Andaz Singapore is repeatedly praised for comfortable, clean, well-designed rooms, attentive staff, strong location, city views, and excellent amenities. Guests highlight the extensive breakfast, rooftop bar, pool, quiet rooms, and thoughtful details. Most would return, though some Hyatt members report disappointing Globalist recognition and standards.

Stayed in many hotels in Singapore over the years, but 1st time at this 8 year old hotel, i’m a devout marriott member for 3 decades, but will share the love and stay more at hyatt properties from now and aim to become a Globalist

★ 8.0Business

We would expect some variation and creativity in a hotel of that price range to keep returning guests coming back, here we feel they are on a spree to safe some costs and have sadly reduced once loved amenities that made it outstanding before.

★ 8.0Couple

On a previous visit when I did not stay at the hotel, a tour guide took me to the 39th floor to see the view and I promised myself that one day I would come back to Singapore and stay at the Andes.

★ 10.0None

Be it on your leisure trip or business, I would strongly recommend this hotel for your stays in Singapore ... And it's by Hyatt, globally well known for its amazing safety and hospitality.

★ 10.0Business

All the littles go a long way with Andaz - from the complimentary mini bar to TWG tea selection to the eco-friendly water bottles provided.

Overall, we had a great time and would come back here should we visit Singapore again.

I paid 750 usd a night it’s worth 200 usd night max 350 because it’s Singapore.

★ 4.0Couple

Due to the price I had a higher expectations for it to be more luxurious.

★ 7.0Solo Traveller

The newly renovated Grand Hyatt offers far better rooms, service, and recognition for loyal guests.

Rooms: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

311 relevant reviews

Rooms are repeatedly described as spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable, often with impressive city or heritage views. Guests highlight large bathrooms, strong showers, Byredo toiletries, and complimentary minibar drinks. Recurring drawbacks include occasional musky or drain odors, a thin uncomfortable extra-bed mattress, bathtub drainage problems, and some unintuitive design details.

Then after returning to the room around 11pm, my wife and I started to question if this was really a 5 star hotel based on the marks on the walls, unpainted areas, stains on the couch, plenty of scuff marks on the floor and a very dull room over all with no real decor.

★ 4.0None

Apart from being spacious, I was surprised at almost every corner, from the ease of TV casting from phone, switches to open/close the curtains, the specially curated areas for powder room/ shower/ wardrobe.

★ 10.0Solo Traveller

I got the best sleep ever - above all I want a hotel room to be dark, and quiet, and that is exactly what the Andaz delivered.

★ 10.0None

Rooms are spacious and quiet, the beds are extremely comfortable, and they even offer different pillows to select from to get the perfect sleep.

★ 9.0Couple

The room was lovely and very comfortable with nice amenities, such as vanity products and slippers that said, stolen from the Andaz:)

★ 10.0Solo Traveller

The room was top quality, beautifully presented, comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard.

★ 10.0Couples

The smell went straight into the bedroom, making the stay less enjoyable, and the bathroom lock was broken too.

★ 7.0Family with Children

The second set of doors after the entry foyer helps keep hallway sounds out, which is so good.

★ 10.0None

The room has some smell, like coming from the bath. Which is like damp moisture kind of smell.

★ 10.0

We had a deluxe room with king bed and extra bed for our 16 year old son.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Or at least it would be nicer if the dots only covered part of the windows.

★ 8.0Family

The rooms are always impeccably clean, with thoughtful design and comfort that truly stands out.

★ 10.0Couples

The amenities are cheap, the room materials are cheap, the walls is not good maintenance.

★ 3.0Couple

This time we requested Interconnecting rooms which was convenient for our family of five.

★ 8.0

The room we had was spacious and had room to pack our luggages.

★ 9.0Couple

The design is extremely creative, both in its architecture and in the rooms.

★ 10.0Extended Group

We appreciated the hotel’s design, the room itself, and the overall service.

★ 10.0Couples

The amenities in the room were excellent and the cleanliness was amazing.

★ 10.0Partner

But now the 'stolen from Andaz' slipper is no longer provide.

★ 10.0None

The bedding pillows were great, it was comfortable at my home

★ 10.0Couple

The rooms were clean and the design was very cool.

★ 10.0None

Modern 5-star hotel, good view from a very well-planned room

★ 7.0Couple

Beautiful spacious room with the biggest bed I’ve ever seen!

★ 9.0Couple

Very new hotel with new, comfortable and clean room.

★ 10.0Business

Only one mirror in the entire room (the bathroom).

★ 2.0Family

After a slight mix up over beds for our children on arrival, one ended up on a rollaway and another on what they call a sofa bed (but it's really just a sheet put over the lounge - was ok for our six year old but wouldn't suit kids any older).

★ 10.0Family

When we woke up in the morning I ended up taking more pictures of the second room with a pretty bad looking floor with scratches everywhere, wall stains, and a dining table which looked like something out of a horror movie etc.

★ 4.0None

My room was very comfortable, except there wasn't a chair with a back that could be used for working at the table in the room, even though all the online pictures show one or two of these chairs in the room.

★ 8.0

The cleaning was not very thorough; upon check-in, I was told the Mini Bar was for unlimited drinks, but it wasn’t replenished after cleaning the next day. When I requested replenishment, they even asked me what I needed.

★ 8.0Family with Children

Room 1: We checked in around 7pm and then quickly left for a dinner engagement, not really taking a look closely at the room given although it was not as appealing as I thought it would be.

Location: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

258 relevant reviews

Location is the standout advantage: the hotel has direct, sheltered access to Bugis MRT, making citywide travel easy and the airport reachable by train. Kampong Glam, Haji Lane, Little India, shopping malls, hawker centres, cafés, and restaurants are walkable. Some guests found it slightly outside traditional tourist areas or initially hard to navigate.

The Andaz is not directly on top of the major attractions in Singapore like the the Marina Bay Sands area or the Merlion, but it is located at the Bugus MRT station, which makes accessing the city so easy.

★ 10.0None

The only issue is that access on foot is a bit complicated: hotel entrance on the 2nd floor from street level, then access to the lobby on the 25th floor, then a change of elevator for the rooms.

★ 10.0Couple

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk all the way to Duo Tower following the signs from Bugis MRT station, and there is an elevator to the 25th floor where the hotel lobby is located.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The best part was the location with the hotel elevator being connected directly to the MRT - something truly appreciated as we didn’t need to go into the Singaporean heat to get to most places!

★ 10.0None

There are many food courts nearby, and the MRT station connects to Bugis Junction where you can have breakfast at Ya Kun, and it is also a 5-minute walk to Haji Lane.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The location was great, linked by sheltered underpass to the MRT mass rapid transit train networks, 24 hours 7-Eleven minimart, to eateries, coffee places, Bugis Junction shopping mall, etc.

★ 10.0None

The location is excellent—within walking distance to Bugis Street and directly connected to the MRT station, which made getting around the city very convenient.

★ 10.0Couples

In fact, the hotel has a direct access to the Bugis station in the basement where the DT and EWL lines intersect.

★ 10.0Solo Traveller

The reception is located on the 25th floor, the view from the windows is just awful, there is construction all around.

★ 2.0Couple

Only some construction around the building but that is temporary and would not impact my decision about coming back there.

★ 10.0Solo Traveller

The location, views, the observatory deck , the accessibility to cabs and public transportation and food were the highlights

★ 8.0Extended Group

It was easy to take Grab, the subway, or even buses to major tourist attractions and shopping malls.

★ 10.0Couples

The hotel is very close to little India, Chinatown, Turkish town, Bugis, Chijmes, lots of shopping etc.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Just walk through can reach quite a few shopping malls nearby within 5 - 10 minutes.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Just take lift to the basement B2 or B3, then will be the MRT station.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Truly elegant hotel positioned in one of the finest locations in Singapore biz hub.

★ 10.0Business

Bugis is a great place to stay with city vibes mixed with heritage.

★ 10.0Solo Traveller

The location was awesome, many dining choices and bugis mrt is all connected.

★ 7.0Family with Children

Have to give a shout out to Singapore's fantastic public transportation system.

★ 10.0None

Very convenient, ver close to MRT and bus station and Bugis junction

★ 9.0Family with Children

You have direct access to mall and MRT via the elevator.

★ 10.0Couple

★ 10.0Family

Just the views around the hotel were worth it.

★ 10.0None

Location is terrific with MRT directly under the hotel.

★ 10.0Family with Children

Stunning view with immediate access to the subway

★ 9.0Couple

Really like this hotel which is centrally located.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The subway is located in the same complex.

★ 9.0Couple

We love the location and the Ambiente.

★ 8.0Couple

Staff: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

243 relevant reviews

Staff are most often described as friendly, helpful, professional, attentive, and proactive, with repeated praise for personalized service from reception, restaurants, bars, housekeeping, bell staff, and named employees such as Debbie, Zul, Gabie, and Letchmanan. However, some guests reported inexperienced or disorganized reception, unhelpful phone operators, inconsistent follow-up, and poor luggage assistance.

RaFani who works in the restaurant, the filo lady with blonde hair who works in the bar and refreshments area (didn't catch her name) and the lady who restocks the mini bar all added to our overall experience by going above and beyond to make our stay special and took the time to interact with our kids, which was nice as there weren't many other kids around.

★ 10.0None

One of the staff there was responsible on our transportation from the airport to the hotel and he tried in many ways to double our charge but unfortunately he couldn’t because i did record everything ( the time we met the driver ) and i showed him that but still he wanted to double charge

★ 6.0Couple

The staff were all polite and attentive in particular Vaibhav Saxena the Assistant Manager was incredibly helpful and supportive when I was unwell in the room and had to be rushed to hospital, he arranged late check out and ensured we were looked after, real credit to the company !

★ 10.0Family with Children

She basically said that there was not much she could do as no managers were there and I would have to take it up with the manager in the morning.

★ 4.0None

We only had to be out of our room for an hour or so and came back to find it all pristine and the mini bar restocked.

★ 8.0Couples

The check in staff were so kind when we arrived and worked quickly to get us to our room and help with our luggage.

★ 10.0None

On my recent trip, Bernadette Yumang at the lounge offered warm hospitality and great tea service, which made our visit extra special.

★ 10.0Couples

Just a shout out to our events manager Pei Ling and coordinator Navin for their great service and kind help.

★ 10.0None

The General Manager kindly resolved a double booking during a past stay, showing how much they value loyal guests.

Breakfast: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

143 relevant reviews

Breakfast is repeatedly praised as extensive, fresh, high-quality, and varied, spanning Asian, Western, local, international, fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order dishes. Service is often attentive, though some guests report declining variety, limited vegetarian choices, disappointing egg service, overcrowding, and a high surcharge of about €40 per person.

We booked our twin room without breakfast, which turned out to be a good decision, as there are plenty of options to grab a small breakfast in the area of the basement with access to the metro, which was completely sufficient for us for the remaining days.

★ 10.0Couple

Their breakfast buffet was one of the top 5 that we ever experienced, with cook to order eggs, a european style bread selection, and a great fresh fruit selection, along with several other ethnic specific items ( including baked beans for the Brits).

★ 8.0Couples

We hadn’t booked breakfast as we didn’t want to have to eat early, but did have a “lazy breakfast” on race day, served from midday, which was excellent (I think this is offered most weekends).

★ 8.0Couples

Lovely hot coffee downstairs in the lobby area which we could bring up to our room each morning (once we had exhausted our supply of coffee pods from the In-Room coffee machine).

★ 9.0Couple

Breakfast was also good, with the food being fresh and the staff making sure that we had drinks and keeping the table tidy during the course of breakfast.

★ 10.0Business

I declined the milk with my coffee and mentioned to the staff that I’m diabetic, yet no one followed up to check if I needed an alternative.

★ 6.0Business

I’ve never had such delicious passion fruit for breakfast and I’ve had them in Hawaii and Taiwan and Singapore had the sweetest ever.

★ 10.0None

Breakfast was a highlight, offering one of the best spreads we’ve ever experienced with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

★ 10.0Couples

Breakfast was another letdown – no à la carte options, no fresh juice, and no effort to accommodate us with something extra.

★ 4.0Couples

We did not try the Breakfast in the hotel as my wife was happy with the French place within the Hotel premises.

★ 9.0Couple

Still worth a try if you're there to relax and enjoy yourselves without having to worry about heading out early for breakfast.

★ 10.0Couple

Whether you wanted local Singaporean dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, or international options, everything was prepared at a very high level.

★ 10.0Solo Travel

Breakfast was overcrowded and a manager came around stating "just a quick one, 15 minutes until the end" without any niceties.

★ 2.0Family

I want to compliment the restaurant's service team on their efficiency and courtesy during the busiest breakfast hours.

★ 10.0Extended Group

I skipped breakfast and only ordered from in-room dining, where the options felt limited and repetitive.

★ 6.0Business

We did not include Breakfast as part of the package as it was very expensive.

Facilities: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

128 relevant reviews

Facilities are a major strength: guests repeatedly praise the infinity pool, rooftop bar and city views, modern spaces, gym, Sunroom lounge, complimentary minibar, and abundant coffee, tea and snacks. Recurring drawbacks include confusing lifts and maze-like access, occasional Wi-Fi problems, maintenance wear, humidity, and isolated concerns about pool cleanliness or temperature.

Also, another tiny small comment is that the pool loungers are directly in front of some sort of extractor fan from (what I can only assume) is the kitchen so one sort of gets the smell of French fries and burgers pumped out over them whilst laying next to the pool.

★ 9.0Couple

Shower at level 25, near swimming pool, obliged to access outside of the building under the rain, no access with bagage alowed, this space had no air condition (35 degrés), it gives the impression you are not expected to stay longuer aymt the hôtel.

★ 6.0Solo Traveller

There is also a good changing room with showers, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer, which was useful as we had to check out of our room several hours before we were due to go the airport.

★ 8.0Couples

It has a superior view and details such as a happy hour with an invitation for a drink and free coffee with something to snack on at any time of the day in a beautiful environment.

★ 10.0Extended Group

Because the card only provides access to the floor on which my room was located I wasn’t able to visit the rooms of colleagues on other floors - they had to come and get me.

★ 5.0Extended Group

There is a free snack bar just located next to the check in counter which provide some drinks such as lemonade; lemon water or coffee every day with a comfortable resting area.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The only thing may be the 2 sets of elevator that we need to go through in order to reach our room from the main entrance and vice versa.

★ 10.0Couple

The access lifts to ground floor had to be changed at lvl 25 and walk through along the cafeteria before going down to ground floor which is pretty troublesome.

★ 10.0

I specially checked with front desk that the clothes would be done by 6pm but failed to get my laundry on time so I wear causal clothing there.

★ 1.0Solo Traveller

Snacks in glass jars on the floor along the corridor, we were unsure why they are there. An odd sight to behold in a 5 star establishment.

★ 8.0Couple

The shower's temperature is very difficult to adjust, as a slight change will make it go from cold water to very hot.

★ 9.0Family with Children

I didn't get a chance to use the pool because of the weather but the other amenities were nice touches.

★ 8.0

The mini bar, the chocolates, the tote bag for pool use, the rambutans as welcome fruit platter.

★ 10.0Solo Traveller

Not only they offer cleaning services twice a day, the mini bar is free and refill daily.

★ 10.0Partner

If there are long queues then hotel guests coming in and out of lifts will find inconvenience

★ 10.0Family with Children

To get to my room it was necessary to change lifts at level 25- very inconvenient.

★ 5.0Extended Group

Nice touches include the complementary lounge area providing free coffee, tea, fruit, snacks and water.

Pool: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

101 relevant reviews

The rooftop infinity pool is a major draw, offering striking Marina Bay, skyline, and Singapore Flyer views, with some praise for cleanliness, lap swimming, nighttime opening, and a children’s pool. Recurring drawbacks include its small size, crowded conditions, too few loungers, inconvenient access through lobby areas, and dirty glass obscuring views; poolside service is inconsistent.

The pool operation is a mess, and I thought the towels were from a motel. The welcome drink at the pool was lukewarm, which is very surprising, and I have no idea when the pool was last cleaned.

★ 1.0Couple

The pool setting is great but very "middle of a city district", noisy and not very relaxing (especially with the works in the hotel, which we were notified about in advance).

★ 8.0Extended Group

The swimming pool looked awesome and unlike some other hotels it was opened at night, surrounded by the incredible night cityscape that is Singapore.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The pool is quite small, and you have to go through the reception and bar area to get to it – not ideal.

★ 9.0Couple

Swimming pool has a good view, though you have to walk pass the lobby & restaurant which is a bit inconvenient.

★ 10.0Business

The pool is another highlight—well-maintained, never too crowded, and paired with wonderful staff who make every moment feel easy and relaxed.

★ 10.0Couples

We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, which was a wonderful spot to relax and take in the views.

★ 10.0Couples

But maybe it's nice for some people to be in the cold pool after walking outside in the Singapore heat.

★ 8.0Family

There is also a pool on the 25th floor that provides the necessary relaxation after an extensive city stroll.

★ 10.0Couple

There is an infinity pool on the 25th floor of the hotel, where you can see the Ferris wheel.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The baby pool or children’s pool was also excellent, especially seeing it was away from the main pool.

★ 7.0Solo Traveller

The rooftop swimming pool on the 40th floor was a real highlight, with stunning views across Singapore.

★ 10.0Couples

I don’t like the pool area as only a few beds and doesn’t have a nice vibe.

★ 6.0Solo Traveller

By the pool, it was often quite crowded, and it was hard to find available loungers.

★ 9.0Couple

Pool could be better, infinity glass around pool dirty spoiling what would be an amazing view.

★ 8.0Couple

The common areas are sometimes very crowded (especially the pool at the end of the day).

★ 10.0Family with Children

My wife loved the infinity pool- a 25 meter pool that was great for lap swimming.

★ 8.0Couples

Going to the roof bar at night feels great with beautiful views and is very relaxing.

★ 9.0Family with Children

I have enquired about it before my stay, the staff should have set my expectations then.

★ 6.0Family with Children

I didn't go to the pool but my kids told me the water is cold.

★ 8.0Family

The 'kids pool' is just a small 'jaccuzi like tub', neglected and tucked away.

★ 6.0Family with Children

The highlight was the infinity pool, with amazing views of the bay.

★ 10.0Business

I think it is a pity that the pool is poorly maintained.

Check-in / Check-out: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

68 relevant reviews

Check-in and check-out are often described as fast, smooth, and friendly, with frequent early check-in and occasional late-checkout flexibility. However, peak periods bring long queues, unclear reception procedures, confusing elevator access, and room-readiness delays. Recurring complaints include poor departmental coordination, booking/payment errors, disabled key cards, and prolonged credit-card deposit holds.

There are pre booking issue where I am sent on a wild goose chase for the right department to book my promotional room even though I am at the front desk trying to book a room using my coupon.

★ 6.0None

The elevators are a bit of a chore to work around, as you have to go from the ground to the lobby through one elevator, then switch to go to the room floors through one of three other elevators.

★ 8.0Couple

I had also specifically requested maintenance for the air conditioning because when I check in I feel like I’m in a sauna room, but it is still not cold and the issue has not been properly resolved.

★ 2.0None

Check in was quick and easy and although we arrived mid morning our room was ready which was great and meant we could get some sleep after our long journey from the UK.

★ 8.0Couples

We were pleasantly surprised to find that we could check in at 8:45am (we had been on a cruise and they had kicked us off the ship very early) with no questions asked.

★ 9.0Couple

Slightly short when I asked for a late check out, though to be fair the hotel was fully booked the day I checked out so I suspect it was a simple no.

★ 9.0Solo Traveller

Front Desk during checkout - I paid for my stay in the morning, 3 hours before checkout but front desk disabled both my key cards and we could not enter the unit.

★ 7.0Couple

When we checked out we left our luggage to be stored at the lobby, which is located on the 25th floor, but nobody told us that pickup was on Level 2.

★ 10.0Family with Children

I was referred back to Booking.com, from where the hotel took 48hrs to get back to my request on changing dates, all while I was on site, staying at the hotel.

★ 5.0Extended Group

Moreover, during the stay, there was a problem with the room's computer system, and the key card stopped working, so I had to go to the reception to have it re-registered.

★ 4.0Extended Group

A 21-hour stay from 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM the next day costs 2 daily rates; until 6:00 PM it's 1.5. I think 1.5 until 8:00 PM would be reasonable.

★ 7.0Couple

Their staff is around, but I think they also recommend self-check-in, so when we got to the 25th floor, we didn't know where to queue up and what to do.

★ 10.0Extended Group

I especially appreciated that the hotel accommodated a late 3 PM checkout for me since my Singapore Airlines flight out of Changi was not departing until 8:45 PM.

★ 10.0Solo Travel

Initially I thought my spouse key card was faulty so he came down to level 25 (where I was waiting) and I passed him my key card.

★ 7.0Couple

When we decided to cut our stay short by a night, the reception simply acknowledged it without offering an alternative room or any form of service recovery.

★ 4.0Couples

So my spouse ended up having to go to level 32 - 3 times just to drop his laptop before we went out for breakfast.

★ 7.0Couple

It took some time to find the right place to tap the access card for entry to the room on the first day!

★ 10.0Business

I had a wonderful check-in at Andaz Singapore with Ms. Gabbie Chong, who was polite, friendly, and made me feel very welcome.

★ 10.0None

Our room was unavailable at Check-In, and even if we arrived at 4 pm, we had to wait another hour.

★ 9.0Couple

A huge thank you to Ms Fannie Liaw at check-in for being so patient, attentive, warm and friendly.

★ 10.0Family

They try to differentiate by having little check in booths but can be messy if there’s a crowd

★ 8.0Business

Other guests that came after us and started queuing was served before me and another couple.

★ 4.0None

I suspect July is a busy season so checking in can be a long process.

★ 10.0None

Front officer treated us well and they let us check into our room since noon.

★ 10.0Family with Children

Front desk refuse to take my booking and point me to an email.

★ 6.0None

Low points - check-in was a bit messy, things weren’t explained properly.

★ 10.0

The check-in process was easy and they accommodated an early check-in.

★ 10.0None

Check in was good, and staff was friendly and professional

★ 8.0Business

We did not miss the room at the end.

★ 8.0Family with Children

There must be a simple solution for that.

Restaurant: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

58 relevant reviews

Mr Stork is the standout, repeatedly praised for rooftop atmosphere, cocktails, sunset setting, and 360-degree city views. Breakfast at Alley on 25 is diverse and high quality, while 665F is often recommended. Experiences elsewhere are mixed: some find food average or overpriced, service inconsistent, desserts disappointing, and the advertised kids-eat-free menu unavailable.

The advertised 'kids eat free' deal we could not take advantage of, as the restaurant never had the advertised menu available, and always had a seafood buffet in the evening (our children don't eat seafood).

★ 6.0None

We also ate in the Alley on 25 on our first evening which was good although there are so many options for eating out in Singapore we didn’t eat here again.

★ 8.0Couples

We also spent a few evenings at Mr Storks located on the top floor of the hotel, Lovely pizzas and cocktails while sitting over looking the beautiful marina bay.

★ 10.0None

Cantonese restaurant was poor and you felt they were forcing you to drink tea so they could bring you another pot and charge for two pots - strange atmosphere.

★ 8.0Couple

Andaz Singapore boasts a variety of dining options, with the highlight being the rooftop bar, Mr. Stork, which offers 360-degree views of the city—a must-visit for sunset lovers.

★ 9.0Family with Children

Room service (whilst quite pricey, as all hotels are) was superb - the Club sandwich and fries were to die for as was the Lemon Meringue tart.

★ 9.0Couple

The nearby Albert Center might not be one of the famous hawker centers, but I had some delicious meals there and enjoyed talking with locals.

★ 8.0

The restaurant upstairs was disappointing (the one that's not the rooftop bar but the restaurant on the second to last floor, as it seems).

★ 2.0Couple

We had drinks and food at Mr Stork one evening at sunset which was a lovely setting if it hadn’t been so windy!

★ 8.0Couples

Food was very average and service staff in busier location of Alley on 25 & Mr. Stork were young and clearly lacked training.

★ 7.0Couple

The rooftop bar "Mr. Stork" is a must-visit: fantastic cocktails, and an atmosphere that makes it easy to lose track of time.

★ 10.0Family

People like the outlet manager of alley on 25 mr nicholas choong made wining and dining there a pleasure indeed.

★ 10.0None

We ate in the Steakhouse 665F one night - the food was good, but the service was a little patchy.

★ 6.0None

Took 20 minutes for our £100+ bottle of wine to arrive for example, and we had to chase it up!

★ 6.0None

The dinner especially the dessert is a miss with food that are either too sour, too sweet or too bitter.

★ 6.0None

The service was impeccable by a very friendly staff at "Alley on 25" restaurant, Joshua, you are the Best!

★ 10.0Solo Travel

Except restaurant 665 who is exceptionnel ! And service with food (Limited water in room) is not really friendly

★ 6.0Solo Traveller

The breakfast buffet at Alley on 25 is diverse, catering to different dietary preferences with high-quality, fresh ingredients.

★ 9.0Family with Children

The restaurants were consistently good and 665 on floor 39 was excellent, with great views and service.

★ 10.0Business

To conclude the evening, you can visit the chic rooftop bar with breathtaking views of the city.

★ 10.0Couple

The restaurant was overpriced for meals which we only took breakfast and one lunch by the pool.

★ 9.0Couple

Mr Stork, the rooftop bar was exceptional - one of the best bars in Singapore!

★ 10.0Couple

We had room service and tried one of the restaurants, just very average food.

★ 4.0None

The food was ok but we felt for the price could’ve been better.

★ 8.0Couples

Highly recommend Mr Stork for sunset drinks on the top floor.

★ 10.0Partner

We also loved the rooftop bar, especially in the evening.

★ 10.0Couples

Not many gluten-free options in the restaurants.

★ 9.0Group

Restaurants and especially breakfast is great.

★ 8.0Couple

Recommend their steak restaurant 665F.

★ 8.0Business

The prices are above high.

Transport: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

Direct underground access to Bugis MRT, including links to the blue and green lines, is the standout convenience for reaching attractions and the airport. However, guests repeatedly report confusing access, poor signage, and difficulty finding the hotel entrance from the station; the advertised airport shuttle is reportedly unavailable.

One of the staff there was responsible on our transportation from the airport to the hotel and he tried in many ways to double our charge but unfortunately he couldn’t because i did record everything ( the time we met the driver ) and i showed him that but still he wanted to double charge

★ 6.0Couple

For anyone who doesn't know there is direct access to the Bugis MRT station via the hotel lift down to the B3 level which made it super convenient whenever setting out via the MRT.

★ 10.0Partner

The hotel is directly connected to the blue line and green line of the subway at B3, making it convenient to get to the airport and other attractions.

★ 8.0Family with Children

I'm sure most that can afford to stay there take a taxi, but we like public transportation and it worked GREAT until the last 100 yards.

★ 10.0None

MTR is connected to this building in the basement floor which makes it so convenient to get to the tourist sites.

★ 9.0Couple

Hard to find entrance, glad we got a taxi there first. Once we knew though it was fine.

★ 10.0Family with Children

My only complaint was a need to receive better directions if taking the subway to get there.

★ 10.0None

Location seemed unknown to taxi drivers and many ended up on Level 1 instead of Level 2.

★ 9.0Solo Traveller

In addition, the hotel entrance is difficult to find for those arriving via MRT Bugis.

★ 8.0Family with Children

It shares the building with offices, so you go to the lobby only by car?

★ 6.0Solo Traveller

Train station is also just downstairs so it saves lot of time and easy access.

★ 10.0Couple

There’s also a mrt station link in the basement which is direct to the airport.

★ 10.0Family with Children

Gym: What guests say

View Andaz Singapore, By Hyatt

20 relevant reviews

The 24-hour gym is generally modern, clean, and well equipped with bikes, treadmills, dumbbells, cable machines, and high-end equipment. However, it is repeatedly described as small or pokey, becoming crowded with only a few users. One guest could not use it because booking was difficult.

The gym is good for a hotel gym with several bikes and treadmills , a reasonable dumbbell selection and some cable machines.

★ 10.0None

The gym was too hard to make a booking, so we couldn't use it during our stay.

★ 6.0

So, when there were just a few people in there it felt very crowded.

★ 10.0Family

It is on the smaller side as far as hotel gyms go.

★ 10.0Family

Gym was a little pokey but very modern and well kept.
