              Staff: What guests say

              89 relevant reviews

Guests most often praise the staff’s warmth, professionalism, attentiveness, and quick response to requests, with repeated recognition for Fawad and the concierge, front desk, and housekeeping teams. Several mention spotless rooms and friendly service across the hotel. A serious exception is a report of a rude front-desk employee named Yum and an alleged assault outside the hotel.

              See the evidence
Fawad went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even made sure that I got my favourite fruit each day, even if it was not on the buffet!
Whenever I needed something, I just had to call, and they arranged it quickly and easily.
The housekeepers were amazing always smiling and always came back to a spotless room. They always gave us what we needed as soon as we asked and never limited us.
Yum kept calling our room and then when outside of the hotel he sucker punched my friend giving him a scar.

              Overall: What guests say

              55 relevant reviews

Reviews mostly describe a relaxing, clean hotel with welcoming staff, good food, a private beach and pool, and appealing views; many guests praise its value and say they would return. All-inclusive is a draw, though guests disliked signing for drinks and being unable to use it at the rooftop bar. A few reviews report poor cleanliness or a stressful stay and say it falls short of five-star standards.

              See the evidence
The food was excellent and the location with a pool directly on a private beach.
One of the only ones offering all inclusive including alcoholic drinks.
Also, the roof top bar space is incredible but disappointing that you can’t use all inclusive for drinks up there.
The hotel is very old and not cleaned.

              Rooms: What guests say

              59 relevant reviews

Room cleanliness and daily housekeeping were repeatedly praised, as were comfortable beds, plentiful toiletries and striking sea, Palm Jumeirah, or landmark views. Some guests found rooms small, bathrooms awkward, or amenities outdated; others reported construction noise, maintenance problems, and occasional serious cleaning lapses. Room privacy and view accuracy also varied.

              See the evidence
The rooms were spotless, the views were stunning, and the atmosphere was so relaxing.
From shampoo conditioner/ showergel Shower caps/loofas/earbuds/nailfile/mouthwash/body lotion/razer/toothbrush/ paste/sewing kit/ alll provided and your not restricted to just one a day .
only downfall is the size if the room my daughter had to sleep on a guest bed we paid full price for a guest bed so was not happy about that as we had 11nights there you need a proper bed
Our room was right next to the construction site, the work starts at 7 am in the morning and at times was loud.

              Restaurant: What guests say

              27 relevant reviews

Restaurant feedback is mostly positive, with guests praising fresh, flavorful food, plentiful variety across meals, themed dining, and attentive chefs who accommodate dietary needs and preferences. Dining is primarily buffet-style; some guests found dishes repetitive, while others reported cold, bland or lukewarm food and limited Asian choices. Cocktails and pool-bar snacks also receive praise.

              See the evidence
the food has been the real star for us, everything at breakfast lunch and dinner has been fresh, plentiful and utterly delicious, those chefs work so hard, everything was perfect.
Chef Amora prepared fresh, personalised dishes that weren’t even on the menu to accommodate my husband’s meal preferences.
Although there is only really a buffet service available, the food was varied and of a high standard.
Again, we arrived within 30 minutes of the restaurant opening but a lot of the food was almost stale, lukewarm and flavourless.

              Facilities: What guests say

              22 relevant reviews

Guests often praised the hotel’s cleanliness, pool and beach areas, private beach access, and views; the infinity pool and rooftop bar were also highlights. However, some felt facilities were limited for a resort, with little entertainment or child-friendly play, and reported poorly maintained poolside seating, slow plate clearing, towel shortages, and uncomfortable beach loungers.

              See the evidence
the hotel itself is phenomenal, the location is beautiful, everywhere was spotless, the beach and pool areas were gorgeous.
Great views across the palm from the pool and sunbeds on the beach.
There is no entertainment as expected for a resort.
Areas around the pool weren't as well maintained - lots of chairs with bird poo, plates not cleaned swiftly, running out of towels at 1030am.

              Location: What guests say

              29 relevant reviews

The Palm location, beach access, and views of the Palm and Dubai skyline are frequent highlights; the boardwalk is a short walk away, and Atlantis is about 20 minutes on foot. However, nearby construction is a recurring major drawback, with early-morning noise, obstructed views, and occasional burning smells. The Palm is also less convenient for reaching other parts of Dubai.

              See the evidence
For 5 days of the 7 that we were there, building work started right next to and behind the hotel at 7.15am. It was very clearly audible from our room and woke me up despite me being a deep sleeper.
I paid for a deluxe double with sea views and balcony—I could not use this as it overlooked the building sites to the front and side.
Also, it's within 2 mins walking distance from the boardwalk, a great spot to view the Dubai skyline.
If you want to stay on the Palm only then stay here but its not convenient to all that Dubai has to offer and the Dubai traffic can make it expensive to get around from that location.

              Breakfast: What guests say

              29 relevant reviews

Breakfast is repeatedly praised for its extensive variety, fresh options, and good quality, including local and international dishes; guests also mention excellent coffee and freshly prepared eggs. One guest wanted more low-fat choices, while another reported crows eating breakfast and questioned cleanliness.

              See the evidence
The breakfast buffet was excellent — with a great variety of delicious and fresh options, from local dishes to international choices.
While breakfasts were fantastic, particularly the gentleman making fresh eggs.
Good selection of food (only ask was to have more low fat options at breakfast).

              Pool: What guests say

              18 relevant reviews

Guests repeatedly praised the clean, attractive pool and private beach, often describing both as beautiful and enjoyable. Sunbeds drew sharply mixed feedback: some found plenty available, while others considered them very poor quality. The pool was described as small to medium-sized; poolside service could be slow, and a DJ sometimes made the area lively.

              See the evidence
Pool and beach were phenomenal and can’t wait to come back!
Sun loungers were always available - no reserving at 7am going on!

Late checkout was reportedly unavailable without paying for half a day. Other serious complaints involved a booking cancelled shortly before arrival and an extra day charged despite an earlier checkout.
