        The air conditioner in the bedroom was really noisy we had to turn it off at night we couldn’t sleep.
        There was a strong damp smell lingering throughout the hallways, which was quite off-putting. The room itself also had the same smell, although it improved once the air conditioning was turned on.
        The bathroom/toilet was somewhat see-through from the bedroom. Whilst this may be great for 'some' couples, it may not be great for families and or friends/colleagues travelling together.
        The room was spacious, the view with the floor to ceiling windows, the massive, comfortable bed and elegant amenities all contributed to an exceptional stay.

        When I couldn't find a taxi, they searched for one for me, and when I had no cash upon getting off the taxi, they lent me some. They helped me every day, even though my English was not very good.
        The staff ensured that the medicines were stored safely until we arranged a friend to pick it from the property.
        The day of my checkout, the team ordered my taxi at 4:45 a.m. and called my room at 4:30 to check if I needed help with the luggage.
        Had do not disturb turned on and housekeeping simply walked in - while my wife was in the shower - for a ‘wellness check’.

        Improve your air con and exhaust system... Too noisy
        No instructions on how to use water dispenser, tv and telephone. It took me a long time to figure out how to call housekeeping.

        Upon check-in, the front desk executive asked for an ID. ... Few mins later, John rang our room and said my ID was found and it was on the scanner!
        Waiting time for check in was long. I reached at 4.15pm but waited till 5pm before I was given a room. And i had already pre-registered via email sent to me.
        Felt blackmailed with the price quotes by the hotel for an early check in. Online price was 530 $, The check in staff refused to charge us anything lesser than 780 $.
        Fast check-in: the lady understood very prompt that the kids are tired and just let us go to the room - thanks a lot for this!

        Swimming pool only have 4 people and we get to have a lot of room to swin around.
        Very few sun benches by the pool.
        I and my guest got sick on New year itself while swimming in the pool on new year eve due to the extreme chlorine in pool.

        it is a little cafe downstairs and I do not recommend to take the buffet - rather buy just directly at the cafe.
