    The standout benefit is direct access to CentralWorld and plentiful nearby shopping, dining, and other malls, with Siam Paragon and BTS stations walkable. However, CentralWorld’s size can make the connection confusing and the walk through the mall lengthy, especially with luggage; traffic also often slows trips in and out by car.

    Location of the hotel can't be beat - it's right next to CentralWorld shopping mall and within walking distance to Platinum Mall, Siam Paragon, Siam Central, MBK.
    Connectivity - connected to Centralworld (though you would need to take 1 lift to level 23 and then connect to another lift to bring you to level 7 and then walk through the carpark to get to Centralworld)
    If you have luggage, just take a Grab or taxi because of the long walk.
    The only downside is traffic which made it hard for you to get in/out.

    We got the family room with walk in closet / bathroom and 2 king sized bed which is perfect for a family of 4.
    the light controls for the room were quite difficult to use (trying to turn off the master lights, room lights, night lights, etc.).
    Though this trip, the cleaning wasn’t as thorough.

    The service stood out the most — every staff member I interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
    Service is unparalleled - it was my dad’s bday and they sent up a really delicious cake and a very sweet handwritten note with drawings which added such a heartwarming and personalised touch.
    Service was occasionally slow (delivery of bags to room and some confusion in regard to our room in the beginning.
    the staff around the pool did not really provide much service which were both surprising to experience.

    Location is absolutely incredible ~ food and shopping options are literally endless.
    The new look renovations to the lobby areas, cafe etc is so beautiful. The Executive Lounge / Club Lounge is a really lovely space.
    But, never did I encounter Baht 2,000 deposit per night in any 5 Star Bangkok Hotel.
    Nothing was there in the fridge and only one packet each of English tea and Green tea were provided.

    We had just driven 7 hours to get to the hotel and before I knew what was happening my bags were whisked away and I was ushered up to the check in desk which is on floor 23.
