The concierge team was outstanding—very helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever needed.

Boom, our concierge. She arrange everything we needed and told us what was acceptable to pay for taxi so we didn't get taken advantage of.

In over 10 years of travelling the world, I have never — not once — experienced what the team at The Vie did for us: they helped me surprise my girlfriend with fresh flowers and our names printed on the pillow.

The entire team radiates warmth and professionalism, but I must give a heartfelt special thanks to Khun Queen, whose welcome was as warm as it was efficient.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and modern with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking city views over Bangkok’s skyline.

The upgrade I received was nothing short of spectacular: a gorgeous 80m² room that felt more like a private apartment than a hotel room.

The deluxe suite was had for 3 adults, where an extra bed was provided, was spacious but was freezing as the aircon control don't really work when we want to increase the temperature.

Mini-bar is outdated in 2025 and not a luxury, it’s the opposite. Being able to chill my drinks is my usual expectation.

As a frequent traveller and Accor Diamond member who has stayed in hotels across the world over the past decade, I can honestly say that The Vie Hotel Bangkok has set a new benchmark for what true hospitality looks like.

Beautiful building, kind staff, premium service, wonderful breakfast, and prime location.

The hotel's amenities are top class and the room was spacious.

I would stay here again for the cleanliness, location, and service.

Location of the hotel is very convenient, only 5 mins’ walk to BTS station and only one stop to where we can change to airport train line.

It’s literally steps from the BTS Ratchathewi station, making public transportation effortless, and within easy walking distance to the major shopping districts like Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, and MBK.

Location is great - right in front of the BTS station, and with high level shopping and dining 500 meters off to the left, and cheap 'n cheerful markets the same distance off to the right.

The hotel is well located with easy access to the Skytrain service to get around the city (the traffic is dreadful and taxis should be avoided if possible).

Every single day brought a fresh, beautifully presented spread with an amazing variety of international and local dishes — from fluffy pancakes and fresh tropical fruits to perfectly cooked eggs, pastries, and Thai specialties.

Mr. Johnny and the breakfast team always pay attention to every detail and make each morning a great experience.

Breakfast was only average as the variety doesn't change much and some food were overcooked being constantly heated in the bain marie.

Breakfast spread is wide however please do consider more Halal Muslim friendly options.

The food and drinks were outstanding, but what truly set these experiences apart was the extraordinary warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the staff.

One of the most amazing meals I've ever had at Signatures. The meal was like an experience, each course so interesting. The lamb was the best I have ever eaten.

Our food came out warm nearly cold, when we returned it to the kitchen to took forever to come back.

Shame they almost doubled the price for dinner in the Signature restaurant. Too expensive for a family.

the hotel offers everything you'd expect from a 5 star city centre hotel, spacious suites, a large gym and rooftop pool not to mention the excellent spa.

the facilities were immaculate, including a sauna, a beautiful pool, and a fully equipped gym with fitness classes.

Terribly unstable water temperature - kids and myself got scalded a couple of times during our stay or was treated to freezing water intermittently.

Secondly the choice and quality of the food was very average (especially at this price point).

The pool has a stunning city view, perfect for relaxing after exploring Bangkok.

The pool is extremely cramped, poorly laid out, and feels like an afterthought, bearing little resemblance to how it is presented online.

The pool had too many people and it was quite small for such a big hotel.

The tiles are cracked and it’s hard to walk on.

I loved the fact that the property had a one way shuttle (tuk tuk) service to the following nearby malls (MBK, Siam Paragon, Central World, and Platinum Fashion Mall).

Very easy access from BTS and tuk tuk service to main malls is a great add on.

The last gripe is that the hotel runs a Tuk Tuk, which only runs 4 times a day and was fully booked any time we attempted to use it.

Taxi ride offered by the hotel from Airport is almost 3 times expensive than the market rate.

The gym is huge and fully equipped, it honestly feels like a professional fitness club.

They had the best gym I ever saw in a hotel.

The sports and fitness equipment is very new.

Quite dissatisfied with the Gym as equipment is getting tired.

Check in and check out was a breeze.

they upgraded our room free of charge and also allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated.

We arrived very early so there was a lengthy 4-5hour wait for our room, as we had just arrived from Zurich and I had a very ill wife on my hands I was not impressed. However within 10 minutes they found a room.

The hotel has failed to refund the deposit taken at check-in and will notrespond to my queries.. This is theft

What made my visit to Vie spa so memorable was the seamless harmony between their high-quality products and their exceptional service.

There is a massage area that is really affordable with great massage just opposite. You will need to walk a few mins to the overhead bridge to cross the road though.
