        Many hotels in Singapore are luxurious what is different is that Artyzen has a sense of its own style with attentive staff; superb rooms that are well furnished and a fantastic rooftop pool.
        The mix of plants, trees, green and modern concrete was exceptional.
        Lovely hotel design and staff, but mold is a problem in this hotel.
        For the price point, it’s supposed to be luxury boutique hotel and it looks like a luxurious hotel. However, there are limitations and rules which does not match the luxe quota and I don’t feel pampered as a guest.

        The room design is exceptional—spacious and beautifully reflective of Singapore’s rich heritage.
        The rooms are clean and fresh, they are cleaned every day, there is a wonderful view of the city, it is quite quiet, they provide bottled water for free, as much as you ask for.
        Terrace Suite rife with issues; no reliable hot water for shower and tv/speakers were not hooked up upon check in
        While the room is spacious, there is absolutely no drawer closet to store clothes, which is very surprising and lacks practicality.

        I did not feel welcomed by the front desk staff — there was little acknowledgment or hospitality, which set a disappointing tone for the stay.
        The staff arent yet in the groove for a 5 star but it is brand new.
        When I arrived in a cab, there was no doorman to take my luggage from the cab.

        Excellent, central location just off Orchard Road, with shops, restaurants, MRT access, Botanical Gardens, and Dempsey Hill within walking distance. Guests particularly value the quiet, green residential setting and views. The main recurring drawback is nearby construction, audible during the day and sometimes from early morning despite closed windows; some find it slightly removed from central Orchard.

        Except that, there’s a construction site right beside the hotel, even the windows are all closed, you can still hear the noise from early morning.
        the hotel is located in an upscale residential area, just off Orchard Road, convenient to shopping and transportation but protected from the bustle of the busier parts of the city.
        Good location, near many restaurants, shops and a short walk to the metro station.
        Nowhere else in Singapore will you get a view like that that looks over the botanical gardens and the greenery of the north.

        The rooftop infinity pool with an amazing view was a very pleasant spot to spend the afternoons.
        We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, and the see through Perspex floor at one end of the pool was quite the talking point.
        It is a small pool with very limited poolside area but the biggest shortcoming is the lack of shade in the afternoon.
        Only minor things - rooftop pool and bar is excellent to relax, but as such the sunbeds are limited in number so you may be waiting a while for one to free up.

        We had to wait over two hours for our room (but were invited to wait in the bar area and offered a complimentary drink).
        There was a queue to check in at 3pm with many unhappy faces at the lobby, and a lack of waiting area (everyone was cramped at a small spot).
        The check in experience wasn’t pleasant, hospitality was almost non existent.
        As an I prefer member, they can only push for late check out till 1230pm.. a mere 30mins extra??
