station via the hotel lift down to the B3 level which made it super convenient whenever setting out via the MRT.
        The hotel is directly connected to the blue line and green line of the subway at B3, making it convenient to get to the airport and other attractions.
        The only catch is finding the way from the subway to the hotel.
        Hotel description mentions airport shuttle however service is no longer available.
