Maximum occupancy ranges from three guests in Deluxe and One-Bedroom Premier categories to six guests in Three-Bedroom units, giving the property a broad accommodation structure for couples, families and longer stays.

    My room had an amazing view over the city and was spacious and well equipped.
    The room was spacious, comfortable, and had the most stunning sunrise views every morning.
    In reality, there is almost no soundproofing. Sounds from outside the building can be heard due to their construction. They disturbed sleep at night.
    In the first room, the washing machine leaked, so we changed rooms at midnight... very unfortunate, but the second room we got also had the same problem.

    The Ascott team is entirely set up for excellent customer experience. They proactively think of many things to help organize for you.
    Pepe helped me decorate our room for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was last minute, but he got it done in just a few hours. He is the best.
    The concierge guys were very helpful but reception staff - ladies were not very helpful.
    Everything I requested in advance was completely ignored.

    Watching the sunset from the infinity pool was definitely the highlight of my trip!
    Pool is fantastic, must be +30m long and great for early morning laps before a day of exploring Bangkok.
    There were too many people constantly taking pictures in the pool and by the pool which meant we could not swim as a family, we was always full of people just taking photos for social media it seems and it felt awkward swimming as you ended up photo bombing and just didn't feel like it was family friendly or even swimmer friendly

    The check-in process was smooth and professional
    Unfortunately, they wanted to charge 100€ per room for an earlier check-in, even though there were free rooms available!
    We arrived after check in time but our room was not yet ready. After a day of travel we were not happy about having to wait for our room. The front desk quickly found an upgraded room for us so that resolved everything.
    The lobby was small, and during check-in and check-out, there was no place to sit when it was crowded with group guests.

Airport transfers were sometimes well organized, but no airport shuttle was provided for some guests. Taxi pickups can be confusing because of the rear drop-off point and inaccurate map location.
