The overall experience was exceptional — from the warm hospitality of the staff to the well-maintained facilities, everything made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to shopping, dining, and transport.

Nothing was there in the fridge and only one packet each of English tea and Green tea were provided.

If you get a chance to stay at Centara Grand, do it - you won't regret it.

I have stayed at this hotel before first time I am faced with such a situation

The comfort level was outstanding, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day.

But, never did I encounter Baht 2,000 deposit per night in any 5 Star Bangkok Hotel.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional comfort, service, and prime location.

Centara Grand at CentralWorld was the ideal hotel for my family of 4.

We’ve been staying here for many years ~ At least 13 or more.

The new look renovations to the lobby areas, cafe etc is so beautiful.

Location is absolutely incredible ~ food and shopping options are literally endless.

It delivers both luxury and convenience, backed by truly excellent service.

The Executive Lounge / Club Lounge is a really lovely space.

I had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand at CentralWorld.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and everything was excellent.

Cannot recommend these people or this place highly enough!

Excellent hotel , very modern, and the buffet breakfast.

No faults what so ever , can’t fault it.

I think the hotel has undergone some renovation.

Connectivity - connected to Centralworld (though you would need to take 1 lift to level 23 and then connect to another lift to bring you to level 7 and then walk through the carpark to get to Centralworld)

Location of the hotel can't be beat - it's right next to CentralWorld shopping mall and within walking distance to Platinum Mall, Siam Paragon, Siam Central, MBK.

Center world is next door but is so huge that we keep getting lost and could not find the way to get back to hotel.

The main reason for my stay was access to Centralworld but it was not very clear how to access the centre.

Connected to CentralWorld and The Groove, and walkable to the rest of the malls like Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery, and MBK.

This hotel may be in a more vibrant part of the city, but because it's high up, there's no noise.

Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic, with many shopping malls nearby, making it convenient for anyone who loves to shop.

To avoid rain and overhead sun, from hotel to SIAM BTS station, the walk path via the connecting mall helps.

Great location, with in walking distance to Siam Paragon, Platinum and patunam whole sale, and MBK shopping centre.

If you have luggage, just take a Grab or taxi because of the long walk.

Convenient location within walking distance to Centralworld, Siam Paragon, Gaysorn, Big C, December’s & Platinum.

Location is great, near the station and also shopping malls so plenty of food options.

Walking to Big-C or Train are quite a distance due to mall too big.

However the traffic leading out of the hotel was bad most of the time.

The hotel being located in the mega central world mall was a huge bonus!

Conveniently located at Central World and close to both Chitlom and Siam BTS stations.

The only downside is traffic which made it hard for you to get in/out.

It is very convenient to move around and it is located at CentralWorld too.

The location of the hotel is excellent because central shopping centre is basically attached

Good for family with kids ….lots of amenities ,shopping and food around the area.

A bit of a long walk from the subway and through the mall.

Do factor in extra time if you're taking a taxi or private hire.

Getting to Siam BTS station is approximately 10 minute walk.

Location of hotel is good and convenient.

But it took a while to get to my room from ground floor because the hotel is so big (54 floors total) that I need to take 2 different elevators to get to higher floor.

Very special stay which was made more special with a bottle of bubbly and some chocolates in our room, not to mention the roses and display on the bed.

Room service varied between two nights with the same dish, one night the tuna nicoise was perfect and the second night it was almost a different dish.

We got the family room with walk in closet / bathroom and 2 king sized bed which is perfect for a family of 4.

One of the nicest rooms at one of the nicest hotels with the nicest people and amazing amenities that I have ever stayed at.

The light controls for the room were quite difficult to use (trying to turn off the master lights, room lights, night lights, etc.).

The one thing that was an issue was the automatic sensor night light that would turn on in the middle of the night.

It didn’t affect my overall experience much, but I believe it’s something the hotel can look into to further enhance guest comfort.

Our room was adjacent to a family suite so we constantly heard children running, screaming and playing with the door bells.

The only minor issue I noticed was with the in-room TV, which had a slight white glare on the screen.

The suite itself was perfect with both a living room and separate bedroom, the bathroom also had a nice view.

My room was supposedly upgraded but it was very cramped although the bathroom was spectacular and very spacious.

For the price of this room and its star rating I expected a much nicer room.

Only bumper was stay 3 nights, 2nd day my 2 room key cards did not work.

There was a leak on my aircon and it dropped all over my wife items.

Bad side, they are using low quality toilet tissue and no electronic bidet.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed.

Bed mattress was so so but you can ask for pillow options.

Up to L42 is normal room and higher is club FL.

We stayed in the executive suite which included club lounge access.

It surprises me with the cleanliness and size of the room.

Most importantly it was quiet, so I had a good rest.

The bed was comfortable just like the hotels in the US.

The room was big (compared to other hotels in Bangkok).

Bed was very comfortable as well and bathroom was big!

Light switch controls were a bit confusing to use.

Our second time booking the family premium room.

Room was large and spacious and very comfortable.

The room was way overpriced.

Room is clean and comfortable.

Service is unparalleled - it was my dad’s bday and they sent up a really delicious cake and a very sweet handwritten note with drawings which added such a heartwarming and personalised touch.

For example, concierge helped us book massages nearby, or the house keepers would wipe down our bathroom floors and made sure everything was clean and tidy.

Service was occasionally slow (delivery of bags to room and some confusion in regard to our room in the beginning.

The service stood out the most — every staff member I interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing great service throughout my stay.

I have to thank you Fah, M and Pat for their wonderful welcome and service all the time.

The service was amazing - from the cooks to the wait staff to the head (Mr. M?).

The staff around the pool did not really provide much service which were both surprising to experience.

But what makes this place even greater are the people that works in the hotel.

Please train the staffs to not gossip in front of their customers about that customers.

Concierge was also really great in helping to facilitate our laundry service and delivery.

There was a constant flow of men in suit who were unruly and impatient.

When I mentioned it, they immediately brought me a better pair—really appreciated that!

The staff & Management in the Lounge are always incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

Staff was excellent and beyond helpful from bellhop to concierge to house keepers.

The staff from check in to check out were very friendly and accommodating.

It was very pleasing and very thoughtful of them all the time.

Found hair on the basin, hair dryer left on the basin too.

The late night front desk employee was so kind and sweet.

Housekeeping needs to improve, first night housekeeping service was not good.

Services provided by hotel staff, from check-in to housekeeping, were excellent.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Have to go down to reception to resolve the issue.

Service is also great, all the staff were very welcoming.

Great service, as well as very helpful lounge personnel.

Unfortunately there was no active response from the hotel.

...and the hotel will do nothing with it unfortunately.

However roof top staff was a little rude

The staff here really listen!

At checkout, they surprised us with a togo breakfast goody bag because they said we were going to miss breakfast at the hotel because of the early flight.

Maybe more noodles or like fried stuff for breakfast cause me personally I don’t like breakfast stuff for breakfast.

Breakfast limited of choices, and they don't change much everyday (no Thai curry only Arab veg curry).

I highly recommend upgrading to the club because the breakfast and tea time options are so delicious!

The breakfast buffet was very delicious, with tons of options and a variety of international cuisines.

The breakfast room was very cold which in turn made the hot breakfast food very cold

And it was more delicious than what was served on the airplane!

It was filled with fruits, baked goods, water, and juice!

Some hotels(Terminal 21) offer daily changes to selected items.

Breakfast has plenty of options, worth a try.

I then had to go through the process of learning where everything is and where all the places are in the hotel to spend money and then had to install an app on my phone and be shown all the details on that when all I wanted to do was get to my room and use the bathroom.

We had just driven 7 hours to get to the hotel and before I knew what was happening my bags were whisked away and I was ushered up to the check in desk which is on floor 23.

The only cons I can say, it took us literally 15-20min to get out of the hotel through the central world shopping mall or through the BTS skywalk or through the main entrance of the hotel.

Of course the first thing asked for was a Passport which was in my bags which had disappeared so then I had to wait for my bags to come back again.

Upon departure, it was very thoughtful of them to fix our breakfast to go although we don't need it, since we had lounge access at the airport.

Mind was the lady who checked us in and out, she was very friendly and helpful.

Our bags were sent to our rooms as their check in was 3pm local time.

But got a late check out for 1 of the room due to this.

Rude uncooperative check in staff made us wait an hour for a room

I booked an extra night because I had a 4am flight.

At checkout, they surprised us with a togo breakfast goody bag.

Check in 4 but 1 of the room not ready yet.

They did however offer complimentary late check out at 1400.

Check in was smooth and with separate check in upstairs.

I anticipated getting checked in at 3pm or later.

The experience checking in to the hotel was frustrating.

We were able to check in quickly.

I loved everything from check-in to check-out.

The only complaint I would say is at times it takes forever for the elevator/lift to become available, sometimes you are waiting for up to a minute each time.

Final small thing was having to take an elevator from the lobby to the 23rd floor, and then another elevator to your room.

Lobby is lovely in level 23 you have to take 2 lifts to get to your room.

We were hoping to play some tennis but the courts were converted into a hydroponics farm.

Hotel is connected through elevators to CentralWorld shopping, with great shopping and many food options.

...to the well-maintained facilities, everything made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The lounge access was great, with great food throughout the day.

Other than that, the property is well maintained.

The elevators were slow and always busy.

But that’s just a small inconvenience.

Amazing rooftop restaurants and bars and if you get to the top, you can have a 360 view of the city.

Dining options fantastic...all our favorite foods are there. dim sum, won ton noodles and curry crabs. and fresh fruits.

Clubs lounge food should change for different meal period, the same noodles n dim sum throughout the day.

The roof top bar and restaurant had a fabulous view of this bustling city.

Food had good standards and what you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel.

The rice was not crisp at the bottom, as it is with traditional.

There are plenty of restaurant options both in and around the hotel.

Did not care for the paella served in the spanish restaurant.

The food there was amazing all day long.

The restaurant and buffet breakfast was outstanding though.

I ordered a cocktail but it was basically a 500thb glass of orange juice that maybe had alcohol in it?

The pool area was nice but service was not very good and the wait time was long.

There needs to be a jacuzzi cause the pool is freezing!!

Pool was on 26th floor over looking Bangkok.
