    The professionalism of the staff at Chatrium Grand Bangkok is second to none, and made our stay the most pleasant it could possible be.
    I can’t say enough about the club lounge staff Apple, Nueng, Puay, Nubtang and everyone that worked at the club lounge during our stay went above and beyond.
    Staffs at the front desk need a little bit more of training, because when we had checking in it was a mess and the room was not ready.
    the staff surprised her with a cake during breakfast which was a nice touch!

    What truly exceeded my expectations was the room size – it was incredibly spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it feel more like a suite than a standard room.

    The property is beautiful, you feel secluded in the midst of Bangkok and they have amazingly comfortable beds.
    We had a wonderful, comfortable stay with our two young kids, ages 3 and 6.
    Everything was excellent, from the level of service to the location to the cleanliness, except for the freshness of the pastries in the dining room.
    My stay during 5 nights was excellent except slow in room service due to 2 towers in the hotel ( apartment & hotels room) and the serve from other tower

    Within walking distance of all major shopping centres, yet in a peaceful and quiet location.
    It’s very nice of them to have a buggy ride from hotel to Siam Paragon between 10am to 10pm & it’s a doable 15 minutes walk to The Platinum mall.
    There is road works near the hotel along main road, but since the hotel is a bit inside, not noisy.
    About a 5 minute walk to Siam Paragon.

    They needed to change a lot of things as it’s only Thai food more. There is not many options for Arabic or European.

    So we have waited for hour and a half for our room and yet still not done after hours! I was mad when they still don’t have my room ready, than even worse that they give my room to someone else and give me another room instead.
    The only thing I complain is the very late getting the room in the afternoon. We waited for 30 mins and get the room.
    Everything from check in to check out was excellent.
    They accommodated my request for late checkout.

    We loved the swimming pool and enjoyed some nighttime swimming too, great to swim surrounded by lights of Bangkok!
    Pool is in very nice garden in the 7th floor.
    Unfortunately the cafe doesn’t serve any snacks after 9, pool and spa until 8 only which is too early.
