      Pangpond was incredibly kind and attentive, and even went above and beyond to help us secure a reservation at one of Bangkok’s busy restaurants.
      The team took the time to understand my dietary preferences and prepared a beautiful special dish for me with no oil and no butter, including grilled beef and high-protein options.
      So I contacted the whatever/whenever service to cancel the turndown service. 45 minutes later someone knocked on the door and housekeeping asked me if I wanted turndown service!?!?. I had the don’t disturb lights on also, not a big deal just unprofessional.

      Really incredible hotel, amazing architectural, beautiful views and centrally located.
      This one, which I did not know, is exceptional both for the welcome, the modern and beautiful rooms, and the very comfortable bedding.
      What about the breakfast buffet, which is excellent with a wide variety and great freshness? Note that the fruit juices are fresh and homemade.
      A comfortable and stylish stay with excellent facilities, though the dining experience could be improved.

      The bathroom can only be separated from the room by a curtain, and the toilet has a transparent glass door, so privacy is practically nonexistent.
      Hotel Room was noisy from trains screeching on BTS and felt like a converted office rather than luxury hotel plus room wasn’t cleaned until 6pm on 2 occasions until we complained.

      The buffet at The Kitchen Table may honestly ruin every future hotel stay for us — in the very best way. It’s not just large; it’s beautifully curated, with stations representing flavors from around the world. Every item was fresh, flavorful, and presented with care.
      Breakfast was excellent, with a very large buffet offering a wide selection of both local Thai dishes and international options.
      Previously a highlight, the buffet now feels more average compared to other 5-star properties. There are noticeable reductions in selection—most notably, the memorable sweet burnt coconuts are no longer included and have been moved to a paid lunch offering.
      Breakfast order got forgotten one day, eggs took almost 15 minutes the other day - we had finished our breads by then already.

      Paii continues to be one of our favorite restaurants of all time.
      The food was fantastic! Absolutely loved the tenderness of the meat and the rich, flavourful green curry.
      I ordered pad thai with lobster—the lobster was disappointingly chewy, inedible really.
      Sat there for a 20 minutes before and on came to the table. They then proceeded to leave a menus and left again for 15-10 minutes. They finally came took the menus and told us kitchen was closed.

      From check-in to departure, Benz was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.
      Our stay went off to a bad start, as the hotel couldn't find our reservation.
      The worse part was the receptionist: the lady was very rude, tried to charge my card way more than what I had to pay, and didn’t greet me as an old-time customer.
      Our flight was delayed to midnight, we requested to check out at 4:00 PM and our request was denied.

      it’s a bit uncomfortable having female staff wander into the men’s spa rooms/changing facilities on frequent occasions.

      The hotel also offers a top-notch airport pickup service at a reasonable price, which adds comfort and convenience.
      It was always easy to get a Grab/taxi directly to/from the hotel (other locations in Bangkok can sometimes be gridlocked with traffic).
      As the hotel is right next to the freeway there is a lot of traffic so getting taxis can be an issue at times.
